Learn The Fast Way To Lose Weight

Women Weight Loss

The link between women and weight loss is more than shredding some extra pounds. Fitting into the wonderful attire in a week or shaping up self for some upcoming event or some other urgent upcoming celebration are some of the primary causes. These causes make several thousands of women search for superfast weight loss for women. There are several plans for women which are often taken up by many.
Many of these women exercises for losing weight superfast work quite effectively. However, even though the results are brilliant, they are mostly temporary. For a few days, while a woman maintains the superfast program routine, there is a noticeable amount. But, after some days when the woman goes out of routine, the gradual gain in weight recurs, thus taking back the bodys state to the time before the program.
There are several fast techniques. Some of the common programs include the seven day super fast regime; the diet plans which can help one lose about ten pounds a day and many others. However, the problem of temporariness still persists.
So are these techniques of superfast weight loss for women doing any good? I have myself tried a number of fast techniques and even after trying them out and temporarily getting into shape, I couldnt continue being the similar well shaped person. Then I took some advice and found out that instead of going for the superfast, I will need to slow down the process and try out some of the usual women weight loss exercises.
Our bodies are not designed to turn slim in a week and hence when we force it in a fast procedure, we get temporary pressurized results. With the slowed down exercises, it may get limited to about three to four pounds a month.
These slowed down processes, unlike the superfast weight loss for women, do not restrict all the calorie adding food items. But, they restrict some food items and add some fresh fruits, vegetables and fibrous items to the list of food items which can be consumed.
If you have got some extra weight pulled up on your body and need some suggestions on superfast weight loss for women, you can rather go for the slowed down women exercises and healthy food diets with lot of water instead of the superfast weight loss techniques. Isnt it a good idea to shred the extra pounds slowly but permanently rather than fast and temporarily? Ask yourself and shape up.

I work out everyday but I'm looking for a supplement for women for weight loss, any ideas?
I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I'm looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I've found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don't want to spend money on something that doesn't work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don't want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??

    • ANSWER:
To be honest, you're doing the best thing for yourself by exercising and cutting back on your calories, but remember you need 1,000-2,000 per day.

You have to eat to burn calories.
You won't have anything to fuel your metabolism if you don't eat right.

You can take whey protein, adding it into a smoothie of lowfat vanilla icecream, 1% milk, and fruit twice a day ---

      Protein boosts your metabolism.
& helps to build muscle mass.

I would not recommend any diet pills to you --
My sister became a workout freak and takes so many pills to keep the weight off, and took a good bit while she was trying to lose the weight --
She now has heart problems; a common side effect of diet pill use.

      I'd stay away from them.
There's only a handful that are actually FDA approved.

Alli is a pill that's approved by the FDA -- you can find it in your local grocery store.

  7. QUESTION:
Can somebody give me a weight loss gym workout program for women?
I can't find a free weight loss program for women that we can do for a week. Everything is for men.

    • ANSWER:
Gym workout routines for women are specially categorized as there are certain physiological differences between a man and a woman. A woman needs to work out on her gym routine so that she can benefit the most. However, the workout routines should answer the following questions:

      * First, how to select the best and convenient place for the workout
      * How to kick-start the workout routines efficiently
      * How much time needs to be invested in exercising every day
      * What aspects one should consider while opting for a exercise schedule

The workout schedules which would help you to lose weight safely and comfortably are as follows:

*Workout schedule 1: Exercises should tone up each and every muscles of the body. In fact, this first routine would be very beneficial for the beginners who have very little time to spare in such work-outs. You must use the first five days of week in carrying out this routine. The first 3 days would be concentrated in weights whereas the next two days would be concentrated in cardio.

      * Workout schedule 2: It can also be referred to as the split schedule. However, this routine would help you to reap huge benefits at a very steady pace. As per this exercise your lower and upper body part gets involved in intense work-out. It would help you to lose weight quickly.

*Workout schedule 3: In this routine you exercise to lose weight from targeted areas. In this routine you can exercise with weights for 5 days and get indulged in cardio for 2 or 2 days.

Further, you must be cautious that your workout schedule is effectively toning up your muscles, helping you to lose weight and burn fat etc. It should not matter what your goals are but you should focus on specified exercises to tone up your body and lose weight at a steady pace.

  8. QUESTION:
Smartburn with Hoodie--weight loss for women... ?
I recently bought the Smartburn with Hoodie for women weight loss pills. It says it is total body weight loss including belly butt and thighs.....which are exactly the spots I need to lose weight from. Has anybody tried these pills and do they actually work? I plan to eat better and walk 2-3 times a week for half an hour plus other excercises around home. Do you think I will actually see results and how fast?

    • ANSWER:
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

  10. QUESTION:
Why do weight loss advertisements mainly target women?
I know we live in an age of plenty, at least in the US, and that even a poor person can always find food. I know that due to this, technology, and lack of proper exercise, we have developed a weight problem with resulting illnesses. But we all know that this weight problem affects men just as much as it does women, so why do weight loss advertisements and weight loss media mainly target women?

    • ANSWER:
Because the media knows that women are much more pressured to be skinny. Men want to look buff, but honestly, they don't have to in order to get a hot chick anymore. I'm kinda pretty, and my boyfriend isn't exactly Johnny Depp. It's just what the world has come to I guess. Women HAVE to look good. But, I don't think you should listen to the media. Just be happy with who you are and EAT THAT CHEESECAKE!!! lolz

  11. QUESTION:
Pee from Pregnant women used for Weight Loss?
Apprantly in America (where else) people are drinking pregnant womans wee and are claiming it aids in weight loss. Is this true? How much do these pregnant women sell their wee for?

I mean, if they are into that in the UK i might start selling my wee. This is not a troll question, I saw it on Russell Howards Good News, it was on a US news show.

    • ANSWER:
I'm from the US and haven't heard of that.

LOL... that's not to say that people over here haven't/don't do a lot of crazy things looking for an easy weight loss trick... I still can't quite believe that some people have resorted to drinking urine, though. Perhaps isolating certain hormones from urine, sure, makes sense, but actually drinking it? o.O That'd take some serious desperation.

Allot of women i know who are trying to lose weight very rarely exercise and tend to try out slimming tablets and diets. Why do more men exercise to lose weight than women? Are women just lazy? Have any of you women tried the SlimQuick weight loss system and did you get good results?
I'm talking about the program tailored just for women, howwomenloseweight.com with the commercial that shows the man and the woman as overweight cartoon figures. The man diets and gets skinny, but the woman just gets smaller breasts by dieting (so funny!).

Has anyone out there tried this particular weight loss idea and did you get good results? After I have my baby, I'm considering trying it.

    • ANSWER:
The pills are worthless. The only thing that helped even a little is the drink mix does seem to help suppress appetite, but only for a very short time.

You're better off with a healthy, low-calorie diet and exercise. Log everything you eat. I lost 70 pounds by doing this.

  18. QUESTION:
What is the pound ratio of weight loss of men to women?
My boyfriend and I are having a weight loss competition to see who can lose more weight by Christmas Eve. (by eating right and exercising not starving ourselves lol) But my mom, who is an RN, says that men lose 3 pounds to every 1 pound that women lose. So to make it fair, we need to know if this ratio is correct or if it is 2 to 1 or 1 to 1.....if you know of any web sites that would hav this information that would be very helpful. Thanks!!! :)

    • ANSWER:
That's about a fair a contest as who can build the biggest muscle mass.

Men weren't built for fat storage at all. Men were built to be lean & fast to hunt food. How they can even accumulate fat at all goes against the natural order.

Women are built for fat storage to be able to survive & care for children during famine. Their essential minimal fat stores are 5x higher than a males. Women were built to accumulate as much fat as possible and to not lose the accumulations for childbirth, milk production & child rearing. Having year around unlimited carbs to create fat are against the natural order.

  20. QUESTION:
Any ideas for dissertation questions about media/magazines affecting weight loss in women & men?
I am a public health nutrition student..currently thinking of what to do my dissertation on. We have to carry out primary research, so my title needs to be a question which i aim to answer...
I think i want to do something regarding weight loss associated with media/magazines..any ideas how to make my question specific as its a very broad topic?? your answers would be greatly appreciated!!!

    • ANSWER:
It sounds like a very interesting topic! But you are right that it is too broad at the moment and needs to be more specific. Perhaps you could do a comparison study between the types of information given to women on diet and weight loss versus the types of information given to men? Or you could compare how women and men are affected by the information they are exposed to, like to what extent they internalise the information. You could also consider where, how and why women and men seek out information on weight loss in the media (as opposed to getting this info from more reputable or academic sources). I hope that has given you some ideas.

When choosing a topic, just make sure it is one you are interested in, and one that will lend itself to a practical and easy to use research methods.

  21. QUESTION:
Why is it that I see tons of questions about weight loss mostly from Women here?
I have never seen a question about weight loss from a man EVER here, but women, I see one every 2 minutes.

    • ANSWER:
Actually Mike, I've answered several men's questions about weight loss. Being a man I can only pass on what has worked for me. But you realize that our society has not yet allowed women their rightful place in this world (ie; Some pro sports like baseball) to compete on a man's level. Most of today's women are still stuck in domestic chores, raising children, caring for the home, cooking, etc. While those things can be physically exhausting, there just isn't enough of the correct "exercise" involved. And as a result of their demanding schedule, a lot of women don't have the time to get involved in walking/running, health clubs and such. While women really want to remain slim and trim for their men, they are fighting a losing battle Combined with the diet of the average person, hormone changes physical demands and daily stresses, the average woman just gives up. Do you blame them. Just try their lifestyles and see what happens to you.

  22. QUESTION:
Pineapple and Weight Loss - Is There A Connection Between Eating Pineapples & Weight Loss In Women?
I remember reading about the health benefits of pineapples for women of all ages.

    • ANSWER:
Normally, no single food on its own can lower your weight. But you do have a point about the 'pineapple connection' to weight loss.

      1. Pineapple is an excellent detox food when eaten on an empty stomach. The key is to eat it whole & fresh, not the ones that come canned

      2. Pineapple improves digestion and keeping cravings at bay. Hence it promotes natural weight loss

      3. Besides being low in calories, zero fat & rich in vitamin C, enzyme extracts of pineapple are being researched for their cancer-fighting properties

      4. The same enzymes also have anti-inflammatory properties that's wonderful for your skin and a natural defense against cellulite

Hence, the weight loss connection is complete.

  23. QUESTION:
Should women be more demanding in weight loss for men?
It always seems like losing weight is always directed at women.

I saw the weight watchers FOR MEN ad on tv and I was so angry with the fact they need an extra push to lose weight, because women don't push them enough - unlike men who constantly put bigger women down. Should us ladies be more strict on guys?

  24. QUESTION:
What is a weight loss pill that is known for helping women lose weight?
I know the best way to lose weight is water intake, exercise and eating healthy. I'm not concerned with that. I want to know diet pills that are known to work.

    • ANSWER:
Phentermine is a prescription weight loss pill that works. You can get a prescription from a local doctor (cheap) or go on line (3x as expensive).
Side effects: addictive, insomnia, thirst, dry eyes, hot flashes, dizziness.

  25. QUESTION:
What are the best weight loss pills for women?
I am 18 years old,5'5 and I weigh 115 pounds. This is about average..but I want to tone up my stomach a little bit and shed maybe like 4 pounds in that area. I heard that weight loss pills help, but I will be working out alongside the pills. So what would be the safest thing that would give me the most energy in my workout.. thanks!

    • ANSWER:
I'm a second year med student, and we actually JUST talked about weight loss today in a clinical management class.

Given your height and weight, your BMI (body mass index) is 19.15. That is WONDERFUL. Your weight is completely normal. You have absolutely 0 need to consider taking a diet pill. Just FYI, BMI is the standard calculation used by doctors to determine if people are at a healthy weight given their height. A BMI < 18 is underweight, 18-25 is normal, 25-30 overweight, and 30+ is considered obese. As you can see, your BMI falls on the lower end of normal. If you were to lose weight it could be unhealthy for your growth and development, and cause different problems for you.

From what you said you desired to do (lose 4 pounds and tone up your abs), those goals can be accomplished by doing ab workouts at home for 5-10 minutes a day before you go to sleep on the floor of your room, and taking out one piece of junk food per day and substituting it for a healthier alternative. If you're already working out, just make sure you do a brief ab workout daily (your abs can take it) and you'll see improvement in no time. Also, make sure your form for crunches/sit-ups/leg lifts is good. So many people THINK they're doing a good ab workout but it is completely useless. You have to mix things up and do different exercises for your abs or your body will get used to what you are doing and you will see very little benefit from continued training.

Also, it is considered medically unhealthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. So don't try to drop 4 pounds in 4 days, it won't last.

  26. QUESTION:
Quick weight loss tips for women at home?
Hopefully someone can help me out here. Could anyone recommend some tips for quick weight loss? I'm wanting to work out at home if possible and I don't have a lot of money for equipment. Are there any exercises that anyone can suggest? Any help would be awesome!

    Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
Pushups, situps, crunches, squats, run around the block. The usual. If youre a beginner and pushups are too hard you can do them against your wall, or against a couch.
You could also watch tv then during commercials do pushups or situps until your show comes back on. Make it fun. Always stretch before you work out though (Roll your neck, wrist, hips, ankle, try to touch your toes, etc.)
Eat healthy. Put down the chips and grab an apple, or put down the soda and grab a water.
Cut down on the candy, if you crave chocolate, eat an alternative, like Nutella on toast. It taste EXACTLY like melted chocolate, and it's healthy.

  27. QUESTION:
What are some serious weight loss extremes some women resort to(for report)?
This question is for research purposes.
My report is on the extremes some women resort to to lose weight to have the "ideal image".

    • ANSWER:
Anorexia, or starving one's self is probably the most popular by far. I hear of teenage women doing this all the time, just to shed off 10-20 pounds, even though they don't normally have to lose the weight in the first place. They are always subconsicious about their weight and would probably kill a man to lose a couple pounds.

Other women try eating as little as possible, like 300-600 calories. They are a little wiser then the anorexics, because they realize the need to eat, but they are eating so little that the body thinks it's being starved, and stores a bunch of excess fat to compensate for the lost calories. In the end, these people lose little weight or gain back twice as much.

  28. QUESTION:
Best Weight Loss Program For Women To Make Your Stomach Disappear?
Does anyone know of the fastest weight loss system for women? I've heard alot about http://www.TrimYourFat.com - and I signed up for their free trial - but I figured I would see if anyone here has tried something that worked well.

    • ANSWER:
Try taking multivitamins every day. Because it gives your body the nutrients you don't or can't give it and because it keeps your body from eating at your muscle. I started a month ago after I found out I had been working out so hard that my body was eating at my muscle, and since then I have been able to lose over ten pounds. Every day I take it I notice a difference and if I don't take it I stay the same. My waistline shrunk 3 inches and my hipline shrunk 2 inches. I also have more energy to work out than before.
I heard that some people never notice a difference in weight with it, but most people do, so try it for about a week and see.

  29. QUESTION:
Post menopausal women and weight loss?
Is it true that it is almost impossible for a post-menopausal woman to lose weight? Through 'self-medicating' (food) myself through rough bumps the last 4-5 years of my life I've really packed on the weight. It's starting to affect me, big time. I'm discouraged from all I hear about older women not being able to lose weight.

  30. QUESTION:
Strength training program for women? [weight loss?] PLEASE HELP!?
Im on a diet and im doing cardio, now i just need to add in strength training for weight loss, i want to lose the stomach fat and the thigh fat, can anyone make me a plan for strength training at home or tell me what your doing? Im not in a gym, i do my exercising at home. 3 day or a 4 day plan would be wonderful! Please help! thanks.

    • ANSWER:
It's very hard to lose weight in a specific area because like gaining weight, the body just does it wherever it wants to. Diet and exercise are great, but in your case, you want to build muscle which will burn even more fat. I would suggest buying a couple sets of free weights (such as two five pounds and two ten pound weights) and then trying some of these exercises:

      http://www.strength-training-woman.com/strength-training-exercises.html

There are sections that tell you what muscle group the exercises target, but I would try to work out every muscle group possible. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to alternate muscle groups on Monday and Wednesday, then Tuesday and Thursday. For example, focus on upper body/arms on MW and on TR focus on lower body/legs. Just pick a few exercises and do those for a couple of weeks and then pick new exercises that work the same muscle groups for the next couple of weeks. That way the body doesn't get used to a certain motion and it will continue to build muscle.

  31. QUESTION:
What's the best weight loss pill for women without having to exercise or diet?
My friend lisa weighs 180 and im worried for her health but she doesn't really have the time or stamina to diet or exercise and i wouldn't mind losing some weight myself.

    • ANSWER:
For the sake of your friends health (and her wallet) , try to avoid pills if possible.

Exercise does not have to be that time consuming or difficult. It can be as simple as walking & need only take 30 or so minutes out of your day (which is nothing really). Even walking 15 mins to school, work or the shops & 15 mins home again would be sufficient & enjoyable.

I was wanting to do a spreadsheet to be able to keep up with all of the woman and their progress, but when I opened up my Excel i realized i'm not real sure how to have multiple women and their results in this. Please help!?!?!!?!?!

    • ANSWER:
      Try this
      Column A is for names
Column B is for initial weight
Column C is for latest weight
Column D is for percentage change
A1 to D1 are cells for column headers

After list all the names of the participants from A2 downwards and their respective initial weight from B2 downwards, in D2 put this formula
      =(C2-B2)/B2

Format D2 with using the percentage style button on the formatting toolbar

Copy D2 downward to match the filled cells on its left

Then whenever you have a latest weight entered in Column C, the percentage of the weight loss will be shown on Column D.

Postmenopausal women - best weight loss product?
I am postmenopausal now and no matter what I do I can not lose weight. Is there a diet product or diet that seems to work better than others for those in our group. I've really cut down on eating and walk vigorously most days but nothing. Diets that work on younger women probably won't work for me as they have a different metabolism/hormonal balance. Any suggestions.

    • ANSWER:
Try low "carbing". Thats probably not what you want to do (I don't like it) but it works. You have to give up things like bread and ice cream, but you get to eat real food (meat, cheese, eggs, cream...) and you wont be hungry.

What are some serious weight loss extremes some women resort to?
This question is for research purposes.
My report is on the extremes some women resort to to lose weight to have the "ideal image".

    • ANSWER:
How about the extremes men go to? I was bulimic for 20 years! I am losing all of my teeth now! I am in the process of getting dentures. There is a very high price to pay for going to these extremes to lose weight whether it's men or women! Medicating to flush the body is another quick fix that I find ridiculous. I mean, how desperate is someone who will slam the Ex-Lax
      and get the screamin' mimi"s?

  48. QUESTION:
Good weight loss tips for women with PCOS?
I am 14 years old and have PCOS. As a result of this i am overweight. I have been eating healthily and taking part in regular exercise for 3 years now and the weight is still not shifting! Any one got any tips for weight loss? This would help loads :)

    • ANSWER:
Hi Emma.I am 20 years old and I also have PCOS and have been overweight. My mom is a personal fitness trainer and nutritionist and has helped me out.So I'll tell you what she taught me. Eat 6 meals a day. 3 meals with 3 small snacks in between. Your body weight and age determine how many calories you should have per day and intern how many calories you should have per meal. I would guess around 1500 calories a day judging by your age. Eat balanced meals consisting of proteins(fish, chicken, and egg whites are good sources of protein), carbs, and vegetables (not starchy vegetables like corn for example. They count as carbs.) NEVER go on low carb diets. The lack of carbs is replaced by water intake which means as soon as you begin to up your carb intake again you will gain it all back. Stay away from soft drinks, caffienated drinks, alcohol, and sugary drinks.Drink LOTS of water. Also stay away from sugary foods.I recommend greek yogurt which is low in fat, calories, and sugar.Mix it with a little organic granola and it makes a great snack.I also like raw baby carrots. This healthy eating habit shouldn't even be called a diet.It should become part of your lifestyle. As for exercise start slowly because you have to work your body up to being able to take on a tougher workout. For cardio start with a quick paced walk for thirty minutes. After about a week quicken your pace to a jog and after another week try running. If you feel like your not ready to run yet continue jogging but jog for 45 minutes instead of 30.An important thing to remember is to keep pushing yourself more and more in your workouts.Slowly add more time or a faster pace or more resistance. If your workout is at a stand still, your weight loss will be at a stand still as well.Your weight and age also indicate what your heart rate should be when you are working out. This is a good reference website to go to in order to learn how to calculate yout target heart rate.http://www.wikihow.com/Calculate-Your-Target-Heart-Rate.A good exercise plan always consists of both cardio and weight training. Cardio without weight training results in flabby untoned tissue! if you are training alone I recommend staying away from large weight machines. You may hurt yourself. Stick with the small plastic dumbells. In fact I recommend yoga and pilates which really work your core as well as multiple muscle zones in your body and are great for toning.Keep in mind that 30 minutes of exercise a day is required to see significant changes.Unless you live an extremely active lifestyle the activities of normal daily life do not burn enough calories for weight loss.Supplement your eating and exercise with a daily multi-vitamin. I also take CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acids. They reduce fat and preserve muscle tissue, but purchase them at a legitimate store rather than online.Online offers are usually scams ,and pills sold online by sketchy sellers can be dangerous. Also talk to your doctor first to be sure they are safe for someone your age. I recommend keeping your doctor informed throughtout your weight loss process just to be sure you are being as safe and healthy as possible. I have lost 20 pounds(9.08 kilograms) in about 3 months using this process.Good luck and stay motivated! =D

What is good weight loss supplement for women?

  50. QUESTION:
Pain and weight loss. Women please.?
I've been going thru menopause for almost two years now. It's off and on, but mainly off. I've done all the rotten symptoms already, but I'm stuck on a few and they are really killing me.

I can't eat. I know most women don't loose weight when they go thru this, but I can't even eat a whole burger anymore. It's great if I can stomache 2 C of food a day. I try to watch my nutrition (proteins, veggies, vitamins) so I get at least SOME thing healthy.

Because of this, I have lost almost 40lbs. I'm under 120 and I'm 5'7". I'm loosing muscle mass and I look like my grandmother. (I'm 43). Here's the pain part. Because of the severe weight loss, I am getting bad cramps in my toes/feet and now fingers/hands.

Because of the cramping, it's effecting my sleep. I can't remember the last time I slept a full 8 hours straight. It's also ruining my sex drive. Because it's just the two of us living together, I don't make much in the way of large dinners anymore. I also have high energy/low energy days all the time. One day, I'm great (yesterday) and today, I'm down, no energy. I also have a pinched nerve in my back which effects my once sprained left ankle.

Major prob? My husband just got laid off and now I have to find a job. I need help or I will loose more weight working outside the house. I can't afford to be in any more pain, but I can't afford not to work.

Vitamins, healthy food, eating more, foot massages, sleeping on my stomach, no coke drinks, or much alcohol. PLEASE, what else can I do. I can't see the doc as I have no insurance/no job right now. I do have a health food store in town, so I'll try anything!

    • ANSWER:
I don't know what your financial situation is, but I don't think this will be too expensive:

Try increasing your iron intake. It's best to get iron through natural foods like spinach, because the human stomach isn't very good at digesting iron supplements. That will probably help with your energy problems.

Calcium, magnesium, and zinc taken together will help with your cramps, stabilize your mood -even if you feel stable you'll probably feel more stable- and might even help you sleep.

Mix a scoop of vanilla-flavored whey protein -not soy- with some orange juice. One scoop will have about half of your daily protein needs taken care of.

Greens + Protein bars. Check it out on Amazon. At first, they taste sort of moldy -thanks to the all the healthy vegetation in there- but you get used to the taste quickly, and they're great for you. One bar has 260 calories, all your B12 for that day, 140% of your recommended vitamin E, some vitamin A...tons of good stuff.

You'll also want to increase your intake of healthy fats. Butter and olive oil are in. Margarine and that sort of thing are out. You need those fats to absorb the limited vitamins you're getting.

As much as this probably sounds like hell, try to go for a 15-30 minute walk every day. It will improve your circulation and ease the cramps.

A sleep aid with valerian might be useful for you.

Whatever you do with these supplements, don't assume that they're safe or weak just because they don't totally originate from a lab. If something says to only take two tablets every four hours, don't take three every hour. Any sort of medicine changes the chemical balance of your body- which is exactly what you're after, but you have to be careful.

Be sure to stay hydrated. It almost sounds trivial when people say that you're dehydrated- I mean, you're not trying to suck moisture out of your computer, you feel fine, so are you really dehydrated? Well, here's the thing: humans are mostly water. It can't hurt to drink more water. Water with some lemon juice in it is good for making your blood more alkaline and killing off nasty things that might be setting up shop. (Yes, lemons are acidic, but apparently they turn alkaline in your blood. Who knew?) If you're drinking a lot but you're still always thirsty, try adding some salt (aka electrolytes) or getting your hands on some sports drinks. If that doesn't work...post another question and if I see it, I'll try to help.

I can't help you with the job part but this should help you feel better and make you more employable.

Best wishes for you and your husband.
