      I don't recommend weight loss pills, but I'll give you advice anyway... Just to be warned they can rip your kidneys up. I abused them for years and I am now paying the price.. So please use them temporarily..

      Anyway, my favorite was the Lepotril, there hardcore.. So if your a beginner or light weight use very carefully. All weight loss pills contain diuretic.. So do not over use, again with the kidneys..

      I've found Hydroxy Cut works decent, lay off the specific female formula.. the pills are for a horse and the only thing it does for me is give me a boot of energy and that's eat... no hunger suppression or anything else useful.

      Trimspa was awesome, I'm not sure if it's on the market anymore, I don't pay attention. But for someone who doesn't have a hellish resisitance to diet pills, this would be a good start.       That's too much unnecessary stuff in those pills, but what works best is just caffeine with ephedrine.
      The best diet pills were the ones with ephedrine, but ephedrine was banned by FDA in diet pills, so if you want a real good diet pill you need to make them yourself - it's called EC stack. It's Ephedrine combined with Caffeine. That's what bodybuilders you to effectively lower their body fat percentage. You can't buy pure ehpedrine but you can buy it for example as Bronkaid. It's very cheap.

    I have planned on in 9 weeks, losing 80 pounds. My routine will have me losing 4000 calories per day, and eating a mere 1000 calories per day. I have been told I can lose my weight, eating normal, by before christmas, but I know what I am going to do is possible. OK, so I will begin with a month of low carb, which will make me lose like 35 pounds to begin with... but then i will have a month of the detox diet... and as I have been told, I will lose 45 pounds no matter if i ate low carbs before or if i ate alot of them, since the body will be in shock from 0 carbs for a month. and I will keep it off with a routine I made up also, but you don't need to know this.       Measure your food and make a food journal. At least do it for one day. Make a chart, write down each food, how much calories was in it, fat, sugar, sodium… for the amount you ate. Then at the end of the day, add up all the fats, sugars, sodium, calories… to see the total for the day. Don’t count the sugar in fruits and veggies, only count added sugars.
      45 to 65 percent of your calories should come from complex carbohydrates, 20 to 35 percent should come from fat, and 10 to 35 percent from protein.
      Eat healthy varieties of 2cup fruits, 3cup veggies, grains (make ½+ of your grains, whole grains) 4-8oz, meats/raw nuts/beans 6.5oz, dairy3cups. 6+ meals, 2-3hours apart. Eat 1gram protein times your body weight. So if you weigh 100lbs, you eat 100grams protein daily. Drink 2+cups water per hour.

      lift heavy weights 3 days a week. Different muscle group each day. Cardio 3-7days a week.       there are web sites that let you enter what you're eating and make sure you're getting balanced nutrition. i use nurtritiondata.com. it'll calculate your bmi and how many calories you should intake. cut 500 off that number (with diet or exercise) to lose weight at a steady rate.

      This is way below the number of calories you need to increase your metabolism, you will only lose muscle mass on this diet not fat.

      Eat 5-7 small meals a day, it's better to get your protein from lean meats instead of solely from shakes. I would have 1 shake a day and eat more chicke, tuna, almonds, and turkey.

      You want about 1g of protein per lb of lean muscle mass that you have.

      I just purchased it last night and have read most of the book. Here's the "cure": it's a 4 phase diet or life change, basically phase 1 he states that all foods that are not organic will make you fat and are not good for you so don't eat processed man-made food (fast food). Drink half gallon to one gallon of spring water a day. Do colon cleanse, eat 2 organic apples and grapefruits a day, walk 1 hr a day outside everday. He gives about 50 things to do on the 1 phase, I cannot mention them all, too long. Phase 2 is the actual "diet" phase where he tells you exactly what to eat along with hCG injections you must take daily (this is were I freaked) I don't like needles! but he states that there is an alternative to the injections, something called The turbo protein diet (which I haven't read yet). This phase 2 lasts between 21-45 days. Phase 3 you can eat as much food as you want except for certain things he puts down like no sugar,strach,trans fat, etc. Phase 4 is basically to continue eating organic foods, drink water,teas, etc. The book is a lot more detailed than what I have explained. I would read it, why not? It doesn't bother me that he's been to jail, I am open to all kinds of information and for me eating healthier organic foods plus some of the other things he mentions is just common sense. I was comfortable with that because I am latina naturally curvy, hips, thighs etc. Well I managed to stay there for two years in august of last year is was like I hit a wall I went from 140 to weighing 200 lbs. by december. I have been increasing my work out cutting carbs, no sodas, I have been cycling 3 days aweek for 2 hrs and hicking 2 days a week for 3 hrs. I am slightly feeling results I eat 3 solid meals a day it is hard to count calories because my boss buys me breakfast usually from MCD's so I get the fruit and yogurt parfait, I usually do a salad for lunch with low fat or fat free. and for dinner I try to grab a meat with some veggies.

      I have gained weight due to a thyroid issue and have a horrible time losing weight. Meridia's side effects are horrible. They weren't worth it to me. Ask about a diuretic (water pill prescription), get plenty of exercise and drink water. It will be a slower process but it's better than not making it to the bathroom in time.

      1) already thin
      2) 9 times out of 10 have never tried HCG
      3) If they did try it , did not follow directions correctly

      I have never heard of a spray but there are drops for hcg. The drops work and I've tried it and that doesn't make one lazy. It makes one smarter which is the same thing ones are doing when they eat less and exercise like crazy to trick the body into losing, yet unfortunately one still get to a point of having a stalled weight loss with that method. Nothing better then to wake up and find the scale dropping with the HCG method.

      The only thing I can tell you is to research about the spray online or at a vitamin store and find out what it really is about or if it even exist.

      Yeah weight loss scams have existed for over a century in america, and they're still around because a) most people don't know much about biology, and b) the potential reward is worth the probable disappointment, to most people.

      Your body stores fat for energy, and in everyday processes uses energy to do work (the energy you use to move your arm or beat your heart needs to come from somewhere!)
      Your body will use up fat if you don't get enough energy from food, which is why people diet. Sadly, for the majority of our ancestry while we were evolving we weren't very smart, so our body evolved to make us feel crappy if we didn't eat enough (which is why dieting is hard). For animals driven only by instinct a mechanism is required to keep that animal eating, since it can't think, "hmm I haven't eaten today. I should do that."

      So the reality is you need to burn more calories than you take in, that way your body uses fat stores to move itself. A berry could only help you lose weight if it either tricked your body into thinking it's not hungry, so you don't eat, or tricked your body into using your energy more inefficiently.
      Basically, all weight loss programs that don't require suffering wont work.

      I can say this, however. If the capsules give you some sugar and maybe some stimulant, you'll feel more energetic and probably use more calories doing things. But what you have to look at is whether the calories you spend from feeling more energetic are worth the sugar (calories) in the pills.

      My overall advice is: don't waste your money. Work out while eating the same amount you do now; or don't work out but eat less. Or, of course, eat less and work out more, but that's hard teehehe.

      Looks like your best bet is EA Sports Active or Wii Fit Plus. I agree that the games on the original Wii Fit were pretty lame, but the new Wii Fit Plus is only .99 and adds about 10 really fun new activities. But for weight loss, looks like EA is the best way to go. Good luck!
