If you would have to ask any woman whether she is happy with her body, her answer will be as negative as yours. Even today’s men are too self conscious of gaining unwanted flab. It is true that to have a happy life, you need to have a healthy mind and body. But the main question is – what is the best way to loose weight? Gone are the days when people believed crash diets were the main answer to obesity. Currently one of the most popular health niches in market is loosing weight in most natural and practical way. Mixture of carb-free balanced diet plus organized lifestyle containing stable work out sessions is the solution to all the weight related problems. All this can be achieved with right weight loss programs.
Following them can be the easiest and simple way of loosing those extra pounds. Another nice thing about them is they are easily accessible. You can find them in form of books, TV shows. Many of these are available even online. All these options give you a wide range from where you can choose as per your lifestyle and your budget.
Our body is similar to a machine. It will become how we treat and what we do with it. It gets accustomed to your daily routine – quantity of food you take, your resting schedule, your work out timing – your body becomes habitual to all that you do everyday. You just need to balance what you take with what you burn off. I believe it is not wise to give up on any food item whether it is a piece of black forest cake or cheese filled ham burger. But it is important to eat everything in small quantities. That way your metabolism won’t let unhealthy fat stick to your body.
As obesity is a major issue in this civilized world. The health niche market is filled with various products that help people in achieving their goal. You can opt for fitness equipments, stimulation devices, diet pills etc. But the fact is most of these items do not only have side-effects on your mind and body, but they hardly work. Hence, it would be better to go for a weight loss program that is healthy and made as per your body’s requirements.
The best thing about these programs is that they are much more organized and rational than any other diet solutions. There are different categories of weight loss groups for example Fat Acceptance, Overeaters etc. With the right set of exercises meant especially for your body, they also include motivational guides and tips, secret fat burn tips etc. that can boost your experience and give you better results. Popular weight loss solutions include –
1. High Protein Diet – The body is balanced by intake of good amount of protein and less amount of carbohydrates. This diet is not suitable for heart and kidney patients. It focuses on intake of high nutrition and saturated fats.
2. Fixed Diet – You consume fixed amount of selected food items everyday. The items selected here are fat free and healthy. This is the healthiest way to loose weight as you don’t need to keep check on calorie intake; you just need to follow the diet schedule religiously.
3. Low Calorie Diet - The focus is on consuming food that is completely fat free. Although, it seems effective initially, it may result in harmful side effects as the body is deprived of almost all of the food items. Although, with expert supervision, you can get desired results.
4. Points Program – This program has better effect since it encourages the participants to loose weight psychologically. It involves allocating positive and negative points for food and exercise respectively. As per the participant’s schedule for the week, program calculates the points received. It should not exceed the certain limit.
5. Food Optimizing – Foods that are low in calorie are allowed to be eaten in unlimited amounts. They focus on eating in small quantities after every 2-3 hours. Week is divided into “green days” and “red days”. Green days include eating anything as per your desire with no restriction on amount.
Based on your choice and the life you lead, you can choose any diet plan. You need to be disciplined and goal oriented. The health niche market provides us with ample programs as per your body type. Although, always remember the right weight loss program is one that focuses not just on eating habits but also right amount of exercise.

QUESTION:
There are numerous weight loss programs in our society that?
There are numerous weight loss programs in our society that recommend low carbohydrate and high protein diets. What are some of the benefits that proteins provide when included in a balanced diet, and what are the dangers of overconsumption of proteins? What effects do these diets have on the body, both short-term and long term?-
ANSWER:
Protein (along with carbohydrates and fats) is one of the three macronutrients your body needs to function properly. It has many health benefits which include helping your body build and repair cells, helping your body produce antibodies, enzymes and hormones and helping your cuts heal. However, you can get too much of a good thing and protein is no exception. In this article I am going to be outlining four of the drawbacks of eating too much protein.1) IT CAN HAVE A DEHYDRATING EFFECT:- In a four week study that looked at five endurance athletes who consumed low, medium and high levels of protein it was found that increased protein consumption lead to lower levels of hydration. Dehydration can cause a number of serious problems including extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, headaches, muscle spasms, difficulty breathing and loss of consciousness.
2) IT PROMOTES FAT STORAGE:- Many people believe that you can eat protein to your hearts content and not get fat. However, if you eat too many calories (whether they come from carbohydrates, fat or protein) they ultimately get stored as body fat. Eating more of this macronutrient whilst eating the same amount of calories can stimulate fat burning in your body but eating too many protein calories will lead to fat storage.
3) IT CAN LEAD TO KIDNEY STONES:- When protein is broken down this creates acids such as uric acid which increases the acidity levels in your blood. To combat this your body releases the alkaline substance calcium phosphate from your bones into the bloodstream. Overall, this increases urine levels of uric acid and calcium which can then both form into kidney stones.
4) IT CAN LEAD TO OSTEPOROSIS:- As discussed above eating high levels of protein can lead to calcium phosphate being released from the bones. Low levels of calcium in the bones can cause osteoporosis to develop. Osteoporosis reduces your bone density and can lead to your bones bending, breaking and fracturing much more easily than normal, healthy bones.
As you can see protein is not a super nutrient. Whilst it has many valuable functions when consumed properly, eating too much can lead to the problems discussed above. Increasing your protein intake moderately can help you build muscle and burn fat. Therefore, if you decide to eat more protein make sure that you do not consume it excessively.
In my experience all the weight loss programs are for nought. You have to really , really want to lose weight and stick to it. A low Glycemic diet coupled with exercise is the best one I have found. I don't feel cheated. Probably the only things I really miss are Potato's. Other than that I am happy. OH, and pizza.http://www.mendosa.com/gilists.htm
When I lowered my intake of carbs and exercised my cholesterol and blood pressure went from high to normal. That high blood pressure is the real killer. Now mine is 118/68 resting. This way of eating is a great way for the whole family to eat. If you do , there will not be any Type 2 diabetes in your family.
Good luck

How do I know which are the best weight loss programs?
I’m trying to choose a weight loss program but there are so many I don’t know which works and which don’t.-
ANSWER:
Choosing the right weight loss program can mean the difference between just wasting your money and actually losing weight. There are so many programs out there from Jenny Craig to the Atkins diet and even the Chuck Norris total gym.
There are a few things you want to look for.
1.Do they have a diet plan that helps you create meals.
2.Do they have an effective exercise program.
3.Do they teach you how to keep the weight off.Finding one that is legitimate is also tough. Here’s a link to an ehow article that talks about choosing the best weight loss programs and a couple of others that talk about weight loss.

QUESTION:
Does anyone know of any good weight loss programs, diets or pills?
Im a mom of 2 and i know i am about 100lbs overweight. I have no reason to be this big. I have excersice videos but I loose like 2 to 3lbs and then i gain it right back. So i was wondering if anyone knew of any good weight loss programs, diets or pills? I saw the ad for the HCG drop and I was also wondering if anyone knew if the drops were good. I also want the weight gone by the fall I plan to have a wedding then. Thanks and serious answers only.-
ANSWER:
Are you using the drops?
A 500 calorie per day diet is considered anorexic. Mix it with a hormone from pregnant women's urine and you get a miracle diet!
All over the counter hcg products were announced as illegal and fraudulent by the FDA on January 24, 2011. Testing concluded that all over the counter oral and injection products on the market have little to no real hcg in them but most a similar synthetic hormone. I was in GNC last week. They carry three brands of hcg drops and not one of them has any hcg in them. The well trained salesman even admitted it when I mentioned it. They contained "similar hormones" or amino acids.
Anyone that lost weight especially with the drops did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned. The hcg acted as the placebo to help them lose the weight.
The only approved use for hcg is to increase fertility in both men and women.
Next year will mark 60 years since this fraudulent science was started.
The doctors exploiting this benign hormone with the ability to prescribe injections can't even agree on how it works. Some say it releases stored fat calories into the system. Others say it acts as an appetite suppressant.
Neither explanation justifies the weight loss in the individuals taking the oral drops with NO hcg in them that still lost weight. I am confident the hcg diet has a 95% failure rate just like every other controversial diet plan out there.
By the way, the expensive "clinical injections" are not covered by insurance since it is not FDA approved. What doctor wouldn't want to get an "all cash" practice going?
Check out these clips before going further. Just aired a few months ago.
http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/weight-loss-controversy-hcg-diet-pt-1So the question is are you willing to risk your health with an extreme diet treatment based on testimonial evidence as opposed to clinical research evidence, and the statements from doctors in this all cash business?

QUESTION:
Are there any Army weight loss programs?
I am going to join the Army, but I am about 40 pounds over the weight limit. I'm 6'6'' and 280 or so. Are there any Army weight loss programs to help people interested in joining lose the weight they need to? I can't seem to motivate myself to work out by myself, and I think an army program would help me greatly. Thanks in advanced!-
ANSWER:
When you sign your contract the MEPS station should have given you a little booklet that has all the army exercises in it. There is a schedule in the back that you can choose how long you want your training to be (I think the longest training schedule is 13 weeks?). Go by that and you should be golden! Nothing better than already knowing the exercises when you get to basic, too!!

QUESTION:
Are there any weight loss programs like weight watchers for a 13 year old?
hi. are there any weight loss programs like weight watchers for a 13 year old? thanks.-
ANSWER:
I really don't think there are any for 13 year olds. I could be wrong though. You can ask your mother to buy more reduced fat foods and try being more active. Even riding a bike more often may help. Theres an article on Lucille Roberts blog called "Ten Changes You Can Make to Your Diet to Start Losing Weight" that may help you. It discusses how simple things like drinking more water and not putting dressing on your salad can also help you loose weight.

QUESTION:
Any free weight loss programs for 13 year olds?
I am trying to loss weight and need a program that will work.
I know all of you think I am to young but I really do need to lose weight.-
ANSWER:
Well, I do know one diet I found did work for me, but it's not an easy diet to deal with, and it's free as free gets! And I'm probably going to catch a lot of flack for even suggesting this to a child, but try a water diet. It's suggested normally for about five days, but you might want to start it trying just two days to see if you can handle it. This is the way it goes...*Side note: I lost five pounds in two days trying this diet, if that's any indication.
It helps if you have a water cleaning system, like PUR or Brita, because the diet calls for nothing but purified water. If you have something like that, this diet only costs the price of replacing the filter every three months. If you have a fresh filter, then there's no problem.
But basically, you do nothing but drink water-- and maybe occasionally eat an apple or something-- they're mostly water anyway. It's not an easy program to get through, but after three days (on the full five day program), hunger basically goes away and your body starts feeding off its stored energy (fat). However, since you're young, again, I'm suggesting maybe trying it for two days and taking a break for a day or two before doing another two days.
The basic trick of this diet is that your body starts dropping stored water and salt from the foods you eat on a regular basis. You'll have to use the bathroom a lot, but that's natural for this diet. Whatever food allergies you might have cause swelling that is what's called "False Fat", which you'll lose almost immediately (within three to five days on the full program). Again, it's a hard diet, but it does work if you really stick to it. Doing it once per month is considered 'safe', but it's basically a fasting. DO NOT do it more than once per month... it can make you sick if you do it more than that. A few days on and a few days off usually helps keep you safely fed and the weight should stay off as you continue to lose it. Remember: No more than five or six days per month.

QUESTION:
What inpatient weight loss programs are in New York?
I'm looking for a hospital or clinic that has an inpatient weight loss program in the state of NY. Do you know of any? Thanks for your help
-
ANSWER:
Cut down on the takeaway food!! And say if you happen to head over to McDonald's don't get a Big Mac Meal, instead select a salad or a wrap. They're significantly better.Cut down on the carbohydrates and fat. And when you eat many burgers in your diet aim to substitute it for ground turkey in its place. By simply replacing a couple of items can really change lives.
Drink soy milk, it's got a lesser amount of calories and it's much healthier.
Do a cardio exercise at least twenty minutes every day.
Remember it's okay if you happen to slip. Just picture your self immediately after and say 'I CAN do this!' Don't think of it so much as a diet, think of it more of a approach to life and trust me, the unwanted weight will come off.

QUESTION:
Does anyone know any good weight loss programs?
i was wondering if anyone knew any weight loss programs that really work.-
ANSWER:
i've used the weight watchers online program and its the healthiest way to go, and trust me from experience stay away from diet pills whatever you do. This program is set up for your height weight ect and gives you so many points per day that you can have the great thing about it there's no restriction on what you can eat but how much you can eat of each thing the lower the food points the more you can eat. It also keeps track of your daily exercise you should at least do something active 30 minutes a day to help burn calories. I've lost weight on this program and feel better then i have in a long time. Long story short eat healthier food and exercise there is no such thing as a quick fix its how bad do you want to lose weight and what are you willing to do to get there.

QUESTION:
With all these weight loss programs why are so many still overweight?
It doesn't make sense! Is there not enough weight loss companies to help all these people or is it these people don't care to lose weight?-
ANSWER:
You must be slender or you wouldn't be asking such a silly question. Sure, a person can lose weight. The trick is to KEEP it off - and that requires a permanent change in lifestyle, not a quick fix that is "here today, gone tomorrow."Most people don't realize the meaning of the word "diet." It means a way of eating. Diets where one only drinks protein liquids or other fads are fine for the short term, but not realistic for a lifetime habit.
And for many persons, especially the poor, fast-food eating has become a way of life. Foods high in protein, such as meat, are usually more expensive. And also, for many people who cannot afford to take ANY vacation, who haven't got a house, who are living from paycheck to paycheck, eating is about the only luxury or comfort left to them.
There is a simple answer, of course: expend more calories than you take in. Remember, NOBODY had to worry about dieting in Auschwitz.

QUESTION:
Weight loss programs that actually work?
I am 31 and I am 356.99 lbs. I want to loose a tiny bit of weight. I will not give up sugar and eat vegetables and I will definitely not exercise. And I will definitely definitely not eat small portions at meals. I don't want to be emaciated for goodness sake. Any help?-
ANSWER:
I am one of the millions of people who find it very difficult to control their weight. I have tried many weight loss programs and am always actively searching for more. This was until a couple of years ago when I stumbled across something quite unique, a weight loss program which does actually work. I am finally, after all of those depressive years, able to walk down the street feeling confident about the way I look. In this article, I am going to write about this successful weight loss program in the hope that it can inspire other people to also reach their dream weight.I used to hate being obese, yes that is correct I was not just fat, I was obese. I saw it as one vicious circle, I would feel sorry for myself and would then turn to food as a way of comfort. I have spent many a night sitting in front of the television eating from a huge tub of ice-cream. I would only plan to eat perhaps a quarter of the contents but would always end up eating the lot. This of course would only lead to an increase in weight and boy did I feel guilty the next morning. I was forever beating myself up.
I could not continue to live my life in this way and was quite fortunate to receive some quality advice via a good friend. He told me about the way in which he had managed to lose his excess weight.
This was his plan, I needed to write down everything that I ate. I was allowed to have five treats in the week and had to be disciplined not to go over this level.
I also had to exercise for an hour a day, this to me seemed to be the flaw as I am not one for exercising.
I could not believe how much food I was eating and by writing it all down taught me a huge lesson. The exercise was actually quite enjoyable and an hour is not exactly that long.
After around six months my hard work and determination had certainly paid off and I was a whole new woman. Check out my fitness blog for more fitness info and ideas:

QUESTION:
Started a 1200 calorie diets with vitamins (one a day for weight loss programs)?
How long can you safely stay on a 1200 calorie diet, while taking a one a day vitamin for people on a weight loss programs. The program includes exercise and healthy eating. I currently way 214 and I am planning to stay on this diet until my weight drops below 200 at which time I will consume a 1500 calorie diet until i weigh under 175 pound at which time i will increase my calories to 1800 until I reach my ideal weight of 158 ponds. (I'm 5'7)and then will consume no more than 2088 calories.
Thanks-
ANSWER:
To be honest you are going to have a hard time sticking to that. Going to that extreme is not necessary and what you are trying to do is find a happy place to live(nutritionally speaking). THink about using these tips.....Step 1: Find out what your basal metabolic rate is. Goto http://health.discovery.com/tools/calculators/basal/basal.html
This is the amount of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight.Step 2: Do you exercise? Do you exercise right? Exercising right means that you monitor your heart rate and make sure that you reach your target heart rate and maintain it for the longest period of time while exercising. You have two targets a fat burn zone and an cardiovascular zone. The fat burn is usually 60% of your maximum an d is easier to achieve and maintain and if your goal is weight loss this is where you want to be. Just walking/excising is a good start but if you want to get the most out of your work out find out what your target range is. If you don't belong to a gym then I recommend the
Polar Fitness F11 Heart Monitor Watch.Step 3: You need to decrease your caloric intake or increase the amount of calories your body uses in a day by 500 calories a day for a week to lose 1 pound. So you can decrease that basal number you got in step 1 by 500 calories and exercise very little(yes you still need to exercise). Or you can decrease it by 250 and exercise off 250 calories or any other combination. Remember that your basal number is the amount of calories you body needs to live. If your number were 2400 then your body burn 100 calories per hour. So if you walk for half an hour and burn 300, 50 of that is your basal.
Step 4: Count your calories, it's not hard and you'll find out that you eat a lot of the same things on a daily basis so you won't have to research everything over and over again. Balance what you eat(equal parts carbs and protien whenever possible) . One of the best websites out there is one from the FDA. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/
This database has almost every food on the planet counted and weighed. (Hint: they do a lot of their weights based on 100grams. If you put 0.28 in the serving size this equals 1 ounce). Get a reliable food scale, preferably digital. Weigh everything that you put in your mouth that is not prepackaged. You need to know what you’re eating and how much you’re eating. The number one mistake is "eating healthy". Everyone thinks because it's "healthy" the portion isn't that important. A handful of peanuts is "healthy" and has nearly 250 calories! Eat enough calories and it won’t matter how "healthy" it is your going to gain weight.Step 5: Adjustments and Variety. If you are doing your best and losing weight but your starving, increase the amount of calories your giving yourself by 100-200 calories a day. Losing weight and starving are not good bedfellows. If you starve eventually you will crack and lose the battle. The more types of exercises you do the more weight you will lose. You will work more muscles and keep your body guessing.
Step 6(optional): If you belong to a gym or have some free weights at home. Use them! Muscle takes up less space in your body than fat (pound for pound). A pound of fat sits around and does nothing all day, while a pound of muscle, even at rest burns calories(increasing your basal metabolic rate).

QUESTION:
Why do weight loss programs and commercials all seem to target women?
Do they think its really easy for guys to lose weight and hard for women?-
ANSWER:
I think it is because it's all tied with the mainstream media. Which is directed by men. And men don't like to see overweight women, as they consider it unattractive, so they direct the commercials which attempt to influence more women to go on a diet.

see I am young and my dad doesnt want me to be dieting and stuff because my BMI is 20.4 and i am at a healthy weight but i still feel fat and i need to drop a few pounds.. suggestions?-
ANSWER:
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

QUESTION:
Any good weight loss programs for over weight teen girls?
I am 13 and 20lbs. over weight. I do NOT have money for a big program and do not want to sign up for anything online because I already get enough emails as it is. I also want to lose it FAST so I can buy some nice clothes... Please help me <3
Sorry. Should have been more specific. I am 4'11 and the average weight is 105-115 and I'm 132.-
ANSWER:
Hey I'm 13 too, and I also thought, "There has to be a quick and easy way for me to drop 19 pounds before school starts!" I looked, and looked, and looked again, but all I found was crap. The only true and healthy way to take pounds off and keep them that way is to diet and exercise. I'm dieting right now, and its kicking the crap out of me, but I'm happy, because today, the fifth day of my diet, my extremely critical and beautiful sister and mother both told me that I look thinner. And that makes all the suffering and hard work and dedication worthwhile. Do it right and don't look for n easy way out.

QUESTION:
Can someone suggest me a good website where I can get information on weight-loss programs?
I'm looking for some online material(free or paid) which can help me in reducing my weight the right way. Please help me.-
ANSWER:
I recently discovered a web site (http://the-diet-solutions-program.org) that offers a free on-line video about a superb weight loss program. The video provides lots of informative content about how to lose 10% of unwanted fat in 30 days. The video made so much sense to me that I bought the book that the video is based upon. The "The Diet Solution Program" weight loss program described in the web site video appeals to me because it does not involve starvation. I can still enjoy foods, I just need to choose which ones are fat-burning and which ones prevent fat-burning. The video on the web site goes over these foods. The book is a wealth of information about these foods.
The other reason I like this program is because it describes a diet that can easily be adopted into a lifestyle. Since it teaches how to lose weight by eating the right healthy foods, the fat is burned off naturally and stays off forever.
I was surprised about some of the foods that I was eating that I thought were healthy but were really working against me. The video and the book were real eye-openers and have changed me for the better.

I'm a part of the 3-n-1 weight loss diet program. It is really good, and it is catered towards people who have you circumstances. The program is completely free, and its a lot better than the weight loss diet programs that you have to pay for.
They give away tons of freebie's, and they also let you talk to a dietitian, during your weight loss diet program. It works for me, so I give it 2 thumbs up. The 24/7 support is a big plus.

ANSWER:
i'm sure ur beautiful as you are and you shouldn't worry about people picking on you, they just do it bacause they have more issues than you do e.g dead parent, father beats them, so just laugh at them for it, but if you really want to go on a diet i suggest you only eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. no snaks, and when you eat, stay away from fatty food. instead, eat lots of fruit and veg like watermelon, oranges, carrots etc... as for exercise, try walking for as long as you can and everyday walk for the same amout of time you did the previous day or longer.

I am 14 years old and I am fat. I've been trying to loose weight but I just can't. Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be best if it works quickly. I am not one of those girls who say I am fat. Everytime I have to go to the doctor (to get a psyical for sports, when I get sick, etc.) they make it a point to tell me.-
ANSWER:
Limit your red meat intake; take some B-Complex vitamin supplements; start exercising by taking a walk about one hour each day at a steady pace, then work your way up (by walking longer, or walking/jogging/running faster). Also, avoid iodinized salt as it can cause some bloating and water retention. Opt for little-to-no-salt; eat some smaller portions.DON'T detox. DON'T eat less than 1750 calories per day since you are still young and maturing.
Avoid white flour, too.
Should lose about 1-2 pounds per week. That's healthy.

QUESTION:
Least expensive weight loss programs? Most effective?
I'm currently looking for a weight loss program. I'm thinking about maybe Jenny Craigs, LA weight loss, Weight Watchers...only none of these programs have prices on the website. Also, if anyone has used any of these please tell me about your experience...*Please do note, I understand that dieting is not always good and there are ways to lose weight without going to a program. I know myself, however, and my discipline isn't that frat when I do it myself so I would like something structured for me. Thank you in advance for answering the question at hand.
-
ANSWER:
I'm not sure about the costs of Jenny Craig or LA Weight Loss, but I've found Weight Watchers to be very affordable.I do everything online, and it's about .95 per month. The resources are great, from having an online database of foods and point values, to exercise tips, to recipes. They even have a Recipe Builder where you can figure out the points of foods and recipes you cook today.
I also think Weight Watchers is a great plan because it teaches you about portion control and healthy eating/cooking habits so once you've lost the weight, you've learned the tools to keep it off.

QUESTION:
do weight loss programs like jenny craig nutrisystem really work?
i've seen their commercials and always wondered. They have stuff like pasta, pizza and icecream. How is this supposed to help you lose weight?10points
-
ANSWER:
Both the Jenny Craig and the Nutrisystem works. They teach you how to eat right. With the Jenny Craig you have to fix your own meals and you meat regularly with a counselor, all this can become expensive. The Nutrisystem delivers your meals to you. This once again makes it very expensive. It is very convenient though, because it keeps you from just eating anything if you get home late and hungry. I find those are the times I just eat anything I can lay my hand on and if the meal is already there, you will probably eat it. This will prevent a lot of cheating. What is important here is that they both work because they teach you how to eat the correct food in the correct proportions. Food is not the problem, it is how much, how it is prepared and the right meal plans that is important.
You should be able to get hold of cheaper plans that will give you the same benefit. It is nice though, having the correct meals delivered and if you can afford it, I would say go for it. You are sure to lose weight if you stick to it.
I've read a good quote somewhere it goes like this: "Which is the best weight loss diet? The one you stick to!" Unfortunately that is the point. As long as a diet consists of healthy, well balanced meals, any one will do. If you go to the two sites below you will find more info on a wide variety of diets and then you can make an informed decision of which one is right for you.
