Are you tired of the person looking back at you in the mirror? Are you tired of shopping in the “plus” size sections? Are you tired of not seeing the results you are promised on the back of the bottle of those “magic” pills? Well, if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired? It is time to get serious and lose those unwanted pounds for good. I don’t mean to lose them for a vacation, or a wedding, or just a quick fix...I am talking about a lifestyle change and saying good bye to them permanently. It is not too late, in the paragraphs below I am going to reveal some of the most successful and proven weight loss tips to help you discover a fitter, thinner, and sexier you!
1.Goal Setting. This is one of the most important parts of any health and fitness plan. Goal setting can be amazing when used correctly and the death of you if you choose to be unrealistic and foolish. In any weight loss program you need to have a series of short term goals that help you reach your ultimate goal (aka long term goal). All of these goals need to be realistic, measurable, and of course attainable. You need to be very careful that you do not set your short term goals too high; this will lead to frustration that usually leads to giving up. When dealing with weight loss it is a great idea to set short term goals of pounds lost each month or every two weeks, body fat percentage lost each month, and even inches lost each month. When you determine what the goal is set a specific and timeframe to reach these goals. It is always good to consult with a fitness professional to help you evaluate where you are, where you want to be, and of course the best plan of attach to reach all of your goals. Once the goals are set, determine what will be the best option for you to be successful.
2.Monitor Your Weight. Monitoring your weight does not mean weighing yourself every morning, after lunch, and before bed every day. Like all good things, weight loss does not happen overnight. Your weight will fluctuate; it is better to monitor your weight in a weekly or bi-monthly basis and see how you are progressing.
3.Resistance Training. The number one myth is that lifting weights is going to get you bulky and have you looking like a body builder. This is absolutely ridiculous; the truth of the matter is that weight training will have you burning more fat than any other form of exercise. The right type of resistance training will allow you to burn fat, tone muscle, and sculpt your body to its best form.
4.Support of Loved Ones. A supportive environment is a must as you go into a Crystal Lake weight loss program. Your family will help you stick to a diet plan by holding your accountable. Your co-workers can also provide you support by simply reminding you of your goals and providing you with the needed accountability to be successful. Having the love and support of those close to you can be huge for you in your weight loss success.
You may also seek the support of a weight loss program, boot camp, and also a personal trainer. Try to evaluate if you can successfully lose weight alone or if you need the services of a fitness program or fitness professional to achieve your wellness goals. For those living in or near Crystal Lake, health and fitness programs are available to answer your fitness and weight loss needs. They have programs that have gotten great results from their clients, and they can show you hundreds of testimonials to show you their successes.

QUESTION:
What's the best motivator--depression or excitement--for successful weight loss?
If you've ever had a successful weight loss attempt, how was your mood at the beginning of it? Did you start a diet/exercise routine out of depression and disgust, or were you pumped up by the thought of your new lifestyle?Right now I'm down in the dumps about the whole weight loss thing and tomorrow am starting yet another exercise routine out of necessity (health). I've about had it with dieting and trying to eat healthily. I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Have you ever felt like that and ended up succeeding after all?
-
ANSWER:
I think being excited is better for successful weight loss. I have been on both ends of it, and excitement and motivation carried me a lot farther than depression. Depression makes me not want to do anything, when being excited about my body to come motivated me more to want to stick to a plan.

QUESTION:
what has been the most successful weight loss/exercise book or log for you?
i am looking for a book that provides workout plans and log where i can keep track for weight loss and healthy living. is there one that has been really successful for you?-
ANSWER:
There's no books that can beat your own common sense approach to exercise.
Modify your eating style to suit your "desired new you".
Eat loads of fresh veggie/ no bread/ no red meat or processed food.
Don't cheat~!
Make a Solid but firm commitment to a daily workout routine. Just plain walking works the best. Start out walking what is your max distance. STAY THE COURSE AND, push yourself each and every day..
I lost 50 lbs by doing this since the first of Jan. I am at my new comfortable level of 148lbs. I walk 5 to 10 miles every day~many days, I will also throw in a bike ride on top of that. When I can, I climb mountains in NH for additional workout. The main thing is to push push yourself to a better you.

QUESTION:
Does anyone have any successful weight loss stories?
Does anyone have any successful weight loss stories?
I was watching tv the other day and a doctor said that there is basically no chance of someone losing more than 10 pounds and keeping it off without surgery. I found that to be totally ridiculous. Has anyone ever worked hard and lost the weight they wanted and kept it off? Share your success!-
ANSWER:
That is ridiculous! I've lost 15lbs with strict diet and work out regimen. I went to a friends for 4 days ate lot of take out and came home two pounds thinner. The key is portion control and moderation. I used to work out every day, now that I've lost the weight I just work out every other day or so. To maintain you still need exercise and healthy diet or you will just gain it all back.

QUESTION:
What are some important components of a successful weight loss plan?
Hello Everyone,I would like to know what are some good ways to help people lose weight?
For instance, if you were to create a weight loss program what would be something that you would make sure to emphasis or implement?
Thanks in advance for your time.
-
ANSWER:
The most critical aspect of a weight loss program is selecting foods that are nutritionally rich and lower in calories.I lost 80 pounds by simply changing to a low-fat whole plant based diet as described by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr. I do exercise, but I learned through experience that diet is far more important than the level of activity. That being said, I do exercise moderately for about one hour each day. Weight training is also a good way to build muscle rather than fat. The volume of tissue created with the same number of calories is seven times more for fat than muscle. I'd rather have an additional pound of muscle rather than seven pounds of fat.
I also learned that maintaining a healthy weight is a lifestyle change. You don't keep weight off by joining Weight Watchers for one year. Most victims of commercial weight loss programs learn that they cannot keep the weight off for more than about a year or two. Atkins and calorie restricted diets also do not work for the vast majority of people. (Kolata)

QUESTION:
What is the best method for successful weight loss?
I am attempting to diet via counting calories... and treadmilling 45-60 minutes per night..... but am not satisfied with the weight loss.... any suggestions?-
ANSWER:
Counting calories isn't necessarily the best way. The KIND of calories you eat, such as lots of veggies, lean protein, fruit, skim milk, whole grain carbs that make up those calories are very important. I used to not think so, and I've lost a large amount of weight 3 times in my life. This time, however, I have continued to eat healthy and exercise and the weight has stayed off. So, you have to change your MINDSET and way you think about eating. You are not on a diet, per se, you are eating in a healthy way that you will continue even after you've lost your weight. As for the exercise, treadmill is good, as is just about any other aerobic activity you can engage in. However, on alternate days, I highly recommend strength training. As you lose weight, if you are developing lean muscle, your metabolism will increase as your body has to work harder, even at rest, to maintain lean muscle than it works to maintain fat. Most people make the mistake of neglecting to strength train. I am a firm believer in it.

QUESTION:
What's a successful weight-loss diet for a vegetarian?
I would LOVE to lose some weight. Right now I weigh about 137 pounds, but I really want to lose 20 by Christmas. I don't eat meat, but are there any good meat-less diets out there that will help me achieve this goal?-
ANSWER:
Hey im a vegetarian too! Ive been like this for like nearly a month now, i used to get really bloated after i ate meat so i gave it up and ive never felt better than i do now!I wouldnt suggest like a diet, just keep a balance of Veges and fresh fruit. Yoghurt helps with digestion and also i only eat bread once a week since there are LOTS of carbs in them. (cause bloating for me)
I cut out yeast made things too like vegemite, marmite, bread, etc.Drink PLENTY of water because that will help with hunger pangs coz your body is not always hungry!
Be creative with like seafood salads! Fruit salads (fruit mixed with lettuce - very delicious!)
I still eat fish and chicken actually so im happy with just that:)
I think salads are very filling personally, crackers are good too!
Mixed nuts and dried fruit are a nice snack too!
hope that helped! - if u want more help just ask

QUESTION:
What are the keys to a successful weight loss program..?
Hello Everyone,What are you looking for when trying a weight loss program?
Thank you for your time.
-
ANSWER:
The key to weight control is education and finding a way of eating that1 - Matches your metabolic type and
2 - You find enjoyable enough so that you can stay on "the diet"
Actually a better way to look at it is your "diet" is what you are going to eat from now on. Not something you are going to "go on" until you lose so many pounds.
Good luck!

QUESTION:
What is the most successful weight loss surgery and what is the least successful?
according to weight lost-
ANSWER:
It depends on your weight, your age and your determination to follow through the program. Weight loss surgery is not just about a surgery it's about how you eat after the surgery and how you exercise. I made a lap band surgery last year and I have lost 60 pounds. It's less than I expected but I really have a great life now so I don't care. The good thing with lab band is that you can make changes to the lap band if you think that's necessary. I don't know which one is the least successful. But I know that lap band could be a real success. There are some other methods that are much more risky and that have no flexibility like lab band. You can lose more weight with them. But for most people lap band is the best option. Ask your doctor for the method that will be best for you.

QUESTION:
What are some important tips to remember for successful weight loss?-
ANSWER:
Keep track of everything you eat. This prevents you from snacking mindlessly.
Drink a lot of water, since thirst is often mistook for hunger.
Don't limit the amount of vegetables you can eat. They're filling but very low in calories so allowing yourself to eat them whenever you want will prevent you reaching for other foods, and also stop you feeling too deprived and hungry which make it harder to stick with a diet.
Cut out any sugary drinks as these give you nothing nutritionally but are loaded with calories.
Above all, don't give up. It WILL work if you stick with it.

QUESTION:
Has anyone had successful weight loss using diet pills and doing the South Beach Diet simultaneously?
I began doing the Second phase of the SBD and taking the diet pill Xenadrine EFX on July 1. As of today, July 7, I've dropped approx. 3 lbs. I am also walking for 30 minutes a day 3 days a week.
I was just wondering if anyone has tried losing weight in this manner and if it was successful for them. Was the weight loss more rapid? My goal is to 15 - 20 lbs by the end of summer.
-
ANSWER:
Honestly, that doesn't sound like such a great idea.... Doing both at the same time. Loosing too much weight at one time [especially by pills] is not good for your body. I would suggest just one or the other. [the SBD sounds like a healthier option]

QUESTION:
Did you or know anyone who had successful weight loss doing the Atkins diet?
How much weight did you lose and how long did it take you? Thank you! Looking for motivation only please!!!-
ANSWER:
I am on the atkins diet right now. I am on week 4 I have gone from 188 down to 172 in the four weeks. I feel fine as of right now but I was seriously lethargic and tired this past weekend. I kept on going though and I woke up feeling fine on Monday. I am still doing phase one because I need to lose another 20 pounds before I am happy and will switch to the other phases. In the past I have lost weight on atkins and my bf lost a ton of weight on atkins. He is on it right now with me and in the 4 weeks he has lost 20 pounds. I do have to warn you though that we cook good atkins meals every night and I really think that it is the key. We also eat a healthier version with lean meats and lots of veggis. Good luck!

QUESTION:
Have you been successful with weight loss? What is your secret?
I have been on a diet for several months and I am also walking several miles per day. I have hit a weight loss plateau and wonder how others have been successful in losing weight. Share your tips.-
ANSWER:
You're on the right track, but it's normal to hit a plateau. Keep at it, it's your body's reaction to sudden weight loss, once it gets attuned to the exercise, you'll begin to lose again.EXERCISE is the key, not so much diet- that is, just eat healthy, smaller portions, don't starve yourself or follow any special weight loss plans. Lots of vegetables, less breads, meats are good protein but avoid fried foods with fats/oils.
I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks, 40 lbs in three months, all attributed to following the Wii Fit exercise program combined with RUNNING a mile a day. You might consider stepping up the walk to a run - you will burn more calories and condition your legs a lot more.
I'm now down to a fit 25% BMI, and holding. It was not so much the diet, it was the exercise that did it.

QUESTION:
does anyone have a successful weight loss story?
especially from doing low carbs? i just started cutting out carbs earlier this month and could use some inspriation. thanks!-
ANSWER:
I weighed 230 lbs when I gave birth to my son. I figured that since I was pregnant, I could eat whatever I wanted. After I gave birth I realized that the 100 lbs I had gained weren't going to go away in the hospital. I went on a diet that was made up, mainly, of protein and fiber. I ate two boiled eggs and high fiber, whole wheat toast for breakfast. For lunch I opted for raw veggies or a salad with oil and vinegar and boiled egg or tuna salad. For dinner I made whole wheat pasta with turkey meatballs or soy protein. I cut out red meat completely for eight months. I did not eat any canned food. Only fresh. That included veggies. I lost the weight and kept it off, even after my diet got more lax. Now that I am six months pregnant again, I still watch my diet and have gained only 5 lbs. and I am healthy, have normal blood pressure and energy.

QUESTION:
Anyone with successful quick weight loss plus five?
I need some serious help. I was doing well until I went on vacation, it's only been 5 days, but in those 5 days I gained 5 pounds. So I need to drop these pounds fast. I'd like successful stories with a food list, basically. I'll *5 best answer if it works!-
ANSWER:
Are you sure you aren't just retaining water? Try taking a water pill for a couple of days and see if that makes you lose the whole 5 pounds. Anyway, it's easy to lose just a few pounds. Just don't let it keep going this way. It's harder to lose 10 or 20 pounds.Just increase your exercise or cut your food portion by 1/3 for a while, and then slowly go back to what you consider normal for you. But watch out. Your portions shouldn't be large, ever. Here's a handy eye-opener about how portion sizes have changed over the years:

QUESTION:
How can i avoid temptation and be successful with weight loss?
I always want more. its ridiculous. i just wanna lose 20lbs so i can be healthy. but its so tempting to have a second helping or just one more cookie, or whatever. help?-
ANSWER:
Gum! I'm serious. It works, get really flavorful gum that is long lasting and as soon as you're done eating just pop a piece in. It tastes so good and is mouth watering that you don't need another cookie, you just have to get it in your mouth fast enough so that your mind won't tell you to just grab another cookie. The chewing is also a good distraction because a lot of people just want to eat when they are bored and the chewing gives you something to do. So just keep a pack of gum on you at all times. (Try the kind they use on biggest loser, I think it might be wrigglys but it's really good)
Good luck!

QUESTION:
LGBT: What diet plan would you recommend for successful weight loss?-
ANSWER:
I usually stick to Special K (the strawberries or blueberries are great) for breakfast, and dinner for me consists of stuff like grilled chicken salads (substitute chicken for whatever if you're vegetarian) with a full array of vegetables. Not just lettuce, but I make sure I get some good romaine, spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, grated cheese and carrots, croutons, etc.; Also I like any kind of baked food or grilled where you don't use too much oil and the food is naturally lean. There is nothing wrong with getting 93% lean 7% fat meat if you prepare it right. The most important thing I've come to realize about portion control is "don't eat until you're full, just eat until you're not hungry anymore."
THIS JUST APPLIES TO ME, I can't speak for anyone else, but, as much as people have said eat small meals frequently, it simply does not work for my body. I eat 2 meals per day. A smart and "efficient" breakfast, meaning not a lot of volume, but high concentrations of nutrients. And a complete, balanced, and right-sized dinner. Eat enough to satisfy yourself, but if you feel like you need to take a nap right after dinner, you ate too much! Since I'm only eating 2 meals I have dinner earlier (Breakfast about 8am, Dinner about 4pm).
Down 40 lbs. and counting... this was such a change from my regular intake that I lose typically 4-5 pounds a week. Try and stick w/ the 2-meal thing for a while to see how it works, any hunger in between or before bed should not be curbed with junk food! Always eat something that's worth eating. Hope I've helped!

QUESTION:
Anyone here with successful weight loss stories? If so tell us what you tried and how you succeeded. I am at
my plateau (sp) and I need a new routine.
I lost 55+ lbs eating plenty of fruits and veggies with several bottles of water per day. I walked 3-4 times a day for an hour. I need to join a gym, but I had neck surgery... so my body is not moving like it should right now. Since I would like to lose 15-20 more pounds I would like to hear some success stories... maybe that can be my encouragement to keep up the good work.Getting discouraged and lazy. Still eating right.... but things are moving too slow for me. Goal date is 12/23 20 lbs
-
ANSWER:
first off, you should be praising yourself for losing that much weight, which most people just plain dont have the drive to do. secondly, after neck surgery i think most of us would just give up and not care at all, but you're still eating right and trying to push all the way to your goal (and you've set a good reasonable date for it), thats to be admired and commended.for the time being, i'd recommend using household items to achieve gym machine type exercises. you can do them in your free time at home and dont need any special equipment. hold two milk jugs and lift your arms up to your sides, or do curls. grab three chairs and set them up to do pushups supported on them (instead of on the floor). you can dip lower that way. jog up and down the stairs. hold your arms straight in front of you for as long as you can with 2 soup cans.
pretty much any muscle group can be strengthened in this way. just do as much as you can without getting tired, and every week try to do a little more. and really, just stay positive. the end of the goal is always the hard part, but its also the most rewarding, and even if you dont get results as fast as you expect, you'll still get results and be that much closer to your goals. good luck, and dont give up! you've done great so far, so keep it up!

Successful tips on weight loss?
I have been on a diet for a little more than a week now.
I do attend school. So, in the morning, I will eat a banana, oatmeal (non sweetened), etc.
I drink tons of water throughout the day. At lunch, I eat a salad. With a very small amount of Italian dressing on it. When I arrive home, I eat salad, typically the same. I do warm ups- (sit ups, crunches, etc.) for about an hour. I then go for a run for about half an hour. Come inside, eat a banana or something, then go running for another half hour. I come inside, do my sit ups and crunches for another hour.On weekends, I wake up at 10:30, eat a healthy breakfast, do my warm ups for half an hour, run for 2 hours, come inside, do crunches, sit ups, etc. Eat a small snack, (apple or whatever I have on hands.) Do another hour of running, etc, etc.
What I want to know is, do you think I am doing this correctly?
I hear you should eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your matabolism going, rather than 3 large meals a day. I have checked my BMI, I know I am not underweight, or overweight, I just would love to lose some meat I have on me. I am 14 years old, 5'6, and I weight about 140-145. I know I am still developing an growing, don't tell me how I don't need to worry about it. I want to get active, and healthy so my future and life is bright. When I was younger, I was obese, and it caused depression. I still have a part of me that is uncomfortable with myself.Another question:
any videos to help reduce love handles fast by doing simple exercises in your home that you know of?Another question:
It's been cold lately on Florida, and rainy. It's hard for me to do exercises while it's so wet and cold outside. Any indoor exercises that you know of?Personal experiences on your successful weight loss, or stories would be wonderful. Sorry for the all the questions.

ANSWER:
Hi,
Well my first question to your question is, do you enjoy what you are doing right now?The reason I ask that is because you seem to be very active and eating some pretty good food but it also seems like if it's a little too much.
Personally, I love food and working out. When I was younger, I was also obese.
The good thing is that your taking the initiative now to prevent what happened in your younger days but maybe I can help you some more so that you can actually LIVE your life.
Here are some tips...
Use bodyweight exercises. Bodyweight training is more than enough to reach any goal so you should use it. For fat loss, I recommend exercises that involve a lot of movement.
For Example: Lunges,Burpees,Frog Jumps,PushupsAlso, put your exercises in a circuit.
Try this workout out...A1)Kneeling Pushups 3 Sets Of 10
30 Seconds Of Moderate Intensity Cardio
A2)Prisoner Lunges 3 Sets Of 8 Each Leg
30 Seconds Of Moderate Intensity Cardio
A3)Pull Ups 3 Sets Of 3
30 Seconds Of Moderate Intensity Cardio
A4)Prisoner Squats 3 Sets Of 10
30 Seconds Of Moderate Intensity Cardio
A5)Mountain Climbers 3 Sets Of 25
30 Seconds Of Moderate Intensity CardioThat workout should be done 3-4 times a week in less than one hour (including your warm ups, stretching, and cool down). It's very intense if you do it right so you probably wont be able to do everything. Just build up to it if you can't do it now.
For you nutrition, don't do too much that you despise it.
Just focus on not eating processed foods and overindulging. That's all you need for now.
Yes, eating 5-6 times a day does improve metabolism but before concerning yourself with frequency, care about the quality first.
Once you remove processed foods while eating as much nutrient dense foods as you can then go ahead and eat 5-6 times day. Remember though, find something that YOU like. If you don't like how the food tastes or you wish to eat more then do so. Find the perfect balance. Find what you like and what will give you great results at the same time.

QUESTION:
Tell me your successful tips on weight loss?
I would really love to hear what you have found as a successful way to loose weight, how much you lost, over what time, how you found it, what you did to keep it off...basically YOUR success story!-
ANSWER:
It's all about will power. The best diet in the world won't work if you don't have the faith and desire and will power to see what is going to be a very challenging time ahead!I joined weight watchers and follow the points programme - it's very good you can still have a little bit of what you love. Also exercise - one must go hand in hand to tone your body.
When I joined in the first 2 weeks I lost 16 lbs - wow I thought more than a stone in my 1st fortnight. Obviously it doesn't stay like this it begins to settle down after that but I can still on a good week lose 4 - 5 lbs.
I was 15 stone 3 lbs when I joined 8 weeks ago and I have now lost 40lbs I am now 12 stone 5 lbs. I'm not saying it has been easy some weeks are better than others but I can't believe how much I have lost - nearly 3 stone in 8 weeks.
Also I am sick of wearing big knickers lol and having to pay over the odds for clothes and generally being shocked and disgusted when I see my reflection in shop windows. I should never let myself get this big I am only 5 ft 1 in.
I bought a fridge magnet saying fridge pickers wear much bigger knickers, I also have a picture of Gwen Steffani and J lo on the fridge and cupboard to give me extra inspiration and it's working. I promised myself last year that this would be my last fat summer. The support of my family has also helped me a great deal.
I know I still have a long way to go I want to be less than 10 stone, about 9 and a half and I am joining the gym with my daughter this weekend - until now I didn't have the confidence to. I go out walking after my dinner at night with my boyfriend and can't believe how much I have enjoyed it.
My advice would be to stay focused and tell yourself that you are going to do it this time and you will. You must believe in yourself go on go and shock everyone! Good luck sorry this has turned out to be a bit of a novel lol.

QUESTION:
Does anyone know of any successful weight loss plans?-
ANSWER:
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com

QUESTION:
What's your successful weight loss regimen?
Okay, so enough is enough for me! I'm not looking to join a program or buy a diet system, other than items from my local grocery store.I have been trying to lose some weight, but I can never stick to anything. I'm trying to find exercises other than running to help me lose stubborn lower belly and back fat/love handles. I'm so ashamed...I'd like to lose weight in my tummy too, but that is easy for me if I tried.
My question here is, what is some of your successful weight loss regimens that don't cost tons of money, contracts, ordering online, or that nasty lemonade diet? Whatever has worked for you, I'm interested in hearing.

I exercise 3 times a week, I weigh 165 pounds, goal is to lose 25 pounds...

ANSWER:
dont cut them out...it will onyl haunt you later. if your concerned that your eating too many...choose salad ove pasta every so often, and maybe try a wrap or pita instead of bread for your sandwich. carbs are good for you as are meats and everyhting else...you dont want to cut them out. basically when peopel say cut calories to lose weight...that means cut out the unnecessary stuff. dont get that coffee from starbucks with all teh fat and cream and sutff in it...and dont eat that hoho after your lunch. that will benefit you a lot. past that if your really still tryign to cut back more...take half a serving of pasta instead of aheaping plateful, and substitute with your salad, or try eating soup for lunch instead of a sandwich a few times a week.

QUESTION:
What diets have you found successful for weight loss?-
ANSWER:
A good weight loss plan is one that not only loses you weight but also helps you to keep it that way. Everybody knows that you each burn out more calories than you consume or you eat less calories than your daily calorie expenditure. Straightforward yes? I shall thus develop on the two-branched consider of watching your diet and your implement in this weight loss plan.Your first step in your weight loss plan is that you pay interest to your meals. First: three square meals are a no go if you are not a construction worker. Instead the adage of six light meals is advised if you want to keep a trim figure. Eat till you are seventy percent full so that your digestive procedure will not be overloaded. You are not on a diet if you are available to eat till you burst on all six meals. For efficient digestion and thus a trim figure, your tummy needs a warm and essence temperature and your digestive juices the right pH value. To check havoc on my digestion, I do not drink cold or soft drinks with my meals. This is because drinking such drinks lowers your internal temperature and changes the pH value of your gastric juices more info http://fast-weightloss-plans.blogspot.com/search/label/Weight%20Loss%20%20Idiots
