Learn The Fast Way To Lose Weight

Safe Diet Pills

Some safe diet pills might not have side effects, but are they effective for weight loss? If you are like a lot of people, you may have tried several types of weight loss products, but you may have suffered side effects, like headaches and "jitters."

There are a variety of possible side effects, so finding those that have the purest natural ingredients might be the best bet. When searching for fat loss aids that are really effective and won't harm you, there are a few things you can look for that will lessen chances of side effects, but allow you to meet weight loss goals when buying diet pills.

Look For Clinical Studies

Weight loss aids that are effective and won't cause dangerous or undesirable side effects would be those that aren't mixed with a bunch of fillers and harmful ingredients. While there are a few additives that might "boost" the potency of natural ingredients, there are some that are prone to E. Coli and they slow the absorption of the proven, active ingredient.

Since there isn't FDA testing required for over-the-counter fat loss aids, you have to look for real clinical studies, medical endorsements and scientific testing, to ensure you aren't being duped into buying a "sales pitch" for a product that doesn't work, and more importantly that doesn't serve up dangerous side effects - which has happened to many people. It's sad, but true, that some people have even died from taking diet capsules which weren't safe!

So, are there any aids for losing weight which won't cause you any harm? Absolutely! Read on, to find out what other criteria you should consider before making a purchase.

Purest Ingredient Content

Even if you find capsules that contain proven natural ingredients, it might not mean they have the purest ingredient content. They can be quite expensive, but they might not offer the same potency as the purest forms, which might be more affordable. While you need to do a little research to learn about which ingredients to search for, finding the purest forms, without fillers or additives, can result in more effective weight loss.

There are products that contain very little of a proven ingredient or use weaker portions of natural plants or botanical ingredients because it is cheaper.

Look For FDA-approved Laboratories

Testing in an FDA-approved laboratory can be a favorable indication that you will find with diet capsules that will not harm you. This can reduce the E.Coli risks that some products might contain, due to filler materials. When searching for diet capsules that help you lose weight safely, companies that operate pharmaceutical-quality facilities and use FDA-approved testing laboratories are the closest thing to prescription-strength potency and safeness.

Fat Inhibitors From Natural Sources

Organic ingredients can provide 100% natural and effective fat inhibitors, which allow you to eat the foods you like, yet reduce the amount of fat you absorb by almost 30%. Clinical studies have proven that natural plant ingredients like Bioperine, can help your body absorb less fat because they convert fat to a gel-like substance that passes through the system.

Natural fiber from certain plants can also help you avoid cravings because glucose absorption is slowed, which helps you avoid the insulin release "roller-coasters" that give you highs and lows in energy, during your weight loss. There are different plants and botanicals that include the natural fat-inhibitors, including certain cactus plants.

There are diet pills that are expensive, but they aren't proven effective or safe. When you are searching for safe diet capsules, there are experts that have done all the research for you.

  2. QUESTION:
Are there ANY safe diet pills or herbal substitutes that are safe to use in pregnancy?
I was previously taking slim fx diet pills, then Adios, until I found out I was pregnant. Now my weight is ballooning as it has with my previous two pregnancies. Although this pregnancy was totally unintentional, i am not prepared to put the unborn child at risk hence stopping the other diet pills. Does anyone know of any which are safe to use in pregnancy? If so, do you know why?
I know its not apropriate to diet during pregnancy, I am not talking about losing weight, i just want to maintain it, something I find hard to do the second i am pregnant. I am not overwieght, probably just average, but pregnancy makes me pile it on. Its simplistic to say just grab a piece of fruit when your hungry but im afraid its not that simple! Sorry to anybody I may be offending if i am sounding harsh!

    • ANSWER:
No unfortunately! You could try 'slimming world'..It's safe to do while your pregnant, you can eat loads(non stop all day if you want) and it's really easy 2 follow.

      Taken from slimming world page:-

Can pregnant members still attend Slimming World?

A: Yes, with the support of their midwife. Slimming World's Food Optimising system provides a healthy, well-balanced diet and an ideal way to prevent excess weight gain when pregnant. We have developed a policy with the support of the Royal College of Midwives in which we ask pregnant members to get their midwife's consent to continue attending their group. A pregnancy form is available from Consultants and must be signed by the midwife at each check-up throughout the pregnancy.

Slimming World Consultants do not advise on weight change during a members' pregnancy. However, a member may be given specific advice regarding her weight from her midwife depending on individual circumstances. The pregnancy form enables the Consultant to help and support the member in managing her weight solely in the way suggested by her midwife. This ensures the Consultant can support the member in managing their weight in the way that is totally safe for her and her baby.

Is it safe for teens to take diet pills?
I've been dieting and working out like crazy for about a year now and theres no changes at all ! I dont know what to do anymore. I was thinking of doing some research and asking my doctor about a safe diet pill. I would'nt abuse the use of them and I'll keep working out and dieting but does anyone know of a diet pill that works ?

    • ANSWER:
Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Are there any safe diet pills that actually work?
I have not tried any yet and I don't intend to replace it with a healthy diet and exercise. I was just wondering if a good safe one could help me get there a little faster.

    • ANSWER:
Have you ever noticed how diet pills say "can help weightloss alongside a healthy diet and excercise"?

There's a reason for that, stick with a good diet that you can keep up. Don't deny yourself treats but practise moderation and excercise. You will find that works the best and diet pills won't make any difference to that. Plus a lot of them are dangerous.

      2) u will have NO problem losing 40 lbs by march. u could do that in 2 months if you REALLY wanted tp. keep the good diet up and the 1 hr of cardio up, but add an hr of weights and a 15 min stretch in each day and up your workouts to 6 days a work, the weight will come off fast. dont be afraid of weights they help build lean muscle which will make u burn fat easier.

  10. QUESTION:
What are some safe diet pills for a 16 year old girl?
I know technically none are safe. What's something that would be okay though?

    • ANSWER:
99% of diet pills are pulled off the market for side effects. Don't risk it. I have had lots of friends have long term complications.

Take a walk, Have 80% of the food that you eat be from the ground (whole grans, salads, fruits, ect.), hang out with your friends at the park instead of a pizza joint, just adapt healthier habbits instead of risking your life on a pill that wont make you loose any weight anyway.

      Best of luck!

  11. QUESTION:
Good safe diet pills, that actually work...?
I am down to just nursing once a day and it's at night, is it safe to take a diet pill in the morning? Are there any genrally safe diet pills you can take? If so what?

    • ANSWER:
When you nurse, you need extra calories for the baby. Nursing often makes' stomach go down from the contractions of uterine muscle, and the baby being fed makes' one lose weight, and you can eat more without a problem
. You know, it takes' a year to lose the weight after a baby. And to do it safely.
Just eat all you want, but try to keep everything to serving size, and eat 6 small meals a day.
Walk, or push the stroller around the park to get smaller.
Diet pills make you weak and dried out, which affects' the baby's milk. So they are not good, and eating well gives you energy.
I take a water pill for my swollen legs and high blood pressure, and I notice I am still losing water through urine around 2 AM or so if I'm not in bed. You will dehydrate yourself by not drinking anything all night. See?
You must drink a couple of glasses of water in morning and one glass after going to void in the bathroom, and more liquids in-between. This is even not enough while on these things. Water helps' the body get rid of the fluid the body retains' which is different than water. That is how I get less weak, but I still do.
Always check with your doctor about feeding your baby and what you need to be doing to be healthy. A cup of some hot drink or a soup before meals will help you be full and not eat so much. That is all the diet helps that you need right now, until a year- and that the doctor will approve, also, while nursing.

it is as safe as you, apply brain when you are exercising as well as eating and taking the pill, you should be ok.

I already walk a lot {part of my job} and don't over eat, but just can't seem to get this extra flab off.

  17. QUESTION:
How can i loss 40 lbs in 7 to 8 months and what tips of diet pills are safe to take?
I need to loss 40 lbs before my friends wedding in march 2012, i'm 5'3 155lbs and i want to be 115-120lbs. I ware size 16 pants and want to ware a size 6 before the wedding and stay that why for a long time. Need to know what diet pills are safe to take, need a list of diet pills and links also well be nice. Thank you for your help.

    • ANSWER:
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! Does anyone know if it's safe to take diet pills if you're on prescription stimulant and anti-depressant?

  26. QUESTION:
What diet pills are safe and work?
My friend has been dieting her entire life. She has been to the doctor, tried tons of different diets, and still she has not lost any weight. She eats a healthy diet and we exercise every day together. She has had a problem with her weight since we were little girls. She asked me about diet pills, and frankly I don't know anything about them. Are there any out there that are safe and really truly do work? I want my friend to be happy, and any [safe] boost I can give her would mean the world to me.

    • ANSWER:
The "best diet" is not a diet at all, its a way of eating for the rest of your life.

As far as popular diets go, Atkins, Southbeach, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, low cal, low fat etc etc.. they all work... you have to 1. follow them, and 2. not go back to your old habits once you reach your goal.

Everyone is a little different and may achieve their healthy weight down a different path. Some things in common among the diets is cutting out sugary drinks like soda, and eating sugary desserts. Another is excercise on a regular basis

I use "Strip that fat" program to achieve my goals. It fit my personal tastes for food and I managed to lose 50 lbs in 6 months 5 yrs ago and keep it off. For you it may be another method. But something like the lemonade diet isn't a way of eating for life, and even if you stuck to it, once you went back to the old ways of eating, the weight would come back.

I googled it and found their website: http://stripthatfat.ask2ask.com

  28. QUESTION:
are there any safe and cheap diet pills?
okay, im about 5'10" and i weight roughly 140 pounds,

i feel really gross and fat and i wanted a quick and safe way to lose weight.

    are any diet pills safe?
    thanks.

    • ANSWER:
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

  29. QUESTION:
Is drinking Slim Fast shakes and taking diet pills together SAFE?
I plan on starting a diet next month. I will be on this diet for one month, exercising moderately and doing the Slim Fast 1-2-3 plan. I would like to enhance my weight loss by taking Hydroxicut or something like that. Is it safe to drink Slim Fast for a month and take diet pills at the same time?

    • ANSWER:
Depends on what pill you decide to take. Call your doctor before you start and ask for the best pill.

  30. QUESTION:
What is the most safe diet pills in the market?

    • ANSWER:
Ones approved by FDA ( very important) and ones your doctor approves of. Don't get any of those bullshyturs who promise to burn fat over night without you moving a finger- it's all crap! If it sounds too easy to be true, it probably is. The old fashion way is better and healthier, which is steady and consistant exercise and solid healthy diets. 31. QUESTION:
are there any safe diet pills?
i had a baby 6 months ago and i still have belly fat that i would really like to get rid of. im not breastfeeding anymore so its safe to start taking some kind of diet pills but i dont know what...i cant have too much stimulants..it makes me have panic attacks. if anyone has any suggestions that would be great thanks!

    • ANSWER:
Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

  32. QUESTION:
Is it safe to take diet pills if underaged?
I have diet pills for people 18+
But I am 14, and I want to take diet pills to help lose weight. I am not that fat, because i weigh about 100 lbs. Will it be safe if I take them anyways? I don't want to get sick. Please help

    • ANSWER:
It's not safe. Your body is still developing and dieting pills effect that. That can lead to long-term effects like organ damage. For that matter, dieting pills aren't safe even if you're an adult - I know a few people whose kidneys failed because they used dieting pills.

If you want to lose a little weight, take dancing classes, athletics, aerobics or such. You really don't need to lose any, but taking up an activity like that can help you shape your body line AND become more confident about how your body looks =)

  34. QUESTION:
Are diet pills safe for fourteen year olds?
my friend was considering letting her daughter take diet pills shes 14 and the safest one they said was Mega-T Green Tea Diet Pill ..do you think its okay to give her this? or give her half the recommended dosage any doctors around? help please.

    • ANSWER:
      NO!

Never give a diet pill to someone under the age of 18 (while their body is still in critical development). This may cut off needed vitamins. Consult a doctor *and* a dietician and don't trust anyone on the internet :) . You want someone who is legally accountable for their opinion (we arent!) Trust me, its worth it when it comes to a young adults health! This is a critical time.

And its even more important for the person's self-esteem which is extremely dangerous at that age.

  35. QUESTION:
Are there any safe/proven diet pills that are good to take if you are obese?
I was just wondering this because iv'e seen so many diet pills advertised on tv and I was wondering the differences between all of them.

    • ANSWER:
For all of the "quick and easy" weight loss diet pill suggestions, remember, if something sounds too good to be true... it probably is, particularly if you have to pay for it. Here are some aggressive but realistic suggestions if you are serious about improving fitness.

On Yahoo!Answers I find certain questions being asked repeatedly which is simply a reflection of new people participating. A couple of common questions amount to "How do I lose weight," or more specifically, "How do I lose abdominal fat?" I have gotten very positive responses from my answers when I paused to reply (and now beginning to get "It works!" emails that are very gratifying. I like helping people)... so have recently decided to put a good solid answer on my Yahoo!360 Blog (September 10) that I can point people to. These are my thoughts as a physician and athlete.

Don't target losing more than about 2 lbs per week. If you try to lose faster, your body will go into "starvation mode" and get very stingy about burning calories while at the same time very efficient about storing any calories that you do provide. And it will make you feel awful.

There is no site specific way of losing fat... the old myth about working your abs to burn belly fat isn't true. To get rid of love handles, you need to lose overall fat. That happens with exercise and watching your diet. More on that below.

The most effective way to lose fat is aerobic exercise in the "moderate" fat-burning range, ideally first thing in the morning before you eat. When you wake your body is ready to burn fat and your levels of growth hormone are highest at that time. Later in the day it can take up to 30 minutes just to put your body into a fat-burning mode.

Another overlooked way to burn fat is by lifting weights. Skeletal muscle has very high caloric needs... almost twice that of adipose (fat) tissue. Put on a little muscle and you will burn calories all day even at rest. Be aware that skeletal muscle weighs more, so with this approach you may see your weight increasing while your body fat is melting away. Not realizing this often stresses folks who think they should be losing weight as a measure of fitness. Forget the scale, look in the mirror and you will be happy.

To lose a pound of fat, you need to eliminate about 3500 calories. You can do this by burning more with exercise or by modifying your diet to reduce intake. If you do a Google search on say, "swimming calories" you will quickly find a website with tables of calories burned for a given exercise. You can use such lists to estimate how many calories you are burning up with your routine.

For diet, keep a diary for a couple of weeks counting calories, grams of protein, and grams of fat intake. It is easy with online sources of nutritional information (type the name of the food and calories into the Google search engine) and packaging labels. That will let you quickly figure out where the fat is coming from in your diet.

Fat gives you 9 calories per gram. So take the number of grams of fat, multiply by 9, then calculate what percentage the fat calories are of your total daily calories. Restricting the calories from fat to about 20% of your total intake is ideal for a maintenance diet... that isn't overly restrictive. Of note, you need some fat in your diet. For instance, the body uses fat to produce hormones. Once you have a picture of how to modify your diet, you can drop the diary and just go back to it occasionally if you are wanting to tweek things further.

There is a subset of questions that goes further and asks about "How to get a six-pack?" The answer is the same. Six-packs are 20% abdominal exercise and 80% diet. There is one caveat... abdominal muscles will form in the position that you work them, so be certain to pull them tightly toward your spine while doing crunches, etc. Also, during most lifting, the "core is active" which means that you should be stabilizing with contracted abs then too. Fail to do this and the abs will form, but bulging outward and the result is not attractive.

If you are trying to build muscle as a way to lose fat, then you may need to increase total calories and specifically your protein intake. I target about 0.8 g of protein per pound of body weight each day when actively building. That is far more protein than most people need in their diets.

      Aloha

  37. QUESTION:
Is Thyroid medication ( Tapazole ) safe with Diet pills ?
I am currently on Tapazole for hyperthyroidism & I started a diet and exercise and would like to start taking my hydroxycut diet pills. Is this safe ?

    • ANSWER:
Continue the diet modifications and exercise. Don't start the Hydroxycut. Hyperthyroidism can be associated with rapid heartbeat(tachycardia). Your Tapazole is to counteract the extra thyroid hormones your body is producing. Many diet pills have stimulates in them that can have much the same effect your condition. With your doctor's consent, continue the dietary changes and exercise. Pills are for conditions where behavioral modifications don't work after a reasonable period of time. The problem with diet pills is that even if they do work it's not a long lasting solution. In the end the only thing that works for long lasting weight loss is dietary modification, exercise and time. People that are in good shape have different habits than you are the ones to follow.

NONE! Your body is growing... don't starve it! If you want to lose weight cut processed snacks out of your diet (no cheetos, etc) and eat more fruit as snacks. I live in Australia and I see many drugstores/health stores selling supplementary pills to help lose weight. I've heard many bad reviews on diet pills, but they are still selling these pills openly. Is it safe? What are the pros and cons of taking supplementary diet pills?

    • ANSWER:
Pros and cons can be different for every person.
The worst that will happen is it won't end up working and you would have wasted money on those pricey pills. Depending on which brand you buy they can lead to nasea, vomiting, headaches blah blah.
I would definately not reccomend them.

  47. QUESTION:
Are there any diet pills that are safe to take while breastfeeding?
My son is 8 months old today! My husband is going to boot camp in September and I wanted to lose some weight while he is gone. I have hypothyroidism so it's difficult for me to lose weight, but I was wondering if there are any diet pills that could possibly help me along with diet and excersise that are safe to take while breastfeeding? I think most of them aren't so I didn't know if there were any. Anyone know?

    • ANSWER:
Most diet supplements work by way of dehydration.

Dehydrated mommy = wonky milk supply.

Just eat well and exercise. If you hate activity just eat very well. Replace all your junk food snacks with veggies and fruit and drink a lot of water. Eating nicely balanced meals and snacks is enough to boost your already nursing metabolism and you'll lose that much more weight.
As far as exercise, you can pretty much do whatever you want. As long as you're staying hydrated and eating enough hard core cardio isn't going to mess with your supply much. I've found that swimming is a good one.

  48. QUESTION:

    • ANSWER:

  49. QUESTION:
diet pills that are safe for teens?
i went to the doctor today and i was told that i was in the 97th percentile in weight for my height and age, even though i'm in good shape and am very athletic, the doctor told me that i am potentially able to become obese because of my size

i'm looking for safe diet pills for athletes, i found lipo-6x by nutrex and it said it was for athletes but it wasn't for people under the age of 21, are there any diet pills safe for athletic teens?

  50. QUESTION:
are their any safe diet pills for preteens?

    • ANSWER:
      ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Diabeties is a good reason to develop a healthy life style, more greens, less soda, more water, more activity.

      DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS
