I have not tried any yet and I don't intend to replace it with a healthy diet and exercise. I was just wondering if a good safe one could help me get there a little faster.

    • ANSWER:
Have you ever noticed how diet pills say "can help weightloss alongside a healthy diet and excercise"?

There's a reason for that, stick with a good diet that you can keep up. Don't deny yourself treats but practise moderation and excercise. You will find that works the best and diet pills won't make any difference to that. Plus a lot of them are dangerous.

  5. QUESTION:
What diet pills are safe and work?
My friend has been dieting her entire life. She has been to the doctor, tried tons of different diets, and still she has not lost any weight. She eats a healthy diet and we exercise every day together. She has had a problem with her weight since we were little girls. She asked me about diet pills, and frankly I don't know anything about them. Are there any out there that are safe and really truly do work? I want my friend to be happy, and any [safe] boost I can give her would mean the world to me.

    • ANSWER:
The "best diet" is not a diet at all, its a way of eating for the rest of your life.

As far as popular diets go, Atkins, Southbeach, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, low cal, low fat etc etc.. they all work... you have to 1. follow them, and 2. not go back to your old habits once you reach your goal.

Everyone is a little different and may achieve their healthy weight down a different path. Some things in common among the diets is cutting out sugary drinks like soda, and eating sugary desserts. Another is excercise on a regular basis

I use "Strip that fat" program to achieve my goals. It fit my personal tastes for food and I managed to lose 50 lbs in 6 months 5 yrs ago and keep it off. For you it may be another method. But something like the lemonade diet isn't a way of eating for life, and even if you stuck to it, once you went back to the old ways of eating, the weight would come back.

I googled it and found their website: http://stripthatfat.ask2ask.com

  7. QUESTION:
Good safe diet pills, that actually work...?
I am down to just nursing once a day and it's at night, is it safe to take a diet pill in the morning? Are there any genrally safe diet pills you can take? If so what?

    • ANSWER:
When you nurse, you need extra calories for the baby. Nursing often makes' stomach go down from the contractions of uterine muscle, and the baby being fed makes' one lose weight, and you can eat more without a problem
. You know, it takes' a year to lose the weight after a baby. And to do it safely.
Just eat all you want, but try to keep everything to serving size, and eat 6 small meals a day.
Walk, or push the stroller around the park to get smaller.
Diet pills make you weak and dried out, which affects' the baby's milk. So they are not good, and eating well gives you energy.
I take a water pill for my swollen legs and high blood pressure, and I notice I am still losing water through urine around 2 AM or so if I'm not in bed. You will dehydrate yourself by not drinking anything all night. See?
You must drink a couple of glasses of water in morning and one glass after going to void in the bathroom, and more liquids in-between. This is even not enough while on these things. Water helps' the body get rid of the fluid the body retains' which is different than water. That is how I get less weak, but I still do.
Always check with your doctor about feeding your baby and what you need to be doing to be healthy. A cup of some hot drink or a soup before meals will help you be full and not eat so much. That is all the diet helps that you need right now, until a year- and that the doctor will approve, also, while nursing.

Any help would be wonderful!

  10. QUESTION:
Any diet pills that work fast and are safe?
Are there any diet pills that work fast and are safe??

I lost 30 pounds in 2 months on my own, just eating better and going for walks. But not i'm at a stand still and I still have SO much more to lose. I am just so sick of myself!

    • ANSWER:
      No, none of them.
Why the lies they print in their ads is allowed I do not know.
Don't be sick of yourself, you have done brilliantly.
The plateau, the stand still will pass.

What happens is that as your body changes, it starts to get ‘used’ to the new weight and wants to settle there. Your body has given you as many results as possible using the current menu and fitness program you’re on.
The reason why your body does this is to avoid starvation. It senses that it’s not getting as much food as it used to and so it tries to hold onto what you’re giving it. Or it’s getting used to the exercises that you’re doing, so it’s not responding in the same way. Your body is leveling out – hence, the term plateau.
Change what you’ve already been doing so that your body has to respond. This can include several things:
      Increase your calorie intake slightly
Increase the intensity of your exercise plan
Try adding more protein to your diet

Fiddle around a bit with your diet and activities and save your money for something more reliable than those bogus weight loss products.

  11. QUESTION:
What are some safe or safer diet pills that work?
I have tried everything to lose weight and I just can't seem to loose. I've been on diet after diet and nothing. I want to try diet pills and see if maybe that will jump start my weight loss. I have been to see my doctor and they have ran tests and can find no reason why I can't lose weight. I try to limit fat and calories and I do cardio for 45 min every other day. Ideally the diet pill would help curb hunger and give more energy but really any one that's safe and effective I'm willing to try.

  12. QUESTION:
    safe diet pills that work?
please dont say eat right and exercise i already do that i would just like to speed things up. can anyone tell me pills they have tried there expirences with them thx

    • ANSWER:
THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Standard ECA stack protocol:

Go to the pharmacy and go to the counter and get one box of 60-count ephedrine tablets (probably sold as Primatene). You'll have to give ID. Buying too much may red-flag you as a meth manufacturer and that's a really bad move.

Take one-half of an ephedrine tablet AND NO MORE with a cup or three of coffee when you wake up and then six hours later. Increase the dose GRADUALLY based on your tolerance to the initial effect. Half a tablet will work quite well for most people.

You *can* add yohimbine HCL or nicotine gum to this mix, but that's probably more than most normal people can tolerate.

  13. QUESTION:
Do herbal diet pills work/are they safe?
I know that everyone says that diet pills are bad, etc. etc. etc., but I was wondering if herbal ones (the kind which you can get in health food shops/homeopathic medicine shops) are the same? There are some which claim to support sugar and fat metabolism and are called "Super Green Tea Diet", and I was considering getting them. Also, while we're on the subject, can you get herbal pills to help increase energy/provide better results with exercise? Thank you. x

  15. QUESTION:
Is it safe for teens to take diet pills?
I've been dieting and working out like crazy for about a year now and theres no changes at all ! I dont know what to do anymore. I was thinking of doing some research and asking my doctor about a safe diet pill. I would'nt abuse the use of them and I'll keep working out and dieting but does anyone know of a diet pill that works ?

    • ANSWER:
Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that you diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

  21. QUESTION:
Are there any diet pills in stores that actually work and are safe?
I've been on a diet for a year and have lost 50 pounds. However there is a special event, very special, coming up in two weeks that I wanna lose as much weight as possible for. So the next two weeks i'm gonna be working alot harder and trying to lose as much as I can for this event. Are there any diet pills in the stores that actually work and are safe?

    • ANSWER:
Short answer is no. Losing 50 pounds in a year is something to be proud of of and you should keep with it. I'm sure you have learned over that time how to overcome plateaus and this is no different. Up your exercise or drop your calories and you will get there. Diet pills are not a solution and there is nothing on the market that is going to replicate the hard work. Products like Alli reduce your calories by trapping fat (FDA approved). Muscletech's Hydroxycut raises you body tempature and draws out water (not a good solution). Then there are appetite suppressants that will help you to eat less without feeling hungry (maybe a good option)

Bottom line is all these products can do is offer you a small but insignifant assistance. Your efforts are going to produce 95% of your results.

  22. QUESTION:
are diet pills safe? which ones really work?
Well..im 17..and im sick of the small pouch on my stomach and i wana workout my love handels I workout..but not enough are there any pills i can take to loose weight that are safe..especially for my age.
I really dont wana live like this anymore..also any good workouts also i could do?

    • ANSWER:
So, I'm not really an expert on this at all...but don't take diet pills, seriously. First of all, it's not natural at all. Second, it doesn't sound safe and chances are, it isn't. Also, once you stop taking the pills, the weight will come right back. If you are unhappy with your weight, try losing it the real and healthy way....diet and excersise. Talk to your doctor or a personal trainer to help get tips on how to target your tummy and get some muscles there too. Research that. I'm sure you are beautiful the way you are. Don't risk your health on possibly "safe" drugs. I've heard of stories where diet pills have caused a fatal lung disease called pulmonary hypertension. Trust me, it isn't something you want to risk.

  23. QUESTION:

  24. QUESTION:
any diet pills what work and are safe of FDA Approved??
i'm starting the new year off right with diet and working out but is there anythign that can give me a boost?

    • ANSWER:
Your great attitude about getting fit is your "Boost !!" If you mess up a day get right back on your schedule.....YOU CAN DO IT !! Keep in mind the following, it's long but worth the read:

Dieting is difficult because we don't want to tell ourselves "NO" when it comes to choosing unhealthy foods (and yes they taste great !) and saying "NO" to the extra helping.

Dieting is hard until we find out about our relationship with food. We eat to relax, because we are lonely, excited, sad, and for comfort. The next time you eat something, ask yourself if you are hungry or if you are just feeding a feeling .You must learn to say no eating to the feelings but yes to hungry. This is difficult because you will have to find something else to do instead of eating, so make a list. Here are some tips. Best of luck.

Every year Americans invest billions of dollars in weight loss diets and gimmicks, many of which yield few results. However, the lure of quick, easy weight loss is hard to resist. Despite ineffective tools, most hopeful consumers are willing to give the next weight loss fad a chance. If you're planning to start a new diet, it is important to remember the following information.
Food-specific diets: Have you ever tried the cabbage diet or the fruit-only diet? These are just a couple of examples of diets that promote one "specific" food that causes weight loss. No matter how much you think you'll enjoy ice cream at every meal, inevitably you will get bored with eating the same food repeatedly. As a result, you'll eat less food than needed to maintain your weight. This type of diet will not teach you healthier eating habits or provide a balance of nutrients, and consequently is not effective for long-term weight loss.

High-protein, low-carbohydrate diets: One of the most recent trends in dieting, these diets are based on the concept that carbohydrates are "bad" and that everyone has some degree of insulin resistance, resulting in poor carbohydrate metabolism. Many proponents of these diets suggest that including carbohydrates in your diet will cause weight gain. The reality, though, is that eating more calories (whether as carbohydrate, fats, or protein) than you burn will cause weight gain.

High-fiber, low-calorie diets: Fiber-rich foods play an important role in a healthy diet. They are a helpful ingredient of weight loss efforts because they provide bulk to the diet, which helps you feel fuller sooner. Be careful, though: if you plan to increase the fiber in your diet, be sure to increase your fluid intake at the same time or you may experience cramping, bloating, and constipation. High-fiber diets will help with weight loss only if you restrict calories in conjunction with addition of extra grains, fruits and vegetables.

Liquid diets: Consumers face a couple of different liquid diet options. Your local grocery store and pharmacy sell over-the-counter liquid meal replacements, which can be expensive and frequently add extra calories to daily consumption if not managed carefully. On the other hand are liquid diets that require medical supervision. These diets are usually very low in calories and may result in metabolic abnormalities if dieters are not carefully monitored. Neither type of liquid diet should be used for long-term weight loss unless monitored by a health care professional. Radically changing your caloric intake in this way will not result in long-term behavior modification and healthy eating patterns.

Fasting: As a way to cleanse the body or jump-start a weight-loss program, fasting has been recommended for years. However, all that fasting really does is deprive your body of nutrients and decrease your energy, leaving you feeling weak and lightheaded. If the right nutrients are not available for your cells to use as energy, your liver will convert fat stores to ketones for use as energy (ketosis). Long-term ketosis can be harmful to your health.
No fad diet or gimmick will work magic for safe and effective weight loss. The following are some suggestions for ensuring a long-term healthy eating plan and getting your weight loss efforts off to an encouraging start:
Eat a variety of foods. Remember, a balanced diet will ensure that you get all necessary nutrients.

Get some physical activity every day. Calories in must be less than calories out to ensure successful weight loss. To keep "calories out" at a healthful level, make you get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

Include sources of fiber in your diet. They will add bulk and give you a feeling of fullness.

Choose a diet low in fats, saturated fats, and cholesterol. You do need to consume some fat for good health. Aim for no more than 30 percent of your total calories as fat calories, of which no more than 10 percent should be saturated fat calories.

Choose foods moderate in sugars. Foods that are high in simple sugars usually offer little nutritional value and will add unwanted calories.

Choose foods moderate in salt and sodium. Remember that salt has been added to many foods during preparation or processing, so it's not necessary to add extra salt at the table.

Once I learned that I mostly eat because of the way I feel and began making changes, I lost 112 pounds in 18 months along with exercising, from 263 to 151, size 26/28 to size 10.

  25. QUESTION:
Which Acai diet pills work best and aren't phony?
I really want to lose weight before summer comes... I want to take diet pills but I want to make sure their safe and not phony I heard Acai berry diet pills are safe.. But there are some that are listed as Acai pills but they are fake. I want to make sure I'm getting the right kind and how effective they are. I would also like to know if they are the kind of pills that if you stop taking them, will your body get sick if you don't have them?

    • ANSWER:
This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
      Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the big "stretch" these con artists are selling.
Acai berries don't have any more antioxidants in them than regular blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic".
The "cleanse" that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more.
There is no such thing as a "fat burner ".
Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner.
None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You are spending somewhere between and per day on products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything.
The same "stretch of the imagination" applies to the green tea, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, and african mango seed extract pills out there.
That kind of money pays for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.

    • ANSWER:
      None of them work.
The testimonials are fiction, any photographs are digitally manipulated.
      None have FDA approval.
They either contain caffeine, a laxative or a filler - or all 3.
They all tell you to change your diet and take exercise, like you do the work and they pocket your money.
Even the FDA approved Alli has restrictions. eat too much fat and you leak oily stuff from your butt.

  30. QUESTION:
Are there any good diet pills that are safe?
I am dieting (I do not eat more then 2000 calories and I make sure I eat healthy food) and I also exercise 1 and a half to two hours a day (usually running or aerobics) but I am not losing weight. I would like to lose about 20 to 30 pounds so does anyone know any diet pills that work?

    • ANSWER:
      Nutrex Lipo-6

  31. QUESTION:
    Will diet pills actually work?
I am 17 years old and slightly overweight. I have a personal trainer that comes twice a week and ive been working on eating less for some time now but nothing seems to change. I'm wondering if a diet pill- not a diet like slim fast or weight watchers, but a diet pill will help me lose weight slightly quicker. Im not asking for 10 pounds a week quick but maybe 5-10 a month. I;m just wondering what are safe diet pills, if any? and also if i start taking them, do i have to continue once ive lost weight in order to keep my weight consistent. Its just that the places i'm losing weight although barely noticable are not the places i want to. Im hoping that taking diet pills could target areas women have most trouble losing weight in.

    Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

  32. QUESTION:
    Diet pills that work?
Are there any diet pills that are safe and work either by increasing metabolism or decreasing appetite? I'm just trying to lose 5-10 pounds. Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.

  33. QUESTION:
Does aspire diet pills really work? And how?
I really want a more effective and also fast way to loose weight.Ie been over weight for too long and i want to loose 60 pounds. I heard lipozene is not really good . but has anyone tried a good effective diet pill that is also safe?? And also does aspire work? thanks :)

    • ANSWER:
None of these pills are 'really good'. Clinically proven means nothing.
      Ingredients...
lactobacillus acidophilus, psyllium seed, aloe vera leaf, cascara sagrada, milk thistle seed, fennel seed, rhubarb root, raspberry leaf, flax seed, goldenseal herb, dandelion leaf, glucomannan, fibersol-2, hoodia, raspberry, guarana, green tea, guggulsterones, rhodiola rosea, cinnamon, yerba mate, banaba leaf, ginseng, dandelion root, alpha lipoic acid, and chromium.

Psyllium, rhubarb and cascara are laxatives.
      Dandelion, green tea re diuretic
Yerba mate has laxative and caffeine-like properties.

You could end up dehydrated and very jumpy!

Diet and exercise are the more sensible way to go.

i eat right and walk every day but i need a little more help losin gweight. what are the best pills i can get like at rite-aid or wal mart some place like that?

    • ANSWER:
No diet pills are safe and effective. Your doing just what you need to do: walk at least 1/2 an hour every day and eat healthy food.

Be patient. If you rush to "quick fixes" like diet pills(or crach diets), you'll hurt yourself.

      Good evening Lala :)

Well if you want a fast and steady cure then You should use Pherimine - but its dangerous - well it was for me. Got some nasty infection due to E211 substance in there. But then I started taking Proactol - well at first I was worried that nothing happened, but within a week I lost 1kg,which is much.

I ran a search in google and found this site http://get-healthytoday.info/proactol-review/ it has all the information you need. They also offer discount codes!

The best part is that this product is 100% natural and useful for long time. I have used it for year and a half for now and its working. Did not have to cut eating or etc. These pills are my choice!

I'm kind of scared about taking diet pills but I tried dieting and it doesn't work for me. I'm 5/4 and weigh 185 lbs.....any suggestions on safe diet pills that actually work? Thanks so much!

  38. QUESTION:
Does anyone know a good/safe diet pill??
Im only 17 and i know most diet pills are supposed to be taken by people ages 18+.. and my moms really skeptical on diet pills and thinks they're dangerous..
But i've had a weight problem for a while and i eat healthy and excersize and nothing seems to be working.. diet pills are my plan B since the typical stuff didnt work.
If anyone knows a safe and effective diet pill that would be greatly appreciated!

    • ANSWER:
The two major keys to weight loss is proper eating and exercise, any diet pills and supplements should only be secondary after you fix your eating habits and exercising, because if you just rely on the pills once you stop using them without learning proper health habits you'll just gain all the weight back.

      Diet:
First you should eat every three hours. Constantly eating boost your metabolism. If you skip meals your body goes into "starvation" mode since it doesn't know when it will be fed next whenever you do eat it stores extra fat. Also try not to eat late at night try to eat dinner by 7pm definitely no later than 9pm. This is what I hear from many people and my kickboxing coach and also my kickboxing book. "We've asked you to eat five times a day- don't fret. You won't gain fat, especially if you know a thing or two about basic nutrition. Remember that eating every three to four hours revs your metabolism, which is one way your body burns calories." - The Complete Idiot's Guide to Kickboxing by Karon Karter and Guy Mezger.

Heres what the schedule should look like
      7am Breakfast
      10am Snack
      1pm Lunch
      4pm Snack
      7pm Dinner
9-10pm Light Snack if still hungry. Or you can eat it right after your Dinner.

Now as for what you should eat for these snacks and meals I'll leave up to you here are some good ideas you can mix and match these meal items to create your own diet.

      Breakfast:
1)Cereal with Low fat milk. Something like Special K, Cheerios, or Frosted Wheats.
      2)Oatmeal
3)A few slices of turkey bacon, couple pancakes or few pieces of toast, a piece of fruit
-A glass of 100% Juice. Usually the cheapest pure juice is apple or orange.

      Lunch:
1)A sandwich take your pick ham, turkey, chick, beef, pb and j, just try to avoid too much mustard, mayo, or any other sauce. Slap on some low fat cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or whatever veggie you like and enjoy. Oh yeah try wheat bread its a lot better for you.
2)Also the same as making a sandwich buy a sub from Subway.
You can eat the sandwich with a "Grab" size bag of baked chips.

      Dinner:
1)Grilled or baked chicken breast or fish fillets seasoned it how you please. Remove the skin do not bread the chicken or fish, fry it, or add too much salt to it. Sides: Your choice of veggies: I personally love either corn or steamed broccoli.
One baked potato avoid sour cream, adding a lot of butter, bacon bits. Try to keep it as close to a plain potato as possible. Or one potato chopped up and roasted with herbs is good too.
2)Homemade Hard or Soft Tacos: Use ground turkey instead of ground beef(if you do decide to use beef use lean beef), Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce(healthier than Iceberg), Tomatoes, 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Topped with salsa is you like, wrap in preferably corn tortilla (corn is slightly better than flour, but flour is ok) or place in taco shells.
3)Grilled Hamburgers:Like before use ground turkey if not at least lean beef. Grill over charcoal it adds great flavor to the meat along with dripping off extra fat/grease if you dont not have a charcoal grill or time to grill look into getting an inside grill such as a George Foreman Grill though you do not have the same add taste from the charcoals you will still benefit from extra fats dripping off the meat. Use whole wheat buns. 2% milk cheese, and the extra veggie toppings you may like. Add additional condiments sparingly if at all. What good are hamburgers without french fries, huh? To avoid cook fries in a healthier way try frying them in olive oil(olive oil is pretty expensive though compared to corn/vegetable oil) or bake the fries in the oven. Place in a pan and use only a little vegetable oil to prevent fries from sticking and set oven to broil turning over when the fries are golden brown. The fries will be healthier than deep frying them and still have that crunchy crispy fried taste.
4)Big salad with grilled chicken. Watch the salad dressing that usually screws people up.
5)I'm not a big fan of red meat but you can eat it every so often, try to get lean beef or pork and go for grilling or baking it similar to the chicken and fish. Serve with your sides of veggies you like.

      Snacks:
1)1-2 servings of fruit or veggies. Celery, Apples, Bananas, Raisins, just to name a few.
2)Handful of nuts lightly salted.(My favorite cashews)
3)Grab size bag of baked chips
4)2 oatmeal cookies(iced or raisin are fine too)
5)1 bag of 100 calorie snacks. They come in snacks flavors like Oreos.
      6)My favorite: a fruit smoothie.
      7)Yogurt
      8)Small salad
9)Air popped popcorn is actually pretty good for you. Its not until you add the butter and salt that its becomes unhealthy.
      10)Granola bar.

      Drinks
-You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
-Try to drink one cup of white or green tea for me. I personally like Snapple's White Tea infused with Strawberry you can buy the packages and brew at home within minutes
-I know if you have the urge how hard it is to cut out all bad foods from your diet so for dinner you can have one diet soda or glass of crystal light
-Try to drink only 100% juice many "juices" out there are only about 20% real juice. Even then drink sparingly because many juices have a lot of sugar regardless.(You may want to try reduce sugar juices)

Exercise: Try to do something you think is fun anything you enjoy doing. That will make exercising more fun and you'll be less likely to bail out on working out. So if there is a sport you enjoy go for that, you are interested in martial arts try kickboxing, or of course you can still with the treadmill or join a gym. Just get movin'.

I gave my mom The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max and she enjoyed it and lost weight , also some pretty good workout DVDs are Turbo Jam, Hiphop Abs, Carmen Electra Striptease Aerobics, Women's Health: The Wedding Workout, and Billy Blanks Bootcamp.

As for diet pills. I guess the main thing you wanted to know about:

I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded Alli is good. It's the only FDA approved over-the- counter weight-loss pill. It works by blocking about 25% of the fat you consume which means it cuts out some of the calories you ingest therefore helping weight loss.
      http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000S9G6EM?ie=UTF8&tag=marartpla-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000S9G6EM

1)It helps increase the amount of weight loss but you still have to watch what you eat and exercise
2)About 70% of people were satisfied and 30% of people were not
      3)Typical weight loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.
4)Most people who weren't satisfied was because of the side effects associated
-alli blocks the absorption of about 25% of fat, so when you
eat it....its gotta go somewhere. you'll notice an oily substance(fat) in your stool
-also gas seems to be a problem too
-just because it blocks some of the fat you eat doesn't mean you can go crazy eating fatty foods. it appears people who pig out on fatty foods while taking it gets diarrhea

    • ANSWER:
To lose weight the right way, and a healthy way. You need to exercise and eat right. I know you want the extra boost, but no pill is safe, or a 100% garrentted. I watched my cousin go from 236 to about 120 or so. Because she worked out, and ate right. And it isn't so much about dieting, it's about eating the right foods, at the right time. My dad alwasys makes me read his men's fitness magazines.

  41. QUESTION:
are there any diet pills that are FDA approved and over the counter?
i am 5'6 and 160lbs so i don't think a doctor would prescribe me anything, i try to diet but don't exercise other than when im at work. are there any "safe" diet pills out there that i can buy over the counter?

    • ANSWER:
Diet pills are not going to get you where you want to be. They may make you look good on the outside temporarily but you would jump out of your skin if you knew what they did to your insides. Diets in general don't work! Have you ever heard of nutritional cleansing?

Nutritional Cleansing unlocks the miracle of the human body
Nutritional Cleansing increases the health benefits you’ll receive from the ancient health practice of cleansing. When you combine herbs, vitamins and minerals they aid cleansing in two ways:
      >> Accelerates the removal of impurities from the body.
      >> Nourish the body with vital nutrients to rapidly revive health.

A cleansed and revitalized body is stronger, resists illness better, is more efficient and performs at a higher level than one that is filled with impurities. Many people notice an ability to reach and maintain their ideal weight.

In simple terms, Nutritional Cleansing can be compared to changing the oil in your car. We regularly change the oil in our cars because it gets dirty and clogged by pollutants. We drain the dirty oil and replace it with clean oil, which helps our cars to run more efficiently. The same can be said for our bodies. We are regularly exposed to pollutants in our environment, impurities in our diets and stress that is often created by our hectic lifestyles. Nutritional Cleansing helps the body and organs to do what they are designed to do naturally and remove impurities.

      Hope that helps a little!

Can anyone recommend a diet pill that is relatively safe and can help me lose these last few lbs? Thank you so much.

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

      2) u will have NO problem losing 40 lbs by march. u could do that in 2 months if you REALLY wanted tp. keep the good diet up and the 1 hr of cardio up, but add an hr of weights and a 15 min stretch in each day and up your workouts to 6 days a work, the weight will come off fast. dont be afraid of weights they help build lean muscle which will make u burn fat easier.

  45. QUESTION:
is proactol a safe diet pill? how does it work?
Don't tell me not to take pills.. I eat well, and exersize 6 days a week. I just want some additional help loosing the last 15 pounds. So far, everything that I have read about proactol has been positive. I'm just curious about this "fat binding" ... if it absorbs 28% of your fat intake... what will happen to the fish oil supplements that I take?

Will my multivitamins still be absorbed? Sometimes I drink protien or fiber smoothies....
What if i'm not eating very much fat at all? I eat a lot of salads, beans, whole grains ect.. and have cut out all cheese (my weakness!) and processed food... while bread, potatos.. ect.
I just want to make sure all of the other vitamins and/or supplements i take will still be absorbed into my body?

    Anyone know?

I'm 25, and very healthy. Will this pill raise my heart rate?

    • ANSWER:
well to cut it short proactol has two major side effects

      1) it is slow to act - takes 3 weeks to show any major changes.
      2) it also binds with the vitamins in the body and hence less vitamins are absorbed when you are taking proactol.

its been clinically tested. in Europe.

you better read the full facts before giving it a try. I personally think its not a bad appetite suppressant.

  46. QUESTION:
Is there a safe diet pill that really works?
I'm already dieting and doing some exercise on an exercise bike. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds.

    • ANSWER:
Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. More information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

  47. QUESTION:
are there any diet pills that actually work out there.. that are safe?

    • ANSWER:
      NO.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS. THEY DO NOT WORK AND ARE NOT SAFE.

I took TWO diet pills, thinking I would give it a shot - within a few hours my blood pressure was so high that I was at risk for a stroke (I'm only 18!). I felt like I was going to pass out and I had extreme difficulty sitting still.

      IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

The only way to lose weight is to diet properly and exercise. If you'd like more help, see a dietitian, join a group (like Weight Watchers), or join a gym.

There is NO QUICK WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.

does the green tea diet work i seen pills about it

    • ANSWER:
Diet Pills can help you to speed the process and it needs to combine with a realistic weight loss plan. With these, you will be able to achieve your ideal weight sooner.

The effective way to lose weight without worrying much about negative side effects is adhering to the intake of natural or organic weight loss supplements.

In addition, it is important that before you get ready to shed off those extra pounds in your body with weight loss drugs, make sure that you buy diet pills from genuine dealers.

Some good choice of diet pills will be Proactol, Hoodia and Chitosan

  50. QUESTION:
What diet pills actually work? UK only please :) ?
I have been on a healthy eatting diet and lost very nearly 2stone, but have reached that point where it has stopped! I have taken up exercise, but at the moment have very little time to do much.
So I was wondering if anybody could recommend a diet pill that actually works, as well as being safe!
    Cheers :)
Thanks for the answer so far.

Just to say though, I know I have lost 2 stone already, but I do still need to lose another 3 stone until I will be happy with my weight (what I used to weigh). And even that is nearly a stone over my highest ieal weight if going by BMI tables (But i think they are a pile of s*** anyway)

    • ANSWER:
There are 3 diet pills you can get on the NHS (or buy online).
Xenical stops you absorbing a third of your fat from food, you literally poo it out. Xenical works always works as it's chemically alters how your body deals with fat. the only time it 'fails' is when people get over confident and increase their food intake as 'the Xenical will deal with it).

Meridia is an appetite suppresent, it works like an anti depressant and alters brain chemistry. Its about 70% effective.

The new one is Accomplia, and it's not prescribed by all doctors. When it works it's a wonder drug. Your appettite goes down, whilst you urge to excerise goes up and you're generally lust for life increases no end. If it doesn't suit you you'll end up sucicidal in a mental home. 50/50 chance.

I was in the unlucky 50% for Accomplia and Meridia only worked for a couple of weeks. Xenical I love!
