Learn The Fast Way To Lose Weight

Organic Weight Loss Supplements

The first thing you have to do is decide what you want to get from a supplement before you can decide what is best for you. That's right, the best diet pill for men is different for each man. Some people want an appetite suppressant, some people want a fat burner, some want a supplement that will give them 00004000 more energy, and some just want an overall health supplement to help them feel better.

Before we get into which diet pills are best for men, I would like to go over some vital points. These simple facts can keep you losing weight and feeling great. No I'm not talking about starving yourself with some fad diet. While dieting does help in combination with moderate exercise, there are some simpler things to be done.

Due to its high volume of caffeine and green tea, this is the formula which Hydroxycut argues delivers consistent fat burning results as it helps increase and prolong a man's metabolic rate and is advised to work most effectively when combined with strength training.

First of all, you need to realize that your body is unique and women's diet pills aren't going to cut it. You already know that men and women are very different. Their bodies are entirely different than a man's body, so the diet pills that are designed for women may not provide the best results for you. You don't want to take pills that are designed for women because these pills are made to work with women's bodies.
It is important to know the right situation and the best time to take these supplements that help reduce weight. These supplements work better with regular exercise and a healthy diet so they are better taken when undergoing a fitness program. The best diet pills for women must also be taken with care which means that the right dosage must be observed. If taking a supplement for the first time, start with small dosages first and when no side effects are evident, then gradually increase dosage.

First, you need to figure out if a weight loss supplement is safe. The best diet pill in the world won't help you much if it makes you sick or causes other problems. One of the best ways to stick with safe supplements is to go natural. Stay away from the men made chemical concoctions that are made up of ingredients that you can't pronounce.

Lastly, dieting is affected by your mood. The happier you are, the more likely you are to continue a diet. Women can be prone to depression and feeling blue occasionally. A diet pill that contains a natural mood enhancer such as Hoodia Gordonii may help this.

Moreover, there are weight loss pills which are made with acai berry and other antioxidants. Acai berry is a fruit that grows in the Amazon and is rich in antioxidants. It helps increase your metabolism so that your body is able to burn more fat resulting in weight loss. Not only this, it also helps increase your energy levels.

Lastly let's consider how safe a supplement is. If the diet pill you are looking at passes the first two tests, there is a good chance that it is safe too, but you should do a little research and see what kind of side effects other people have reported. It doesn't mean you will necessarily have the same problems, but if you know what to look for, you can catch it before it becomes a problem.

Diet programs just don't seem to work for many individuals and this means that a good alternative for them is to start taking the best diet pills that you can afford. Employing ingredients like the acai berry and several other fat burnng foods allows your metabolic process to begin burning fat deposits without the need to exercise or go on a diet.

    Organic Weight Loss Supplement...?
I need to find a weight loss supplement which does not contain any type of amphetamines (synthetic OR organic). 8. QUESTION:
I need to eat more calories....?
I quit smoking and started eating really healthy. It has so far been going well. Instead of burgers and pizza, I have been eating a lot of chicken, fish, salad, etc. I am not usually hungry in the morning, but I have been making myself eat an organic yogurt in the am. My dilemma is that I have also been going to the gym five days a week and burning 450 calories every day I go. I feel really good when I go, but when I add my calories for the day after, I am having a difficult time even netting 1200. That means that I have to eat 1650, which has become increasingly difficult with my healthy diet. I don't want to eat just to get calories in me. Any suggestions. I am trying to lose weight for my wedding this summer, but I don't want to lose it really fast. I weigh 150 now and I want to be at 130 in 3 months. Oh... and please.... No answers that include links to weight loss supplements.

  9. QUESTION:
Why do I want to do something crazy with my image? And a quick way to loose weight?
I'm writing a manga and if I ever get noticed I want to look a certain way. My looks right now are short curly brown hair with blonde highlights, dark brown eyes,I'm 5'5 and I'm a little chubby. Yeah I want to change that but what I want to do with myself is a little strange even for me. But before I get to the strange part, ill explain the normal stuff. I want to get my teeth fixed and whitened, switch from glasses to contacts, and I want to loose weight because I was sick a lot as a kid and they gave me steroids so now I'm shaped weird, and here's the weird part. I want to dye my hair pink. Like Megurine Luka's pink and I want a really long length too. Why do I want to do this? And why am so comfortable with the idea of having pink hair? Oh by the way I think part of it is because I adore the color pink. Wear it, eat pink food, use pink soap and perfume, sleep in a pink room... Lol. Oh and #2 is there any safe weight loss pill for thirteen year olds? I'm saying like you know, an organic tomato paste supplement that can make you drio 20lbs each month or something that you could get at the vitamin shop or something that actually works? Please and thank you

  10. QUESTION:
How much weight can I lose before this date?
Well this is the story, I just found out that Homecoming for my school this year is September 21st. Upon hearing this information I came to a realization: I have gained weight. I've known this for a little while and have yet to take any drastic steps to trim down to my pre-end-of-summer-slim-figure. I just didn't have the time or real motivation it seemed like. I mean I lost some before I went to the beach and then went into this post vacation end of summer lethargy haha. Also I don't blame him at all, but having a serious boyfriend really packs on the pounds if you don't watch it! The dates several nights a week at restaurants or making meals at our houses, the watching movies and snacking, the hanging out whenever I had time to actually go to the gym. All of that just added to my thighs while Sir High Metabolism stays in perfect shape.. Also I heard being on birth control really doesn't help.. But of course it's my fault. I'm not completely lethargic though. I get on my exercise bike when I get the chance but lately that's decreased to about three times a week at 40 minute intervals.. But now I've realized what I've turned into: A slob. And this epiphany felt like a punch in the face while looking at models flaunting those form fitting dresses on this website. I have to get this extra weight off, and preferably by this date. September 21.
Here's my new regimen. And I want you to tell me if it'll work.

    1. Cardio. Every day. No exceptions. I'm going to run every morning before school and if I can't that morning I will run right after school. Maybe even both. I'm going to build up the pace and length every day. And intervals as fast as I can. (when I build up to that, right now I'll probably look like a stampeding hippo at a sprint)

    2. I'm going to the gym for a heavy workout at least three times a week. I would like to go every week day but it might not be possible. After cardio to warm up, I'd get on the machines and do weights and an assortment of exercises (alternating days between upper and lower body, abs everyday)

    3. To aid in my weight loss and overall health I'm thinking about doing a detox along with this workout and diet program. That means taking cleansing supplements and for the first three days or so doing a water or juice fast. I'm also going to add vitamins to my daily supplements.

    4. In my detox, from what I've read is best, the first week after the fast I'm going to only eat fresh organic fruits and veggies. I have a feeling this will be a bit excruciating, especially when I'm getting home late and driving by that Wendy's that's the only thing that's open and thinking of a juicy burger

    5. Though as stated above ^ I can't deny I love the taste of meat, I'm going to try to go a mostly vegetarian diet. For the health purposes and also I do love animals so much. I'm sure if I just shoved the images of burgers out of my head and picture the cruelty of a slaughterhouse I'll be able to handle this easily. If I did include meats into my diet for protein reasons, it'd be eggs and fish

    6. I'm signing up for yoga and spin classes right now

    Here's my questions.
How much weight can I lose before that date?

Will this build muscle tone so I will also look healthy? I don't wanna look like a walking ribcage.

Any tips and suggestions on what I should also add or drop out of this regimen?

I'm sorry this question is ridiculously long. I mainly just want those questions answered and I wanted to help by giving alot of info about what I'm doing. Mainly I want to become overall healthy, confident, and impress the boyfriend who I'm sure has noticed my weight change, but has kept his mouth shut haha. Please, any health nuts out there, help me out! Remember all of this is before the dreaded September 21st.

    • ANSWER:
Many people start running because they want to lose weight. As one of the most vigorous exercises out there, running is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and drop pounds. A 150-pound person will burn approximately 100 calories per mile when running.
Healthy Eating is the First Step
If you hope to lose weight by running, keep in mind that you'll only shed pounds if you burn more calories than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn, through exercise or life functions, about 3600 calories. So you'll need to combine running with a healthy diet. Runners do have special nutrition needs, but the basic principles for healthy eating still apply. Try choosing smaller portions of high-fat and high-calorie foods and eating more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

One common eating mistake among runners is that they overcompensate for the calories burned by exercise with extra calories from more food and beverages. Some runners even find that they gain weight, despite their regular training. One way to prevent "stealth calorie" consumption or mindless eating is to write everything you're eating in a journal for a few weeks. Seeing a record of your food intake will help you see where your diet needs improvement. It will also keep you on track because you'll think twice before putting that chocolate-covered donut in your mouth.

  12. QUESTION:
    Which is better...AcaiBlast or AcaiTrim?
I have been looking to lose weight and for the past month I have been using AcaiBlast garden greens...it didn't seem to be doing much for me, I didn't really feel much different at all. However, so many people have said Acai has helped them so I went and bought a new Acai product. Acai Trim from Nature's Organics. Has anyone tried this and if so...has it done anything for you? Also...if anyone has any suggestion on a weight loss supplement I would love to hear about it :) . I am not horribly overweight, I would however like to lose maybe 20-30 lbs ASAP. Any help would be great!

    • ANSWER:
I also use Acai Trim. I too ordered from http://funkyrat.com/product_info.php?cPath=16&products_id=88 because i can get the twin pack cheaper here. The thing about Acai Trim is it gives me allot of energy rather than just the acai alone. I guess it is the green tea or whatever. The other thing that has really worked for me is Brazilian Body Shot (it has hoodia and acai in it). What I like is it gives me energy and I can drink it rather than take a pill. http://funkyrat.com/product_info.php?products_id=93

  13. QUESTION:
Lots of symptoms of hypothyroid issues, but blood work came back that thyroid is fine. Any ideas?
My symptoms: tired all the time,
    get cold very easily,
    memory problems,
    hair loss,
    can't lose weight,
    depression.

I was sure this was hypothyroid but the tests came back all fine. I'm trying to find an answer because I just don't feel healthy anymore. I looked up Wilson's syndrome, but it seems many doctor's don't believe in Wilson's. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to feel better? I do not take any supplements at this time, and eat a fairly well balanced diet, mostly organic vegetables, etc. I'd appreciate any ideas for supplements or nutrition changes or anything that will help. Thanks!

      HI McDaid

I would do a detox of the body to help rid of the toxins that are in your system. Specifically a colon and liver cleanse. If as healthy as you think you are, we all have toxins in our body because of all the manmade factors (chemicals in food and drinks, pollutition, stress, ect). Having regular bowel movements (3 times a day) is part of good health becasue what goes in the body must come out (just like a car). Must filter out your system to have it run effeciently. Be sure to also drink a gallon of distilled water a day to help rid of any toxins and the body (85% of our body is made of water).

I do 5-6 cleanses a year for myself (including the kidney) and this helps me live a healthy life without any drugs unlike 80% of people I know. Learn how to cleanse your system and you'll have the greatest freedom of them all. Health!

      Best of health to you

  14. QUESTION:
I need help with my English research paper?
I need help with my English research paper! I have almost 5 full pages double spaced. It's about diet pills and persuading adults not to use them. Can anyone tell me what else I can do to make it better?

Some overweight adults think that gaining a few extra pounds here and there have become acceptable over the years. They have in mind that the extra weight will just melt away when desired by popping in a few diet pills. Because of people like this, diet pills have become a multi-billion dollar industry. The weight loss industry offers many quick fix solutions that do not always deliver what they guarantee. The big problem with diet pills is that every single one of them have risks and side effects. Risks will often outweigh the benefits that the user will get from the pills.
Many of us wonder how diet pills really work. Different kinds work different ways. Some diet pills increase the body’s metabolism, helping the body burn more fat. Some diet pills will suppress the appetite, preventing the individual from feeling hungry. Other diet pills contain diuretics, which prevent the excess retention of water in the body. Finally, another type can work by removing fat from the person’s body.
The main ingredients in diet pills were slowly exposed one at a time starting in the 1930’s. Dinitrophenol, or DNP, was first to be reported by two young physicians at Stanford University. They took notes on this element only to find that it possessed a rather extraordinary trait, the ability to speed up the human metabolism. After this information was announced, it quickly appeared creating diet pills across the country. As time went on, fatal fevers and blindness were reported. The U.S Office of Drug Control found a link between the chemical and the deaths. Soon after, the drugs were taken off of the market in 1938. DNP is not a natural occurring element, is it man made. It was originally made for scientific purposes to help with experiments and to make wood preservatives, organic chemicals and dyes. It is now considered by the U.S government to be an environmental toxin.
Since the diet pill industry could no longer use Dinitrophenol, they had to find another ingredient that could perform weight loss miracles. Amphetamines were originally synthesized in 1887, but it wasn’t until about the mid-1940’s that researchers found a medical use for them. They were originally used in over-the-counter inhalants for nasal congestion. Amphetamines were no longer used for a high, or for medication, but as an appetite suppressant. In the early 1970’s, doctors prescribed a type of amphetamine called Benzedrine for weight loss. Those who took the pills found it easy to refrain from eating and enjoyed feeling happier and more energetic. If Amphetamines are not consumed in the right proportion, they can be very dangerous.
Phenylpropanolamine (PPA) is an ingredient that is used in many over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription cough and cold medications as a decongestant. It is also the main ingredient in OTC weight loss products. It is said to be safe when taken correctly. That means that it cannot be taken in any other higher doses than recommended or combined with any other medications containing PPA.
Many of us have heard the motto, “It’s too good to be true.” That saying can often be referred to diet pills. Different bodies react in different ways. For some bodies, swallowing capsules everyday just isn’t enough. Once people realize that it isn’t for them, they have already wasted money. Sure, there are some supplements that are effective, but that does not always guarantee a healthy diet. All of the pills have side effects and many serious health risks. Most diet pills contain caffeine which not only speeds up your metabolism, but your heart rate. These heart problems can very easily cause an extremely fit and healthy adult to have a severe heart attack. All diet pills weaken your immune system so that your body cannot fight off any dangerous bacteria causing you to become frail, resulting in hair loss and less elasticity in the skin. Other risks that may occur is the possibility of anxiety and addiction.
Linda Zimdars, a 30 year old woman just had her second, and final child. She wanted to get rid of her baby fat from being pregnant, so she tried a new diet supplement called Lipospa that might help her lose 10 pounds. Linda began taking the doses once every morning until she became her desired weight. When she quit taking the pills, she instantly gained her weight back. So she bought more pills. Even after maintaining a healthy meal and exercise plan, Linda realized the only way to keep her preferred weight was to take the supplements everyday. After 3 years of this, Lipospa was discontinued. Linda tried other brands, but none of them worked for her. Her body had become immune to Lipospa because she had taken it for so many years. She is now over 300 pounds.

  15. QUESTION:
Do I have a thyroid problem?
I'm looking for advice from people who have dealt with or are dealing with a weight loss issue, in that its very difficult or impossible for them to lose weight due to a thyroid condition.

I'm in my early 20's and got off birth control about three years ago. When I got on it I gained a crazy amount of weight in a short period of time (30 lbs. in 30 days). After I stopped taking it, I quit gaining weight but couldn't take any weight off! The past three years I've only been able to lose 10 lbs. or less of the 30 lbs. I've gained. In the last 9 months, I've switched my diet to eating low fat, all organic fruits and vegetables, I only eat meat about once a week now if that, and I never drink soda or eat candy. This has had no affect whatsoever on my ability to lose weight.
For the last 6 months, I have been actively dieting and exercising. I've been exercising about 1 1/2 hours per day, 5 to 7 days per week, and still following my diet but getting even more restrictive on carbs and fat every few weeks or so. I went from 190 lbs. to 182 lbs. in 6 months and can't seem to take any more weight off than that. My fear is that it was water weight that I lost, and that I haven't really lost any weight at all despite my intense efforts!

I can't go to a doctor to check my thyroid because I do not have insurance. My guess is that being on hormone medication broke my thyroid and is causing me to have metabolic syndrome. Is anyone out there dealing with an obvious slow/no metabolism? What are some things you can do naturally (foods to eat, supplements to take) increase your thyroid activity? Any advice helps!

    • ANSWER:
It didn't break your thyroid. Your metabolism may be a bit out whack but the real issue is you're older now and it's really harder to lose weight.

  16. QUESTION:
I just thought I would help those out that were on the Depo-provera and are now ttc. This article explains how?
Depo can stay in your system up to 18mos to help get it out this website suggested these steps

1 Drink LOTS of water: We all know there many health benefits of drinking water. Besides clear skin and weight loss, drinking at least 64 ounces per day can help rid the body of toxins and expel waste stored in the bodies tissue and prevent disease. Adding fresh squeezed lemon to water can help flush toxins out of the body because lemons are a natural diuretic.

Step 2Exercise: At least 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity a day helps increase the blood flow to the organs, muscles and tissues. Exercise helps endorphin levels rise and remove toxins from the body. Sweating also helps remove waste and toxins. Daily walks outside in the fresh air also help the detoxification process.

Step 3 Eat 6-11 (or more!) servings of fruit and vegetables a day: High in fiber to help move your bowels and loaded with anti-oxidants to help your body defend itself from any damaging toxins that enter it. Make sure you wash your produce well or chose organic if possible.

Step8Relax in a sauna: Heavy metals and toxins are expelled through the the skin as we sweat. Sitting in a sauna for 10 minutes helps open the pours and detoxifies the body. Consult your health care professional before trying a sauna detox.

Step 9Take Probiotics: Also known as "good bacteria" that are necessary for digestive system health. Probiotics have been said to strengthen the immune system, allowing the body to fight off allergies, exposure to toxins and other diseases. Probiotics can be taken in supplement form, yogurt or shakes.
it's usually people on the shot not the pill the shot causes the problems cause it leaves stuff behind and does not clear your system

    • ANSWER:
I personally went on the pill for two months to "jump start" my period again after DEPO (on it for three years). It worked for me...I got pregnant the second month after stopping the pill. So I got pregnant pretty quickly after stopping the shot compared to most people.

  17. QUESTION:
Help me tweak my diet/eating habits?
Ok, I do not come from a family of healthy eaters or know any, lol. Even the nutritionists I know suffer from highblood pressure and poor eating habits. So I am left to my own devices: internet research and yahoo answers, lol. Looking to tweak my diet a bit for a combination of weight loss, rheumatoid arthritis, and general health. I try to walk four days a weak for thirty minutes or more depending on swelling/pain.

    Breakfast
Smoothie – cup of Spinach, 1 cup of carrots, ¼ cup almond milk, 8 blackberries
¼ cup of Walnuts, and whole wheat/multigrain black bread roll (80 calories/4g protein) with a teaspoon of butter.

    Snack ½ cup of raisins
    4 prunes

    Lunch:
Banana smoothie – 1 1/2 small banana, 1/3 cup of almond milk vanilla extract & cinnamon.

    Snack: ½ cup walnuts
Half of a whole wheat role with organic natural peanut butter

    Snack: orange

I eat lean chicken breast or fish three to four times a week for dinner

Dinner option 1: Berry smoothie, cup of berries, two pineapple slices, ¼ cup almond milk, 1/8 cup organic sugar, ½ cup of nuts on side

Dinner option 2: Fish baked (salmon, cod, halibut), whole grain rice

Dinner option 3: Chicken, green vegetable on the side, blue cheese dressing 2 tbl spoons
Dinner option 4: Shrimp with fruit as a side

I only bake or boil fish and chicken.

I also take a flinstone vitamin, fish oil, biotin, folic acid, potassium glucosanate, and calcuim with vitamin C supplements. I intend to add vitamin D, selenium, and probiotics.

    Thank you!
I forgot to note that I am looking for a permanent change to my diet (as in the way you eat daily). I have been eating the above for almost three weeks, and want to know if I am on the right track or leaving something out or have to much of something in. I have already lost several pounds and want to make sure my new eating habits are healthy. Thank you.

    • ANSWER:
I've spent a few years researching diets and have found several esteemed nutrition researchers who agree that a low-fat pure vegetarian diet is the healthiest diet for humans. This healthy diet along with a healthy lifestyle (avoiding alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco) promotes several years of additional healthy life and reduction of symptoms you described. Essentially, this is a diet that consists of leafy green vegetables, other colorful vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and fruits. Some people will require supplements of B12 (low dosage) and D3 (high dosage). If you avoid nuts, avocados, olives, and olive oils, you will also want to supplement your diet with ground flaxseed for Omega-3 fatty acids.

The work of Dr. Calwell Esselstyn, Jr. is probably the most appropriate for you. He is an esteemed cardiovascular researcher who has very specific dietary recommendations that are effective in reducing blood pressure and reducing cholesterol and making people "heart-attack proof." His studies along with all of the researchers listed below show how you can reduce blood pressure through diet alone (assuming you don't smoke or drink or consume caffeine).

I lost 80+ pounds and lowered my blood pressure to a healthy range by simply adopting this healthy diet. If you avoid animal food products, you can lower your cholesterol as well. This will lead to lower blood pressure as well.

Please do your own research to verify what I claim. Good luck!

Added note: Whey products including dairy (cow protein) promotes the growth of cancerous tumors. I suggest you review the work of T. Colin Campbell "The China Study" before consuming any form of diet drink that replaces meals.
