      1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

      2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don't have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

      3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

      4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

      Do NOT read silly BS online articles about losing weight fast. They are at best apocryphal and at worst damaging to your health.

      Here's the best weight loss diet (an opinion based on several years of research):

      Eat fewer calories than you expend.

      That's about all there is to it. Eat less than you burn, and you will lose weight.

      Now there are some nuances to all this.

      Some people will tell you to avoid carbohydrates (e.g. the Atkins diet people). This is not necessary, though it is an option.

      Others will tell you to avoid fats (e.g. the standard party line among medical circles.)

      Bottom line, you need a balanced diet with carbs, protein, and fats. There is no scientifically identified ideal combination, so you (and all of us) are on our own to identify what's best for us.

      As a general rule, you need at least 1 gram per kilogram of body weight in protein. For a 212 pound person this is 53 grams of protein. This is a MINIMUM.

      Also as a general rule, you should eat carbohydrates that have a low glycemic index - there are many internet resources that will give you the glycemic index of foods, just google it.

      Keep up the biking. This is a great aerobic exercise that will help you burn calories while toning your abs and lower body. Try to add in some weight training or similar exercises that will build muscle mass.

      You cannot lose weight fast - at least not healthily. It took many years for you to gain weight, it will take months to years for you to regain an appropriate body mass index. What is your goal weight? Evaluate this goal in comparison to your current weight. 3500 calories is one pound of fat. Burning that many more calories will reduce your weight by that much.

      Set a goal diet that is appropriate to your gender, age, and weight - if you're a male, 2200 calories per day is probably a good heuristic for what you need to maintain your weight. If you're a female, at your age, 2000 calories is probably about right.

      Reduce your caloric intake by 250 or so calories per day (from the stated baseline), then increase your exercise, and you'll be on the road to a healthy body.

      It WILL take some time, but anything worth doing is worth doing well - which means time and commitment.

      3. For other meals cut out all refined sugar. Eat lean protien and whole grains and make sure you get your fruits and
      veggies. ie. Tuna on wheat, steamed veggies, refried beans. glass of skim milk.

      4. Exercise- this one is a no brainer,but you said you have a motivation problem. One way to over come this is just simply go to the gym 5 days a week. Just go.I dont care what your plan is but just go. If you feel like running, run.       I know you don't want to hear this, but don't try to lose 10 pounds in a short period of time. If you are serious about being healthy and lowering your weight to a place where you are comfortable, change your eating habbits. You are probably very young. Don't start the roller coaster early. You are setting yourself up for a lifetime of failure.

      Cut out refined foods and eat only raw fruits and vegetables. Eat whole milk, organic yogurt (plain). Eat salmon 3-4 times a week. Eat lettuce every day. Drink plenty of water (key to losing weight.). Eat an avacado every day. Raspberries and Strawberries help to cleanse toxins from the body, allowing the fat to be taken out quicker.

      AVOID Low fat/No fat. This causes weight gain. Exercise up to 30 minutes a day. You are going to have to do some work. But I warn you, if you change everything all at once. You will not stick to it, and in 2 months you will gain back more than the 10 lbs you lost.

      The key to permanent weight loss, (and I don't think that is what you are looking for unfortunately) is change your lifestyle one small thing at a time. Don't neglect yourself and then rapidly try to change. Change one thing every week. Make one healthy change, and over a year, you have made 52 positive changes.

      Be forgiving of yourself, and love yourself for who you are. Life is too short to try to conform to what others think of you. Be kind to yourself, because you are worth it.

      1. Even well renown doctors have used the term "You are what you eat". This statement couldn't be more true for the point being made. If a person wants a healthy body, he/she must feed the body with things that are healthy for it. EXAMPLE : Let's imagine you own a 500,000 SPORTS CAR, would you put diesel gasoline in it, or would you put the gasoline it requires? The only answer anyone would ever give is that they would put the finest of unleaded gasoline into that gas tank of the Ferrari. I personally believe that your body is worth more than a Ferrari is, the only question is, are you feeding your biggest and most important investment the proper foods that it requires for it to run at maximum capacity? Currently, the answer is most likely NO.

      I can completely understand where you come from, and I was not always in awesome shape as I am now, but I want to help others achieve their dream, just like I am achieving mine with tremendous success. I use to be totally out of shape, and it bugged me, because I knew I wasn't treating my body with the ultimate respect it deserves.

      Eating very healthy foods on a DAILY basis, and no longer "treating yourself" to some of those indulgences that you "might" be having a bit too often.

      Drinking water ona constant basis will give you a more full feeling on a constant basis, as well as it will help flush osme of those toxins in your body out.       1. Meats ----stay away from fatty cuts of meat, and only buy the EXTREMELY LEAN cuts. As far as flavor, feel comfortable picking up some dry seasonings you can mix in with olive oil and baste onto the meat before you slap it on the GRILL/ George Foreman.

      2. Veggies can be boring if you dont season them correctly, and there are many low-calorie seasonings available to moderatly sprinkle on the veggies to add that "extra zest" to your greens.

      3.Salads are Great, but one can quickly RUIN the healthy title of a salad by what one adds to the salad. A few sprinkles of lowfat cheese is ok, but let your conscience be your STRICT guide. Bacon bits are a huge NO NO. There are other unhealthy things a person can add to their salad, but seeming as how I totally avoid thoughts about all the "fixings" of an elaborately unhealthy salad, because the more you think about unhealthy foods, the more one has to fight the craving not to give into temptation. DRESSINGS : Chances are, you probably enjoy Ranch as much as I do, and my best suggestion is picking up the lowest fat ranch dressing you can find.......dont punish yourself though......Hidden Valley is the best in flavor, and they have a healthy option Ranch dressing.

      SNACKS: I typically pick up a protein bar and start chewing on that, as protein is a good "filler" and that helps me stay away from something I know I shouldn't have anyway. Eating carrot sticks and celery are also great ways to satisfy those snack cravings.

After doing extensive research and going to multiple doctors and nutrition experts i found out that even if you found a way to lose weight that fast, its extremely bad for you body. The rapid loss of weight causes a reaction in your body and it will actually start trying to consume food faster. A survival type mode.

      There is medicine out there that can help, you just have to speak with your doctor about it. But it wont work if your still eating the wrong things and not getting enough exercise.

      2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
      3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

      It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

      Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down.       low carb all the way.

      Eat a max of 15-20g of carbs a day. You're allowed to eat all lean meats that aren't high in carbs such as chicken, beef, steak, fish etc. and you're allowed to eat fat too. Not too much though. Not too many fruits or veggies are alloed on tthe diet. Just eat lettuce.

      No bread, rice, anything made out of flour basically.

      Take centrum to make up for vitamins and nutrients you're losing out on.

      And take centrum as a fiber supplement.

      Eat a max of 1200 calories a day and split your meals into 5-6 seperate meals.

      Walking is enough exercise on this diet. Do it everyday though.

      And drink a ton of water everyday. I'm talking like 3 litres because protein breakdown takes long and you want to fluch out your body regularly.

      I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

      Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

      First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

      This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

      However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

      Watch what you eat. Make fruits & veggies the biggest part of your meals & eat them first (they'll fill you up). If you need a snack, grab something healthy, like fruit, or a protein bar. I start my day with a fresh fruit smoothie & a piece of wheat toast for breakfast. Lunch is usually a salad, and dinner I'll have a little pasta or pizza & lots of fruits and vegetables. Chocolate covered strawberries make a good dessert/snack, as does fruit in milk (I usually add a little sugar too).
      For working out without pain, get one of those exercise bands. I got thrown from a horse & couldn't really run or anything, and it honestly works. Since the resistance is your own body & its weight, it really does use your muscles.

      but what i did to loose pounds was run everyday and everytime i get hungry not at meal times i eat grapes

      Cabbage soup diet. I had a friend who lost 10 lbs in 3 days. The diet is a week long. You are suppose to be on it for a short time due to the fact that you lose so much in a short period of time.
