Natural Weight Loss Pills For Women

Weight loss patches have taken the slimming industry by a storm. An ever increasing number of people are now using natural slimming patches in order to get rid of stubborn fat and reduce their weight without fearing any side effects.

Though there are a couple of slimming patches, the best ones are the natural weight loss patches. Such patches are formulated with certain herbal and natural ingredients that are highly effective in weight control.

Certain herbs have metabolism boosting properties while others can suppress your appetite. Increasing the speed up your metabolism makes it possible for your body to burn fat quick and fast. Suppressing your appetite ensures a drastic cut in your food or caloric intake. Both these factors are extremely important to ensure fast weight loss.

Natural slimming patches are a blend of highly effective herbs and other natural ingredients such as yerba mate, fucus vesiculosus, gaurana, zinc pyruvate, lecithin etc.,

Such ingredients not only help burn more fat and reduce your appetite and food cravings but also help breakdown fat cells and lower cholesterol. This is great for you cardiac health. Increased cardiac output helps boost your energy levels. So unlike other fat burner pills, a good quality weight loss patch can help increase your energy and stamina as well.

Gaurana is extremely effective in increasing energy and endurance. It has 300% more caffeine as coffee. Not only this, it also helps increase fat burning capacity of your body.

Yerba mate is a great natural appetite suppressant and lecithin is extremely effective in lowering cholesterol.

A weight loss patch is extremely convenient to use. All you are required to do is just stick it to your skin every morning and soon as you do the patch begins releasing its ingredients into your bloodstream. A patch keeps releasing the ingredients slowly throughout the day to sustain the effects of all the ingredients.

One of the major advantages of a patch is that the ingredients bypass the digestive system to reach the bloodstream. Thus, there is no interaction between the ingredients and stomach acids or fluids which can neutralize a large portion of the ingredients. This not only ensures more accurate dosage but also ensures that the ingredients remain more potent leading to better and faster results.

No wonder, people are buying such patches in large numbers. Natural weight loss patches do not have any side effects and are also backed with clinical approvals. Losing up to 6lbs with such a patch is not impossible. At this rate, most people easily strip off up to 25lbs within a month!

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
What is the best natural weight loss pill from Nutrition House?
I would like you to recommend the best natural weight loss pill for women please :)

    • ANSWER:
      Hi Brian,

Acai is one of the hottest products in the health and nutrition industry. The ads promise amazing health benefits from the Acai fruit such as; weight loss, anti-aging, cancer prevention, a boost of energy, and mood improvement. If true this would make Acai an amazing fruit...but is it too good to be true?

Being a long time Acai user I can emphatically say "YES!" Acai juice has made a dramatic difference in my life. It's the first thing I have to drink every morning and it gives me enough energy to accomplish all of my goals each day.

I used to be a huge Redbull drinker, but always hated the inevitable crash I would get just a few hours after drinking one. When you drink Acai berry juice you get that same boost of energy without the caffeine crash.

The Acai berry was first presented to Oprah Winfrey and her millions of viewers by Dr. Nicolas Perricone. During an episode of Oprah's show, she asked Dr. Perricone to discuss his top ten superfoods. The number one superfood on his list was MonaVie, a blend of 19 different fruit juices created by Monarch Health Sciences. The main ingredient of MonaVie is, as one might expect, the Acai berry.

It's a fruit that grows in the Amazon. Because the fresh berries lose much of their nutritional benefits very quickly after being picked, distribution of fresh Acai is limited. However, the juice and other extracts keeps its potency longer.

There are many benefits of Acai Berries. They can increase mental acuity, speed up metabolism, clean toxins out of the body, help with weight loss, and more. By helping move food through the body more quickly, the Acai berry prevents the build up of fat, thus resulting in a loss of between 8 and 25 pounds a month.

One of the unique things about the Acai berry is that it can take the place of several foods. The berry has about the same amount of protein as an egg, is similar to olive oil in its make up of fatty acids, contains over 30 times the amount of anthocyanins found in red wine, and is very high in fiber.

Oprah's endorsement of the Acai berry made women (and some men) around the world take notice of this tiny little fruit. Oprah saw what Dr. Perricone and many other dietary specialists saw: the Acai berry isn't just another weight loss product. It can help with so much more that it only makes sense for people around the world to take an Acai berry product.

  3. QUESTION:
    Whatever happened to natural beauty?
Personally, I don't find anorexic girls that are pencil-thin attractive. I think plastic surgery made Dolly Parton, Joan Rivers, and Kylie Minogue look like lionesses. Meanwhile it made Mickey Rourke and Michael Jackson look like burn victims. Pamela Anderson looks like a circus sideshow now. The only thing I support cosmetic surgery on is teeth personally. That's my big deal. Why do women insist on shaving their boxes? I loathe those personally because it makes me think of all those sick perverts out there praying on prepubescent girls. Why do women pluck their eyebrows, too? Do they like looking as if they had chemotherapy? As long as a woman stays within her ideal body weight range, leaves her hair her natural color, doesn't smoke, takes good care of her teeth and body, and uses good hygiene, that's good enough for me. My big turn on is pigtails and braids? Why don't they have supermodels wear their hair that way? I also like flexible women, too. Why don't they have more ads for yoga on TV instead of weight loss pills? Why can't people appreciate the aesthetics of someone's natural features instead of conditioning everyone that beauty is only artificial? Mannequins aren't real people.
Moles, teeth, smoking, and hygiene are the only big hang-ups for me. As long as she's not morbidly obese or anorexic thin, I'm set, too. Ideal body weight or baby fat is sufficient.

    • ANSWER:
I will say time and time again that the media is mostly to blame.
Ads, runways, TV shows, commercials and movies will show women who have had tons of plastic surgery, personal trainers and personal chefs and normal women like myself feel the need to compete with that.

I have to disagree with the user who said guys want a Barbie Doll. I think men in general want a more natural woman with curves (men are supposedly naturally attracted to a woman with curves because it's supposed to be a sign of fertility back in ancient times) and a good personality. I'd like to add that I'm Latin, and for Latino/a's, curvy bodies are considered most attractive.

Cosmopolitan magazine (lolwut) does a survey for men and women frequently and publishes it in the magazine from time to time.. They take two celebrity pictures, one curvy one skinny and ask which they prefer. The majortiy of women always pick the skinny picture and the majority of men always pick the curvy picture. That's enough proof men do like more cushion for the pushin'!

I'm not bashing skinny people- I say be healthy. Exercise, watch your diet.. But most of all be happy with yourself the way you are. Some people are born with a slim frame and others aren't and we need to accept that.

That's just weight- I personally don't care about dying hair and make-up. I wear make-up often (I'm a top make-up contributer afterall) and see it as an art. I LIKE experimenting and trying different looks. I have an edgy sense of fashion and show it through my make-up and hair and clothes. However, I don't think it's mandatory for all women to wear make-up and be made up.

      :)

  4. QUESTION:
Frusterated Woman in need of help with weight loss?
Ok, here is my story. I'm 5'3, and weigh 133 pounds. About 2 years ago, I weighed around 113 pounds. For the longest time, I was able to keep weight off even if I ate alot of food because of how much I exercised at my work. I work at a pet hotel/doggie daycare which has me walking about 2-4 miles a day; but, when it gets really busy on the holidays, then about 5-8 miles a day. So my job kept my metabolism up which was good, until around Thanksgiving time last year---and that's when I noticed the weight starting to come on.

Two months ago, I tried starving myself by eating only dinner. I think I lost a pound or two with that, but then I would get too miserable and eat alot which caused me to gain it back and more. I tried everything---cutting down on the number of carbs, calories, fat intake. On Sat. (April 5), I bought all-natural diet pills which hasn't helped :( . I even cut down on my portion sizes and drank more water. What's wrong with my body? Why can't I lose?
I am eating healthy. For the past couple of days, I've been eating cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats) for breakfast, one slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly for lunch, and rice (mushrooms, onions, peppers, tofu), and vetables for dinner served on a desert plate (that's the portion size that I'm now eating; with no seconds). For desert tonight, I had no-fat Yogurt with a chopped up strawberry/flax/a little of all-natural sugar/almond extract/and nuts in it. And I also don't eat after 7pm.

  5. QUESTION:
Should I keep or toss this HCG for weight loss?
I am really wanting to loss some weight...like most women.

Someone I know started losing weight so I asked her what she was doing. She showed me a little bottle of HCG and told me what pharmacy she buys it from. I have always been against weight loss supplements and so I just decided not to look into it.

It's been a few more months and she is still losing weight. She explained to me how it is natural so it doesn't do any harm etc. I was on my way to buy some but I turned around and decided to research it.

So yes, I actually googled by myself and found out that HCG is that hormone that pregnancy test look for...so it comes from pregnant women. It was used a long time ago to help the gentials develop in children (kinda odd). Some doctor realized that it was making them lose weight.

So it became a weight loss aid but the FDA only approved it for a fertility drug.

Problem: I am sexually active. Currently taking birth control pills..though I plan on going back to condoms soon.

    Any advice whatsoever.

    • ANSWER:
i don't like to take hormones. give them to your friend who uses them.

  6. QUESTION:
What is this with aloe vera? It's everywhere, on 90% of commercials, in 90% of products... what?
Is that something that is really, I mean REALLY good and has a HUGE range of appliance, or is it some pharmaceutical hoax to get more and more money? I guess the aloe vera products have been around for a longer time, but in last 2-3 years, BAM, it's all over the place! In every cosmetical product that women put on their bodies, cremes, sprays, sticks... every hand creme has aloe vera in it (for women AND for men), hair sprays, tooth pastes (I guess...) soap bars and soaps, shampoos, and in pretty much every alternative medicine ("""natural""") pill. You want weight loss pills - with aloe vera, concentration pills - with aloe vera, memory pills - with aloe vera, stomach pain pills - with aloe vera. aloe vera aloe vera aloe vera... ... .............. and supposedly, you can cook with it too! WTF? The fuck is that now? This aloe vera is becoming the new "water". Seems like there won't be wars over water in the future, but for aloe vera...

dammit... can someone explain aloe vera to me?

  7. QUESTION:
Weightloss supplements for people suffering from PCOS?
Are there any natural supplements to help women who suffer from PCOS? Specifically one that can help with weight loss. I am not looking for a miracle pill to "melt" away fat, just something to help move things along. Women who suffer from PCOS often have a very hard time loosing weight compared to others.

    • ANSWER:
Focus more on your health rather than your weight because having excess weight (particularly on the abdomen) can lead to health problems. If you take care of your health you should hopefully feel fitter and happier, and you might lose a little weight as a bonus. So healthy eating and exercise is what to aim for. Try to get some daily aerobic exercise. A little power walking day time with a friend might be beneficial.....weather permitting. Don't walk in the evening and don't walk alone. Be safe. And walking with a friend should help lift your spirits. With PCOS you need to keep an eye on your blood sugar levels moreover because insulin resistance can be a feature of PCOS. It would be advisable to get a full medical check up if you haven't already done so.....particularly focusing on blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid function and sex hormone levels (including free testosterone).

There is no such thing as a miracle pill to melt fat.
Regular aerobic exercise should help speed your metabolism a little.
Avoid cakes, pastries biscuits and chocolate and instead try to get your carbohydrates from such as rice, wholemeal bread and pasta, and potatoes. This should help with blood sugar control. Try chewing fennel seeds before a meal if you want to try and reduce your appetite......it is an old-fashioned Mediterranean remedy for that....it might work for some so worth trying. And assuming you are not on any thyroid medication, you could take sea kelp after meals. Take as directed on the label. But don't take this if you are on any kind of medication for your thyroid. Also, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first before taking any supplements if you are on any prescribed medications or have any other medical conditions to be safe.

Try to find a forum or support group online for women with PCOS.
      Best wishes.
