      Okay, if you weigh 126 pounds, how tall is that so we can work out your BMI? Okay, you've said it's 20.3, so that is pretty healthy.

      How about you run every day? Maybe you convert the fat into muscle. How about you eat more meat, protein and do more excercise. Pull weights, drink shakes. It's all about ballence. To get a six pack, you have to both eat well and excercise. My boyfriend is such a machine, he eats literally everything and he is sooo muscly. Grr, he's making me eat so much more which means I have to excercise more! YAWN. Anyway, walking is good for you. Eat lots of energy foods, carbohydrates such as: pasta, rice, bread. Don't get rid of fat, convert it by putting ALL your energy into, you guessed it, EXCERCISE! Don't worry, i'm in the same boat as you. Apart from the six pack thing, that'd be wierd.. i'm a girl :L

At 14, your body is probably ready to shoot up at any time, it could be height storage (my mum used to tell me that I was chubby so when I shot up I wouldn't get stretch marks - I'm now 16, so probably nearly grown, and I my body is pretty much how I want it to be). Anyway, my point is that at fourteen, your body is going crazy right now. You should let it settle before you start to diet/ excercise. Your BMI is healthy now. You should consider leaving it with that.

      Chest flyes are great for shredding the chest muscles. I don't care what the eight or so people ahead of me say, you CAN target fat loss. You should combine your workouts with cardio to maximize fat burn, but truthfully if you do chest flyes with low weights for a lot of reps, you can definitely cut down your chest and get those nice striations. Just lie on a bench with your arms stretched out at your sides, arms slightly bent, and bring your hands together above you. Make sure you are focusing you attention on tightening the chest muscles and ensuring that's where your movement is coming from, especially as you are releasing back to the rest position.

      What happened? Well, when I tried to select my foods, I was presented with a list of food choices, many of which I didn't like. Despite what they'll tell you in the advertisements, this is a high protein low carb diet. And I'm a vegetarian. There were many "fake meat" products to choose from, but I don't like those either.

      Still, I thought that I might be able to substitute foods that I did like and somehow apply the principle of the diet. I didn't like what I saw. Other review sites will tell you that you get to eat "4 square meals a day" on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. But this isn't entirely true. You do get to eat four meals a day.       Interval training is definitaly the way to go, you dont need to use the cross-trainer, the fittest people i know simply go outside and run. I suggest you read this http://www.squidoo.com/fat-loss-through-cardio for a few good interval training ideas, following any of those a few days a week should help. How often depends on your muscle training programme. If you train legs seriously hard on Friday, it'd be unwise to to interval training on Saturday, and possibly even sunday. I prefer full body workouts personally, but a 3 day split should still be good. I suggest reading that article first and foremost. If you have your diet under control, you should only need to do interval training maybe 2-4 times a week, occasionaly it can be ok to do it on your workout days depending how hard you are working the muscles involed in the interval training. Try and do it between 2 and 4 times a week however, closer to 4 if possible. You've just got to remember to listen to your body, if your doing it 4 times a week, and you are struggling, getting tired or showing symptoms of overtraining, then stop, rest for a while, and decrease the cardio or workout times.

      You are, to a certain degree, on the right track but the fact is without the proper nutrition, 90% of the exercise you do counts for nothing.

      In order to burn fat, you must be in a caloric deficit and create the right hormonal environment for fat loss through clean dieting and proper exercise.

      I can give you a few exercises to do that will help you burn some fat, but sooner or later you will hit a plateau and will stop burning fat due to a poor diet.

      For stomach and thighs, you'd want to superset lower-body exercises with abdominals for example:

      Bodyweight Squats - Hanging Leg Raises
      Bulgarian Split Squats - Decline Crunches
      Lunges - Regular Crunches

      Focus on a full, controlled range of motion for the first week. Then add speed the following week, then add load the week after, as an example. Not everyone is the same so you have to find out what works best for you.

      After an intense workout, finishing up with an intense bout of cardio for around 10-15 minutes would be a good start to boost that fat loss. Cardio does not work alone as it only strips you of your Lean Body Mass (LBM), and LBM is responsible for fat loss as Muscle is an active tissue.

      After an intense workout, the body says, "What in the world did you just do to me? I had better hold on to this muscle or I won't last in the gym again!" The body then finds the next thing to burn and that is fat, so cardio after workout is always best.

Use these things as a once in a while treat. You also need to put fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet along with whole grains. Cut out white bread and add stone ground wheat bread. You must drink plenty of water to help flush toxins out of your system. Don't be in a hurry to lose the weight all at once it is not healthy. You didn't gain it over night you can't expect to loose it over night. If you fall off the diet one day don't dash the diet altogether it is only one day and you are only human.       Well, the first thing you can do is have a professional body fat test as those online calculators are very inaccurate.

      And to lower body fat, it is a case of strength training as well as cardio and a high protein diet.

      A good place to aim if you want to look really lean without looking ripped would be 18%-22% for a female and 10%-14% for a male. If you want that six pack, then 16%-18% for a female and 8%-10% for a male.

      Hi. In my opinion the best thing you can do is try to stick to as natural, whole products as possible. Stuff like vegetables, beans, whole-grains, fruit, nuts etc.

      For each meal make sure you have a portion of fruit or veg, one of protein and one of complex carbs. The combination of these food-groups will stop you getting too hungry. Add in a couple of healthy snacks like nuts and dried fruit and you have a perfectly balanced diet.

      Avoid ready meals, soda and junk food such as crisps, Special K (full of sugar!), chocolate or cakes.

      In terms of exercise, try to be active for at least an hour 4 days a week. I wouldn't recommend doing 6-7. It's actually better for your body to have a break

      Elliptical is a great choice. You can also do jogging, rowing or swimming.

      Most weight loss pills are actually diuretics, which will cause you to lose water weight (resulting in weight loss...) but not fat. I have never tried hydroxycut but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a water pill (it even has "hydro" in the name).

      The only FDA approved weight loss pill is Ali, which blocks some absorption of fat in the foods you eat. Honestly, for the price you have to pay to take the pills, I don't think it's worth it. Keep up your cardio routine and try to eat healthy foods and you'll eventually burn off the fat.

      Best way to get the love handles gone dispite what everyone may thing is diet. The fat burning pills will assist in this but it won't make it go away. Creatine holds a lot of water weight but a good, starting supplement. Also include some interval training such as bike 30 sec. all out, 1 minute slowly, and so on for 20 minutes, that will burn all the extra fat off as well. Also, the best lifts that burn the most fat are full body lifts, such as squats, cleans, and dead lifts.
