      Two years ago I weighed 250. Now I weigh 145. My goal is 125. I did it with eating good food and exercising.

      One thing to keep in mind is you should never consume less than 1100 calories a day. It'll totally screw up your metabolism if you eat too little. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you can't do that, opt for frozen fruits and veggies. Get plenty of lean protein (eggs are great as is skim milk.)

      A goal like yours is going to take a couple years of consistant work, and to keep it off it means a lifetime of change. Cut out the sugar, the white rice, the white flour, the regular pasta, and potatoes. If you have to eat bread or pasta, opt for 100% whole wheat. Check the label. If it just says "wheat" that's not good enough.

      Like I said, this isn't a quick fix, and it's a lifetime of change. No more fast food or candy bars, snack cakes or soda. That stuff is garbage and does nothing good for your body. The very first step is changing your view of food. Instead of seeing "good" and "bad" just think about how everything you put in your mouth fuels your body.

      Buy food from the grocery store. Buy fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish. Stay away from red meat. Buying your food from the grocery store instead of fast food will change a lot right there if you happen to eat out a lot or go through a drive thru a lot.

      Don't add salt to your food, drink 1 glass of water before each meal so that way you'll feel fuller, stay away from junk food, soda/pop, sweets, etc.

      Through out the day, drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. It may seem annoying but by doing this, you won't become dehydrated. Water gets rid of bad toxins and cleanses your body. Don't eat anything after 7PM so that way your body burns all of those calories you've had earlier on that day.

      For exercise, I would suggest dancing. Dance to any type of song that really gets you moving fast. Exercise for a good hour or two. Hope I helped.

    Hi. I'm nineteen years old and am looking to lose (more) weight. I'm 5'1 or so, and weigh about 105 pounds. I am presently taking (prescribed by my doctor) two different antidepressant pills and one stimulant, the generic form of Aderall. Lastly, I am on a birth control pill.

    I lost weight easily in the first month or so, but I find that my appetite has begun to increase way more than I want it to, and I need to stop this before I see adverse results. I refuse to gain weight. In fact, I would like to lose more weight if that is possible.

    I have been investigating over the counter dietary supplements, but I am afraid to make any purchases without investigating any products further. I do not have the time (literally) to exercise right now, so I need something that will guarantee my weight loss until I am able to start working out again on a regular basis.
