b) Contract your stomach, lifting and bringing your left knee towards your chest as you rotate your shoulder towards your left knee, keeping your elbows open.
c) Lower your foot to the floor and repeat with your right knee and left shoulder.

Step 2
Abdominal leg drop
Area exercised: Entire stomach area
Technique:
a) Lie on your back, legs extended straight up in the air at a 90 degree angle to your hips, with your knees and ankles together.
b) Contract your stomach, bringing your hips towards your ribs so that your entire back touches the floor, relax your arms by your soles.
c) Lower one leg, keeping it straight and go as low as you can while keeping your back on the floor
d) Contract the front of your thighs and using your stomach muscles lift your leg to the starting position.
Frequency:
Do this for one minute, altering legs

you sound like you are under 18 and if so you can go to the Health Department I believe free of charge. You can see a Health Care Provider who can give you information to lose weight SAFELY, perhaps give you vitamins, they will check your blood pressure etc. which is a smart way to approach "Dieting" to lose weight, because unfortunately, EXERCISE is part of it, dieting alone will not do it. I personally guarantee, if you start doing that in just 2 weeks, you will see a difference, I promise you.....I wish I could put a before/after picture on here to show you......It will work, I swear, and if your young, that is great because it is Easier to lose it and Keep it off......best of luck to you, and p.s., you like YOU, don't lose weight cause your friends are skinny, you do it just for you! to make you feel good, the compliments will come after, you'll see!!!!!

I dunno where to look, I'm really overweight and I don't have the money for dvd programs like P90X or INSANITY.I need some free websites I can look at or some videos that'll help me lose weight quickly and efficently. My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
