Most of these are expensive, quite ineffective (you could get the same effect with just a few weeks of clean eating) and have nasty side effects. Not good for fat loss, fitness, muscle gain or weight loss!
There are good fat loss "supplements" of course (fish oil, chromium, conjugated linoic acid, bitter melon, ginseng etc), but did you know there are 3 great, super-healthful, super-delicious fat loss supplements in your kitchen that do not entail spending extra cents?
1. CINNAMON
Cinnamon works as a fat loss supplement because it is able to help significantly moderate blood sugar levels and make cells more sensitive to insulin. ( High blood sugar levels and cells insensitive to insulin makes the body overproduce insulin to clear all that sugar in the blood, which will be stored at fat! Other health problems related to high blood sugar include high blood pressure, increased risk of heart disease and increased cancer risk)

I used to take at one time Twinlab Extreme ripped fuel, here in Canada, I don' think they sell that here in Canada anymore, but do in the USA.
I've also used Chromium picolinate as a supplement, with nothing else in it - i heard it can help your metabolism, but didn't experience the same 'fat burning' as with the extreme ripped fuel
Can anyone suggest what's worked for them, or if I should even try any of these.

Most weight loss pills are actually diuretics, which will cause you to lose water weight (resulting in weight loss...) but not fat. I have never tried hydroxycut but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a water pill (it even has "hydro" in the name).The only FDA approved weight loss pill is Ali, which blocks some absorption of fat in the foods you eat. Honestly, for the price you have to pay to take the pills, I don't think it's worth it. Keep up your cardio routine and try to eat healthy foods and you'll eventually burn off the fat.

I'm sorry, but what you are looking for does not exist. The only thing that comes close to providing weight loss without the work is Alli, which essentially makes you not absorb all the dietary fat you consume. This is still recommended with diet and exercise for maximum results. There is phentermine, which is a prescription drug for obese people which effectively suppresses your appetite. This is by prescription only and is an amphetamine (which can be addictive). Really the only thing that can alter your metabolism is synthroid, which is for people with hypothyroidsim, which I am guessing you don't have. If there were a magic pill to take, then everyone would be thin and over 60% of Americans wouldn't be overweight.Also, dietary supplements (except Alli) are not FDA approved, so technically no one is governing them. In that case, I wouldn't consider any to really be safe. Remember Ephedra? Sometimes things that are FDA approved are not even safe. Remember Phen-Fen?

Hey Beth. I'm on my friend's yahoo account because I wanted to ask some questions so that I can loose fat/weight. I realy want to do this so please do not question & tell me not to.
