      I've recently lost 65lbs since April 9 doing the following:

      Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You'll be amazed of how easy it is.

      Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.

      I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.

      My experience:

      Home:

      No problem for first few years till 1975 years.

      Added a cup of coffee to my intake nothing changed 30 years later, 365 x 30 x18 = 197100 cal in that time frame = 54.75 pounds.

      All this 54.6 pounds of weight, more then the ideal weight can be attributed to a one tea spoon of sugar, in a cup of coffee every day.

      After adding some 60 pounds this way yeastier day only I started evaluating the weight gain and I came up with this calculations.

      How about those teaspoons of sweet nothings, sugar only?

      Kitchen:

      I had only one problem I did not work out that 18 cal every day by just straightening up the kitchen and scrubbing that kitchen sink very day and keeping it like new.

      I would suggest you try to tread water for a long period of time for at least an hour.You can go at a pace you like and see how long you can go without stopping. That will build up your muscle as well as shed of a ton of fat. Just remember that it is better to swim for long periods of time rather than swimming like crazy and then resting after one little lap.       My moms friend used that hydorxycut stuff (the one you mix in water) and lost about 15lb. I don't think she added any exercise (beyond what she was getting at work) either. I don't know if hydroxycut is considered a "cleanse" though.

      I know you find those fad ones online if you type in cleanse, but the maple syrup one sounds like a farce to me.

      I've heard of the water cleanse, but that's more difficult, and extremely dull.

Don't eat anything after 7PM so that way your body burns all of those calories you've had earlier on that day.

      I am your age, around your weight (145 lbs) and I have stretch marks too. I think there's a cream for minimizing them. But as for the weight loss thing, what I've started to do is run on the treadmill every day. Usually I burn anywhere from 100-200 calories, and I watch what I eat. Also, I chew gum (appetite suppressant & burns 11 calories an hour) and use a pedometer when I'm not running. Hope this helps!
