However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. I did and they gave me more energy, but they're expensive and made me shaky. I used regular dexitrim with green tee and it worked better for me and was cheaper. Try that out befor you make a big investiment. I dont know where you shop for at walmart for example, there a "womens type" diet pill section and a body building section (very close, but not the same) in the more mens body building section they had "Hot ROx" Its great for cutting fat, but you must work out with it. Try the dexitrim at first to get your cravigs down after you switch your diet, then switch after two weeks. It workd for me and i lost 40lbs!!! Good luck I recomend slowly adding exercise, so slight cardio three times a week. I warmed up on the treadmill for 5 then did a fast walk for 15 then cooled down. Make sure you have an elevated heart rate but can still speek a sentance..... after this for two weeks you'll feel much better then will be able to kick it up to maybe weights and more cardio buy then you'll be on the new pill. I work out 5-6 days a week and eat a very clean, healthy diet 6 days of the week (my 7th is a cheat day, but i don't go too crazy or stuff myself). It sounds like you're doing it right.Most pills and programs will have disclaimers in the advertising saying "Results not typical" or "With diet and exercise" for a reason. If you need help controlling your portions something like Jenny Craig or WeightWatchers can be helpful, especially with guidance keeping your intake well balanced and with moral support, but it all comes down to reducing (or modifying) what you eat and being more active.
It can take a while and you will hit walls and plateaus, but keep at it!
If you do decide you need additional help (pills or drops) I'd ask your doctor and steer clear of people who point to the same web site (designed, of course, to sell you crap) for just about every answer they give.

If you're doing low carb/ high protein, make sure you're getting your protein from generally fatty sources (if you eat chicken, eating something with it that has a good source of Omega 3's, like an avocado).I'd recommend looking at the guidelines of the paleo diet. When I started, I dropped from 197 to 188 in about a month. Slowly, my weight increased up to around 194, where is stayed for several months (roughly losing about the same amount of fat as muscle gained). Right now, I'm back up to 197, with a lot more muscle mass and a lot less fat... and I'm still getting stronger.
Also, knock the medical marijuana crap out. You're 20, you don't need that stuff... and it's going to limit your gains.

this gym is not some sissy bow 30 times over the course of the night, do 10 push ups 10 high kicks and go home gym, its the gym that has produce 3 provincial boxing and mma champs, and you can feel the intensity of the work out
before each of those sessions i take 2 scoops of no-xplode by bsn, it keeps me awake for a few hours after that (don't get to sleep before about 3am) but the additionally endurance is measurable. and worth it for me
right after i get home and shower i have a protein shake, and a hour later a creatine drinkmy diet is not super complex, i try to follow the creed "eat food, not to much, mostly veggies" or at least i try to,

Do NOT take diet pills! They are dangerous!!Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.
My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.
They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.
I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.
Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)
The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
