Often I’m asked for my top few tips on diet. These natural healthy diet tips will keep you on the right path of a natural fat burning. Enclosed I have outlined the five most important tips to lose weight fast that can be incorporated into any sensible diet and are guaranteed to speed the weight loss process in a natural health diet manner.
These natural health diet tips can definitely help you discover a fat burning secret that works well. The fat burning process relies on not only a matter of proper dieting but it is also affected by the correct exercise and proper training techniques.
Eating
Many people believe one of the best diet tips is skipping breakfast, as it will help them lose weight, this is totally incorrect. For people who would be limiting their carbohydrate intake in this manner, a diet devoid of fats, as the myth goes, is just not feasible.
You should try to prioritize eating carbohydrates early in the day, and focus on decreasing carbohydrate portion size as afternoon and evening approaches. The fact is that by eating the right foods (adopting healthy eating habits), limiting fat and sugar intake, and eating the right carbohydrates in a sensible manner will start you on the road to natural health diet.
This is important because the rate at which your blood sugar rises after eating is important in managing your weight.
Calories
You should burn more calories by elevating your metabolism so you lose fat faster. It contains a few references about the basics of weight loss (or body fat loss) such as drinking plenty of water and burn more calories than you consume. What we also know however, is that moderate workout - though raising metabolism - burns fewer total calories than a more energetic or intense way of exercising.
If you continue to eat more calories then you burn off your body fat will stay the same or even increase, no matter how much exercising you do. So you'd better have to take care of your eating behavior as well as how much of calories your body gets from the food you eat. In a natural health diet manner, it found vegetables are very low in calories and sugar. They are the best choice if you are juicing to control your weight.
Exercise
Constant strenuous exercise conditions your body to burn blood sugar, instead of fat. To see if the food, or the pills, or the exercise is really returning benefits whether you are low-carb dieting, trying a new fat loss supplement, or starting a new exercise regimen, inexpensive test method can be the most important tool for you to give a test on them. Make sure your program is safe, effective, and actually burning fat.
Exercising while listening to the classical music help you lose weight a lot faster than listening to loud fitness pop music.
Fitness
Ever wonder how fitness models look so great in magazines. It’s just too hard to sell images of flabby fitness models. You must do some research and identify the kinds of fitness and exercise programs, based on your body type that you must embrace and follow to attain the health results you aspire to achieve.
Whether your goal is to lose weight or gain muscle, you should stick to a diet plan or program you are applying until you obviously see the improvement. It takes few months to get a better result if you continually do it.
Walking
Because walking is fun, easy, and requires little time and no financial investment, it's our top choice for cardiovascular activity. Because it's rhythmic (you repeat the same basic movements), and it's aerobic (you take in and use more oxygen than usual), when walking is sustained for more than several minutes at a time it provides fantastic cardiovascular benefits - including weight loss - and can be quickly and easily implemented into your daily routine.
In Summary
So there you have 5 tips to help you lose weight in natural health diet manner that can be incorporated into ANY sensible balanced diet. I hope these tips will start you on a powerful course of weight control and healthy living that does not need to involve diet pills. The diet tips require no real will power and can improve anyone’s diet and chances of healthy weight control.

QUESTION:
What is the BEST weight-loss supplement for a woman?
I have a friend that asked me to find her something because she can't lose weight by herself anymore.
My friend has lost alot of weight. I workout alot myself and I have learned that when you hit a wall that you can't get over you need a little extra boost. She's been doing the low carb diet and has lost 75 pounds fast but hasn't lost anymore for about a month and she is still over weight for her height.-
ANSWER:
she can lose the weight with proper diet and exercise, assuming she is actually overweight or average and not skinny as a rail already with some crazy body image disorder. Drink more water... At least one gallon per day. An hour abs a half of steady state cardio per day... Keep the intensity of the cardio low! The higher the intensity, the less body fat is burned and more sugar is burned instead... It takes time for your body to metabolize body fat and mix it with oxygen for fuel... If you're too intense, your body will opt to use a faster acting fuel source, sugar. Also avoid carbs 3 hours before bed. healthy fats and protein is ok because your body will use them during the night to repair itself and produce hormones. when it comes to fat loss supplements, if it is legal in america, then don't waste your money because it doesn't work... I've tried just about everything in the past, but nothing can take the place of discipline and work ethic.

Ephedrine is a potent fat burner but also dangerous and subsequently is now banned by the FTC or FDA, its banned anyway!

QUESTION:
A weight loss for women?
My best guy friend is taking a male supplement called Testoripped and has seen amazing results... weight loss and awesome muscle definition and gain...I was wondering if anyone knows of any female supplements that are comparable to this, either specific products or vitamin type stuff. I know many are just a rip off.
I work out 5 days a week and was wondering if there is anything for women to aid in weight loss/getting in shape. Like I said I work out and eat a healthy balanced diet.
Thanks.
-
ANSWER:
in that case you should be fine without meds
people shouldnt depend on meds to lose weight
i mean, weight lost with wil power and effort is probably going to stay lost while the weight lost with no effort except swallowing a pill will be gained again since you will be careless since you know that you still have the pills which your body will probably get used to in a while and will start to have no effect
anyways just keep working out and eat healthy is my suggestion

QUESTION:
What is the best vitamin supplement for women?
I am working out six days a week and eating healthy, but I am looking for the right supplement to aid to my weight loss.-
ANSWER:
I like New Chapter. They are food based and their processing preserves much of the nutrients. They also don't pack a ton of cellulose in there, which makes it difficult for your body to digest and absorb the nutrients. My second most favorite vitamin is made by Rainbow Light.
As far as weight loss goes, here are some tips, but you may already be doing these.
- Eat 3 hours or more before going to bed
- Don't push your workouts too hard. Over training the body can lead to an increase in cortisol, which can result in fat accumulation in the mid section.
- Eat plenty of vegetables. When you are hungry for a snack reach for a veggie!
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep. This is also related to cortisol.
- Eat ample protein, but not in excess. A general rule is your body weight in kg (lbs/2.2=kg) x 0.08= # grams of protein to eat daily.
- Be sure to weight train and hit the cardio.Of course, if any of this goes against what a doctor has told you then you should listen to your doctor first.
Hope this helps! And good luck on your way to sexy!
In regards to vitamins not helping you lose weight:
Many vitamins participate as co-enzymes in body and help to metabolize fat. For example, if you wish to burn fat you absolutely need niacin and riboflavin to be able to do this. Vitamins E and C act as antioxidants and fight free radicals. When we exercise we create free radicals, so these are also important. It is also recommended that women take 400mcg of folate every day and take in extra calcium because we don't necessarily get everything we need from our food. Ideally, if you eat a perfect diet you would get all your nutrients, but you'd also need to have ideal absorption as well. Of course, you can not take vitamins alone and expect to lose weight, but they will help you in attaining optimal health if they are part of an overall healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise).PS- You and Jesus do rock!

QUESTION:
a few questions about weight loss, toning exercises, supplements and better looks?
I've been packing on weight since i stopped having a very active lifestyle (run 5 km every day and go to the gym every second week, walk everywhere).
I'm now 27 yrs old and have cellulite on my posterior thighs (I'm 5'2' or 160 cm tall and weigh about 126 lbs or ~56 kgs).
I've been going to the gym like 4 times a week, but i've been inconsistent with my workouts (didn't do the exact same machines every day, but tried to do the same reps with the same weight)
1) does the cellulite show more when you lose weight? because i think i've lost the puffy fat and now i have ugly dimples (the older fat) on my legs
2)stupid question: can i really prevent stretch marks? i try putting lotions on with cocoa butter, but now i have stretch marks too.
3) what workouts have done wonders to your body? fat-loss and toning exercises examples?
4) do you guys do cardio before or after lifting weights?
5) i think it will take me a lot of time to resemble an attractive woman, so I wanna ask you guys, how many years have you been training to look your best?
6) I take CLA's, fish oil, chromium, sodium-enhanced extended release ALA's...have you guys tried sesamin? what are your opinions on other supplements? oh, and no thermogenics, please. my heart always goes into arrhythmia (PAC's) and I also live in the desert. I take glyco-maize pre-workout if i want some carbs and some whey post-workout.
thank you for your time
@Afrina: thanks, those are hormone-based supplements, dangerous imo, but thanks! I almost tried epistane in the past too lol-
ANSWER:
Firstly you do not have to stop having an active lifestyle nor go to the gym, a walk or jog around your area every second day will suffice1) No it will not, i'm not sure exactly what you are on about but the ugly dimples are probably just where your legs still have a certain degree of fat on them. That being said 56Kg is a normal weight for a woman, so the problem could well just be untoned muscle
2) Male, not a clue. I presume there are ways & many scams out there
3) jogging, all you need alongside a healthy diet
4) when i do lift weights i jog previous, no specific reason why i just like to get the cardio out of the way rather than when i'm fatigued from lifting.
5) Chances are you already are attractive, studies show women up-size themselves 15% when looking in mirrors despite when shown 3d images being able to guess their size relatively accurate
6) I don't use supplements bar the odd multi-vitamin like any meat-eater. All the nutrition i need is in my vegetarian diet, it is very likely if you are eating meat & a decent diet that you are well above the protein requirement (daily & necessary to build muscle) + whey protein is only used after heavy workout, excess protein is pretty high in calories bested only by fat. Why have a carb drink when you can just eat a grain cereal like muesli? Better nutrition + carbs at a much cheaper price

QUESTION:
Creatine and weight loss for women?
A friend of a friend lost a ton of weight taking creatine (a female) i am wondering how this works out.how should i take the creating in junction to my dails workout routine. i want to lose fat and build muscle. i do not want to bulk up i just want to lose weight and be FIRM all over. flat stomach etc. When should i take the creatine? and what should i take it with? what diet best works with this supplement?Currently i am on a calorie reduced diet , i run every day 2-4 miles and strength train at the gym 2-3 ties a week.-
ANSWER:
I question if the creatine your friend used was solely responsible for her weight loss. Was she also dieting and exercising well? Creatine is known to cause water retention- ideally within muscles, thus boosting muscle size and endurance, but it also settles into your body tissues overall. In fact, to really get the full benefit of creatine you need to drink at least 12-16 glasses of water every day. This is not really viewed as a weight loss supplement. It is definitely good for building muscle mass. I think your are saying you don't want that. You also won't want the added weight from water retention. Lifting weights and your running regimen along with reasonable eating habits is the way to go. Sounds like you are doing that. There is a lot of really good info out there if you do a google on 'creatine women'. If you decide to take it you want to gear it to your female body weight so you're not dosing like a man would do which can cause some unpleasant, though not common side effects. Just sounds like you are already on the right track and need to give yourself some time. And by the way, don't know what kind of strength training you do but if you skip the machines, for the most part and work the free weights as hard as you can you'll get better benefit and you won't bulk up- just tone beautifully.

QUESTION:
Can a 19 year old take One a day women's: Active metabolism? Will it aid in weight loss?
Hello. I am a nineteen year old female and I don't really eat like I should, and I never really exercise. Well, I do eat WELL, like foods that are good for me, but I don't eat enough. I just can;t force myself to eat more than 1000 calories of fruit and whatnot a day. But as far as exercise goes, I am guilty there, I hate doing it and I don't really have time. However, I am going to commit myself to doing about half an hour to an hour of jogging a day, but my diet will probably remain the same.I was wondering if, since I don't exercise a lot, one a day womens (active metabolism) would help aid me in weight loss and diet regulation, even to some degree.
I don't know if it actually does help boost your metabolism even if you don't exercise, but I need a supplement that WILL DO THAT. However, I thought that this one might be a good idea because since I don't eat much, and it's a multivitamin for women, it would give me the things that I don't get from food as well.
However, a metabolism booster is my main goal. So if you know something other than this that boosts the metabolism, then please tell me, and I will get a more simple multivitamin to go along.
Admittedly, if they still prescribed amphetamines for fatigue and weight loss instead of just ADD I would definitely try for that. But I just have to go for the next best thing, so any help would be appreciated.
Well like I said, I basically already have set a "calorie limit"But, I don't care what anyone here thinks, I can not spend my whole week exercising. I have a baby to take care of twenty four seven, so I probably burn enough calories as it is not even trying. However, as far as REAL, official exercise, I WILL NOT do it for more than 30-60 minutes a day. And probably not even every day.
-
ANSWER:
That is a supplement. Just like all the other tons of "fat loss, energy booster" products it is only a supplement. Exercise and proper diet is a must before you can even consider these types of pills to work with your body. You dont have to eat 1000 calories of fruits (id probably puke if i tried) just dont eat over a certain calorie number. To be honest, i ate barely any fruits and veggies, but i lost nearly 50 pounds so far. Thats because i set a calorie limit of no more than 2000 a day no matter what, and i exercised 5 times per week.So if you try these pills or any other for weight loss, set a calorie limit, and exercise. It wont work on its own.

QUESTION:
Calorie intake problems with weight loss?! (I am a male too NOT A female!)?
Hello guys! I am running into a little bit of trouble with my weight loss program. I know this is a question that mostly only females asks, and I feel kind of awkward asking this, but I am going to ask anyways, so I please ask for the best of your help. I have been making a major lifestyle change over the past 9 months and I have went from being ~185 pounds and have know become around ~138 pounds. I am striving very hard for the last of my efforts to get rid of the last of my stomach fat but have been having a very hard time achieving that lately. A little background about myself is that I am currently 15, and have been moderately active during the school year, but it has slowed down a little because of summer break and sports at school stopping. I usually worked out once a week during the school year, and now that summer is starting, I plan on working out about 3 times a week at the gym. I also use the dietary supplement CLA to aid in my weight loss along with all my hard efforts. Back to the main problem though, I believe that I may be eating way to little calories and causing to 1) do harm to my body and 2) slow down my weight loss. I on average consume around 1,000 to 1,500 calories and 1,500 being my highest. However throughout the week, I will sometimes have 1 or 2 days where I eat around 1,800-2,000 calories, and I feel terrible after that and feel like I have caused weight gain on myself. Know, after doing numerous research, I have convinced myself, but I am not sure if it is true or not, but have put myself in starvation mode and have stopped myself from losing weight. Also, I do not know if I am taking in way to little calories or if I am about right to lose weight. I think that at 1,500 I am eating my tops for the day to lose weight. Thank YOU SO MUCH for helping me out especially for a guy who doesnt really feel comfortable talking about something that usually only women do! I have put a lot of effort to get this question right, I would like to ask for the same amount of effort back in your answers. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and I will respond very fast. ONCE AGAIN THANKS!!
I also make sure I usually have the same breakfast everyday which is Kashi Hot Cereal, and sometimes some plan yogurt with some preserves depending on how hungry I am, and then for Lunch, I will usually have an orowheat sandwich thin with some oscar mayer deli fresh meat and a small cup of jello. For dinner, I usually have the fairly healthy cooking that I have my parents make, and lastly for my snacks throughout the day, I may sometimes have a bag of baked lays chips and the later on a few cookies or a little sweet cereal. I also always have 8 cups of water a day and if not more. ONCE AGAIN THANKS A MILLION!!
Ok, I like your answer a lot, but am i also already in starvation mode? It also looks like you saying I am going to need to work out a lot more then too. Also what happens if I just keep eating around 1500 max a day?
And if I start eating those 1500 or more calories a day, am I going to start to gain weight too?-
ANSWER:
first of all congratulations on getting this far! as your body loses weight, it gets harder and harder to come off. you are going to have to work harder. i think its a great idea to start working out 3 times a week, it will kick your metabolism into gear and help the weight come off. when you hit another wall, try doing cardio twice a week, and weight lifting 3 times a week, or something like that to switch it up and keep your body guessing.but onto the calories! you are definitely not eating enough. males need AT LEAST 1500 calories a day just for a normal day. thats without working out or anything. my advice to you is to go online and look up a daily calorie intake calculator, take time to find a good one where you enter your age, height, weight, etc etc. it will tell you how many calories you need to sustain the weight you are at right now. to lose weight, cut 500 calories off that number, and that is what you should be eating. 500 calories times 7 days a week is 3500 calories, which is equal to losing 1 pound. if you want to lose more, cut more, but there is a certain point where you cant take off too many calories or you will go into starvation mode. another thing you can do is look up the calorie intake for your goal weight, and eat that many calories.
here is a good website. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm enter your info, and in the drop down menu for exercise level, choose basal metabolic rate. it tells you what you need to sustain, lose, and REALLY lose. good luck!!

QUESTION:
What is the best diet pill to go along with diet and exercise?
I am currently on a diet and working out, but am not getting the results I want. I am looking for an OTC diet pill/ supplement to aid in weight loss. I am working on losing about 50 lbs. I am not trying to do it over night, as that is crazy, but I have a good workout, burning more calories than I am eating, cut out soda, chips, candy, junk food in general, increased water intake, taking a good woman's multi vitamin, and doing both cardio and toning exercises. What is the best diet pill/supplement out there?-
ANSWER:
They all give the same resuls as diet and exercise alone will give and you will have more money in your pocket.
All evidence is anecdotal.
Clinically proven means nothing.
Only Alli has FDA approval and you have to have a BMI of 28 or over to buy it.
Even with Alli you have to diet and exercise.

QUESTION:
Best diet and exercise plan for muscle building and fat loss?
Hi, I'm 28, Female, 5'3, 123-125 lbs. I am a runner, I train and run in two 1/2 marathons per year. With all this running I cannot seem to cut the fat off my body. I am hungry all the time when I am running and seem to crave sugar and junk, i never gain weight but i never lose it either. I am inspired by women that are very fit and lean. I do NOT want giant, and very pronounced muscles. I want to look fit, toned and sexy. My weight lifting consists of boy-pushups 2 sets of 20, and crunches-leg lifts-plank. Could someone help me get started on diet and an excersize plan or point me in the direction of a great site to visit? Supplements?
Thank You-
ANSWER:
Your described body measurements give me the impression that you're actually quite alluring already and it would be a shame and a crime if anyone kicked you out of bed based on what you're telling us.The only advice I'd give you is to get more disciplined with cutting out the junk and sweets immediately after intense exercise. Just don't eat it. You've already demonstrated that you've got the exercise goals within your grasp...just expand it to your food intake.
Another thing; you didn't really describe in sufficient detail your exercise regimen. You said you trained for two half-marathons in a year, but that leaves a large amount of time not accounted for. Are you running regularly? How much?
Cross training by bicycling can also benefit you. 2-2 and a half hours of intense bicycling can burn almost as many calories as running, depending on your average running speed.

QUESTION:
Overly interactive neighbor or am I overreacting?
I apologize for the length of this yet wanted to provide enough detail so that your opinions could be formed to help me determine if I'm just overreacting or if the neighbor is crossing the line. Here goes: I have recently and only temporarily moved in to my boyfriends house and everything is fabulous, except for one of his neighbors. I have expressed feelings of discomfort to my boyfriend and while he agrees that his neighbor is crazy, he is too nice of a guy to really say anything. For the past 4 years my boyfriend has lived next door to a family of 4. There is a husband, wife, daughter and son. At some point the wife confided in my boyfriend that her husband is crazy and she and the kids are planning on moving out once the youngest, her son, graduates high school. Over time she continues to give him little nuggets of info about her crazy husband and periodically brings baked goods and bakes treats for our dogs, though her family has no pets. In the past six months she has brought over more than 50 name brand shirts from a designer outlet store for my boyfriend. Following her sons recent graduation her husband was out of town for a few nights. In his absence, she allowed her son to throw a big pool party, complete with underage drinking. At one point, close to midnight, she came over asking to borrow some ice and when my boyfriend explained he doesn't have an ice maker, we use trays, she asked to borrow a couple. When there was a possible threat of cops coming to her house to break up the party, she rounded up all the trash and put the cans next to our trashcans in front of his garage. The next day she sent my boyfriend a text and then stopped by to tell my boyfriend what was going on, and to give him another bag of polo shirts. He ensured her he wouldn't mention it to her husband and thanked her for the shirts. Although I am clearly home all day, she does not come over unless he is home. We have only had a few interchanges and she gave me a couple dresses, which I followed up with a thank you card and personal thanks. She seems to dart from her car to the front door when I'm around and it makes me wonder why she seems to avoid me and then comes over multiple times a day when my boyfriend is around. When we decided to leave some clothes we were going to donate on top of a shopping bag full of clothes she left at the front door, to try and send her the hint, she moved the bag so that it was directly in front of the door on the welcome mat and then took the bag from the new phone book that was on the step and hung it from the doorknob with a box of turnovers. I'm trying my best to ignore her and to maintain the neighborly relationship between my boyfriend and his neighbors but I can't help but feel uncomfortable by her constant gifts, unsolicited advice, unsolicited and detailed personal information, and frequent interruptions. We've tried to ignore her when she rings the bell but she just calls, texts or comes back later at all hours of night/day. When my boyfriend and I talk about it I feel terrible because he can't control her actions and yet I feel like something needs to be said or things will continue to be weird. He is under the impression that she's just crazy but harmless. I find it odd that a middle aged woman thinks discussing her marital issues with her twenty-something neighbor is acceptable. I can't help but shake the feeling that there are some deeper issues going on with this family and I'd rather they not involve myself or my boyfriend. I want to be respectful and ensure that the relationship with the neighbors remains friendly, and at the same time feel like this lady is overstepping her neighborly boundaries and taking advantage of my boyfriends kindness. Her most recent gifts include nutritional weight loss drinks, bars and supplements because she remembered his mother saying he was trying to slim down. She was also kind enough to drop off the dvd explaining the pyramid process and how he can supplement his income by selling the products. Im reaching my tolerance level...Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated!!
*30 shirts.-
ANSWER:
of course your boyfriend thinks she's harmless! he's getting loads of free stuff! You need to talk to her. just say you are feeling a little uncomfortable by the attention she is paying to your bf and although your sure it's innocent and your bf would never cheat on you, you would just appreciate if she gave him less gifts. Explain that you are his gf and it is YOUR job to look after hm and cloth him if needed.
Your bf also needs to reject the gifts when she comes over he needs to say to her Thanks but no- it's too much please take them back.Or tell her husband.

QUESTION:
Anyone out there know about Usana?
Hi. I just have a quick question about this stuff. My boyfriend's friend is an associate of Usana. The package is 0 to help with weight loss. He said that the people he's sold it to have lost from 10 pounds to almost 100 pounds. As an average sized woman (size 11 jeans, medium tshirt, curvy body) i want to try this out, but i know that its hard for women to lose weight. For men its easier, i forget why. but yeah. If i do decide to take this product i'll be going to the gym (im going to the gym even if i don't get this stuff), and i'll see what happens. but my only concern is if it doesn't work. Many people say it works, and according to the salesperson, he said its the top of the line diet supplement right now. Please let me know what you think, and what is the best choice.btw: here's the website(for the United States): http://products.usana.com/en/products/us/

ANSWER:
HiI am from Singapore and I have been using USANA products for a year now. USANA products are of TOP Quality.
Supplementation in current days is getting more and more important as our cells are subject to Free Radical attack every second, due to our lifestyle, the food we eat (over-processed food) and lack of exercise. Even when you exercise, there are more Free Radicals attack and your body needs to have the right nutrients to support it.
To achieve a healthy body with desired weight, you need to do some exercise as well. The product recommended could be the USANA RESET. It is full of nutrients and has a Low Glycemic index and will reduce your craving.
I do not believe in Miracles but believe that with the right supplementation and a healthy lifestyle, we will have a healthy body.
Btw, USANA is the only direct marketing company that received 5-star rating in the 4th edition Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements.

QUESTION:
Help on dietary supplements?!?
Im young, and i feel like i am over weight, is it a bad idea to take a dietary supplement? im 12 years old, im 140 pounds, but im 5'6". is it deadly to take different dietary supplements at the same time? i hear of vitamins in supplements that are healthy like , •Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 helps keep your red blood cells and nerves healthy. As people grow older, some have trouble absorbing vitamin B12 naturally found in food. Instead, they can choose foods, like fortified cereals, that have this vitamin added or use a B12 supplement.
•Calcium. Calcium works with vitamin D to keep bones strong at all ages. Bone loss can lead to fractures in both older women and men. Calcium is found in milk and milk products (fat-free or low-fat is best), canned fish with soft bones, dark-green leafy vegetables like spinach, and foods with calcium added.
•Vitamin D. Some people’s bodies make enough vitamin D if they are in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes at least twice a week. But, if you are older, you may not be able to get enough vitamin D that way. Try adding vitamin D-fortified milk and milk products, vitamin D-fortified cereals, and fatty fish to your diet, and/or use a vitamin D supplement.
•Vitamin B6. This vitamin is needed to form red blood cells. It is found in potatoes, bananas, chicken breasts, and fortified cereals. Would it be bad to take different supplements that benefited me like this? or should i just take the supplement with the vitamin i would normally get least and get the rest out of food.-
ANSWER:
Lol, don't worry about supplements, your too young for them (most bottle say 18+ on them). If you want to loose weight, then do it by eating less and exercising more. Your too young for weightlifting, since if you start too early if will screw up your hormones, but don't be afraid to go out and run or play ball with friends, and try to eat less. Also, try to limit fast food to once a week, although once a month is best. Eating a fairly balanced diet will get you all the nutrients you need anyways, try to eat more fruits and veggies and less fatty foods like soda or candy. You shouldn't worry too much about your diet though, but make healthier choices and know when your full, and eat when you are really hungry not just bored (I'm guilty of going through a full bag of chips when I'm bored, or watching TV, or playing online, but I usually just chew gum). Again, your too young for weightlifting, but you can always do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and dips. I had problems with obesity at your age, and I weighted about the same, but I was shorter. Loosing weight is mostly a mental challenge, as actually going out to jog for 20 minutes or eating a salad might make you feel like crap, but you should know its good for you and try your hardest to achieve your goals.Hope I helped =P

QUESTION:
How can I make my breasts larger without getting implants?
Yes, I am fully aware that the media would like just about every girl on the planet (Or at least in the United States of America) to be asking "How can I make my breasts larger?", and it's a sad thing how companies will prey on socially-constructed insecurities to coerce women into buying cheaply-made products that, in all likelihood, won't do a thing to their bust size and might even cause more harm than good. So please, spare me the social lectures.I've recently lost a lot of weight due to stress, and despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to put much of it back on. As a result of that weight loss, my breasts have shrunk to the bare-minimum size they could be. (Hyperbole? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Bear with me here...) And while I'm aware that a woman is much more than how much fat is jiggling on her chest, admittedly this reduction has caused a major blow to my self image. It's somewhat hard to feel sexy when you can't properly fill out a Junior's Size 0.
So, rather than wade through a million "INCREASE BUST SIZE NOW!!!" garbage websites, I figure I'd come to the people of Yahoo! Answers to see if any of you have actually found something that might be able to take my girls back up to a Size A that isn't a) implants (Because I refuse to go so far as to put myself through medically-unnecessary surgery), b) general weight gain (Because I'm already working on that), or c) a push-up bra (Because it doesn't help my self-image that the only bras that I can fill out anymore are in the Little Girls' Training Bra section.). I'm looking for some sort of herbal supplement that actually works, or perhaps even a way to direct what little progress in weight gain I'm making towards "certain areas".
Thank you for being mature and non-judgmental with your answers.

Try a gel, air or water bra or wear silicone inserts to add fullness and create cleavage. They appear more natural and are very comfortable.
Tighten your bra straps to lift your breasts.
Try a convertable bra, found at WalMart. Cross the bra straps, at the back of the bra, to lift your breasts.
Choose tops carefully.Look for a ruffled neckline. Add lace to a scooped neckline.
Try a lacy camisole with a v-neck. Try a fitted blouse with a v-neck.
Look for a top or dress with a gathered bustline and empire waistline.
Shoulder pads, breast pockets and wide lapels give the illusion of large breasts.
Choose swimsuits carefully.Look for padding and underwires.
Triangular bikini tops will create cleavage.
Use makeup techniques.Try a shadow effect with a self tanner, bronzer or foundation.
Try a glittery bronzer on your neck and clevage this works the best.

QUESTION:
Building muscle while losing fat=Frustrating process. PLEASE HELP!!?
I'm 5'8", female, 20 years old and weigh 139 lbs as of this morning. The thing is I weighed 138 yesterday. I did nothing during the day that would cause weight gain. And I know that it's impossible for a woman to put on 1 lb of muscle overnight. I'm doing everything right (to the best of my knowledge anyway). I'm on a high protein, moderate carb, and low fat diet. I do boot camp 4-5 days a week which is a lot of weight training and compound exercises. I also do pilates 3 days a week. I've been doing this for about a month and there has been virtually no change in my weight. I weighed 144 when I started. And I'm not losing consistently. Some days I'll gain a few ounces or a pound even and some days I'll lose or I'll stay the same. It's a slow process. I look better overall but the only place where I really notice a difference is my hips. I'm not eating very many calories. I usually keep it under 950 cals a day. I know that's considered undereating for a lot of people but I used to be anorexic so my metabolism is messed up. If I eat even 1500 cals a day I end up gaining weight. And I'm still maintaining or building with the amount I'm eating now. So what should I do to speed up fat loss? Drop my calories? I'm thinking of adding cardio a few times a week to speed things up. Any suggestions? What kind of exercise and for how long? Or is there a specific kind of food or supplement I should be taking? I want to weigh between 125-130 and be really toned and fit. What else can I do to make that happen and soon? And I've recently started eating more fruits but not enough to cause carb overload. Usually about 3 servings of fruit per day. Is that the problem? I heard that fruit isn't conducive to weight loss. Thanks for reading and thanks for the help!-
ANSWER:
You really need to eat more. I understand your fear of gaining but you need to slowly get your calories up. Try increasing your calories only by a 100 calories or so every couple of days. If you are continuing your bootcamp classes, you won't gain if you get the calories gradually up. The key word here is gradually. Getting the right amount of calories will help stabilize your hormone levels and crank up your metabolism. It may also help to go a little bit heavier with the weights. I don't recommend boot camp style classes more than 4x per week because the potential for injury is too great without enough recovery time. The pilates classes may not help you all that much. I would suggest replacing pilates for a little while with cardio sessions. The weight fluctuations are normal. You're building lean mass so your weight will include the additional muscle tissue, glycogen and water that comes with weight training (not to mention the contents of your digestive system). Try not to focus on the scale but instead pick up a set of plastic Accumeasure calipers and learn how to measure your body fat.
