everyone is probably going to tell you that it isnt possible and that you need to exercise and diet to lose weight., which is true, but recently i started taking RapidSlim SX. i've cut back my diet a little bit and i've tried to do a few exercises before i go to bed, but its only been 5 days and i've lost 4 pounds. i can tell its working.. it probably isnt healthy but i'm lazy. i dont know whether i'm losing weight because of the pill or because of the dieting stuff. either way.. i would recommend it. the only thing is, it can make you really dizzy and sometimes makes you feel sick. i tried taking TrimSpa before too and it did NOT work, it was a waste of money. RapidSlim is also pretty cheap, i got it for about at a drugstore, but i do think it's working, so give it a try.
